Este 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños rancho casa cuenta con nuevo todo! Fue remodelada (primavera de 2015) con la nueva cocina moderna, baños, pisos, etc para el máximo confort. Es una vida de lujo y listo para ser disfrutado por las familias y parejas que tratarla con respeto. Interior no hay un plan de piso abierto con cocina moderna, una sala de estar con chimenea y sala de estar accesible a través de una puerta de granero auténtico que se desliza abierta o se cierra para la privacidad. El salón tiene vistas y dos deslizadores separadas al hermoso patio que cuenta con una parrilla al aire libre, gran sofá seccional, y mesa de casa de la granja para cenar al aire libre. Este es el confort moderno con el encanto del país del vino!

Lovely home.

Our family came to celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday and explore wine country. Great location near fun restaurants and Sonoma Square. Amazing and private back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 5.

Absolutely charming, convenient and our best ever vrbo

This home was clean and cozily decorated inside. The back yard was also fantastic. Ping pong table which we did use, corn hole and relaxing furniture. We didn’t use the grill but it was there if we needed too. Location was in close proximity to vineyards and the Sonoma plaza. Host was good about communicating before and at the end of our stay. We didn’t need anything during our stay so didn’t need to bother her during that time. We were 4 seniors enjoying wine and catching up from 8 years of being away from each other and this was the perfect place to do that. We all loved it and I would definitely stay there again if in the Sonoma area.

Great spot right near Sonoma Square

The location is super convenient if you like to get out and walk/run in the mornings or evenings. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but not near enough that it creates too much noise. The unit is clean, well-designed and well maintained. 👍👍

Loved this place!

Perfect house to stay for exploring the Sonoma area. Clean, quiet, comfortable and cute touches. The only drawback is that the backyard was so comfortable, we didn’t want to leave to go out. ;-). We would highly recommend!

Perfect Week in Sonoma

This special and cozy property is beautifully appointed with everything you might need, with charming decor in a quiet neighborhood and wonderful location. Amazing experience

Kate made the experience so great! She checked in to make sure we settled in and if there was anything else we needed during our stay. Everything was set up perfectly for our family to stay here for the weekend. We will definitely be back again!

Quiet Serenity

This home is a WOW in a quiet little neighborhood very close to shopping and restaurants in downtown Sonoma. The interior is clean, spacious and so beautifully decorated. It’s like staying in a model home! But then there is also the awesome backyard. It’s so quiet and peaceful back there. Perfect spot for a little post wine tasting nap! I highly recommend this VRBO and am so glad Kate has opened her beautiful home to others.

Great House and Great Location!

The pictures do not do this house justice plus it is in a very good location. You don’t realize how close you are to Sonoma Square because it is in a quiet little neighborhood. The house itself has a nice layout and big backyard area. Very quiet and relaxing overall. Thanks to Kate and John for doing such a nice job decorating and outfitting it with everything we needed.

Family gathering.

My husband and 3 adult children met at this home for a family gathering and some wine tasting! The property is really lovely. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home. The house provides great open space for gathering. But it also has areas within the house or the backyard to escape to. Especially liked the hammock under the redwood trees! The backyard was a great hangout space for morning coffee or evening wind downs. The house is very well equipped with plenty of dishes etc in the kitchen. Also lots of towels and extra bedding. Kate was great with communication and we so appreciated being able to check in early. I can’t quite give this property a full five stars. The air conditioning did not work very well which left our family uncomfortable at times. Also, although the beds were plush and the bedding was very comfortable (Serena and lily as promised) the pillows were uncomfortable and not on par with the quality of the bedding. Overall we loved this house and would stay here again. My family and I really enjoyed it! 😃

Remodel with upgrades galore

Although from the front it is an older the home- the inside and backyard are completely remodeled and the upgrades and quality of furnishings and design are perfect for entertaining. Very comfortable for 3 couples, able to cook meals in with more that we needed already stocked. Love the backyard for a BBQ- the patio furniture is top quality. Different sitting areas in an open floor plan were perfect and beds comfortable and all so clean. thank you- great visit!

Wedding in Sonoma

Came to Sonoma for a wedding and this hose was very close to the venue. The house is in a lovely cul de sac and the back yard is so family friendly. We enjoyed a family brunch on the backyard table. The décor is amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the heater was easy to regulate. Very close to Sonoma Square and Jack London State park ( which we went to). Only hiccup was getting the hot water to flow in the master bathroom sinks. It takes a very long time. Otherwise we will be back and would love to rent for a family reunion with our two boys. Thank you so much.

Weekend Getaway

This is such a beautiful, warm and inviting home. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and was stocked with everything we needed. It has a spacious backyard with a great setup for entertaining. The check in and check out process was super easy. Thanks for providing a wonderful experience for a group of moms looking to get away for a weekend.

Family wine tasting vacation

We live and work in San Francisco but our hearts reside in wine country. We were married in Sonoma and have had many day trips and week/weekend vacations since. We are fortunate to have recently purchased this wonderful 3 bedroom wine country home for our family to enjoy when not sharing it with you. We cherish our days here and know that you will too.

Our Sonoma home is situated at the end of a quiet street in the heart of wine country. It's only 2.5 miles from the Sonoma square with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and wineries. It's incredibly quiet and private with access to everything you need within minutes by car or bike. Our children bike up and down our street - it's flat and safe (2 kids bikes & 2 adult bikes provided). It's an ideal property for families who are looking for the gorgeous weather and landscape just one hour from San Francisco. It's only 1 mile from the Sonoma Mission Fairmont Hotel for additional guests to stay in your party. We can't sleep more than 6 people.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We fell in love with our home because of the layout - it's a ranch-style with 3 comfortable bedrooms and an open concept living/entertaining area. The backyard is serene with a gorgeous manicured yard including 4 redwood trees where a hammock resides, fruit trees, built in gas grill and a perfect grassy area to play soccer with the kids. It is quiet, tranquil and ideal for sipping a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the afternoon / evening. It's a peaceful space to truly unwind from your busy lives.
