Te sentirás como en casa en mi propiedad. Es una unidad de 2 dormitorios con un baño y medio. Ponemos todo nuestro amor en él y estoy seguro de que lo sentirás. Una cama king en el dormitorio principal. 2 camas queen en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama en el living para dos.
Las camas son muy cómodas y la sala de estar y la cocina.
Tides es un tranquilo condominio orientado a la familia. Seguridad las 24 horas. Mini mercado a nivel del vestíbulo con comida rápida y alimentos básicos y artículos de tocador. Gimnasio muy bien equipado para quienes deseen mantenerse en forma.

Pulseras para acceder a amenidades de $ 20 cada 2 adultos.

Fantastic Stay

We had such a fantastic stay here and couldn’t be happier. Check in was easy and quick. Owner was responsive and clear with with instructions and the unit was great! We enjoyed every part of our stay from the moment it began. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit again soon!

The unit was exactly as described. The coordinator person assisting us with the check-in process was great and very helpful! The location of the place is very convenient. Overall impression is very good.

Nice Condo right in the beach.

Great stay. Condo is right on the beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc available. Full kitchen with almost all cooking utensils you'd need for a vacation. Pool was nice. Only thing to note is that if you check in after 5pm you can't get your key fob to easily access pool and beach.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo provided us with all our needs including a few beach chairs which we put to good use. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a big breakfast before we headed out for the day. The beds are SO comfortable! No need to worry about not getting a good nights sleep here. Spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit. And we will be back! Side note: not sure if laundry room is accessible to renters. We were not able to use. People at check in desk are not so friendly or helpful but this is not a hotel. You are renting from an owner.

Tides

Good: beautiful beach and pool. Things supplied: beach chairs and umbrella, small cart for trips to grocery 0.3 mi away, mostly nice furniture. Bad: balcony door latch, lock, and blinds broken, 1 of 2 balcony chairs broken. Not suitable for long term rental, owner does not have, or won't supply, a mailbox key. Constuction noise from adjacent building 6 days per week. 15 floors, 25 units per floor, 4 elevators, one frequently out of service, may have long waits for elevator. This unit is on the 4th floor, we used the stairs. Parking expensive. 2 washers and 2 dryers per floor @ 2 per use. If you like a large crowded building with a crowded beach in a crowded city surrounded by mostly Argentinians, this is the place for you

Clean and roomy.

Had a nice time at this condo on 4th floor of Tides. Note there is only 1 shower. Has a full bathroom and then a half. Has nice size kitchen. Security in building gives peace of mind. Few good restaurants just across street that were friendly and tasty. Claudia was very helpful with ck in. Download a Spanish translation app, I should have done this. Had a few questions during our stay with many staff and Uber or restaurant workers. Many don’t understand English. Pool is nice but temp very hot! We spent lots of time on beach , it was beautiful. Many bigger gekos and big lizards by chairs at pool. Little scary and startling to see the size. But once we were used to them no prob. Fun to watch. Beds comfy.

Basic Condo with a Nice View

Our first impression wasn't great, but overall it was a good experience. The check in process was stressful and tiring after a long day of travelling. We were greeted by a woman who was very kind but she walked us in circles in both buildings bc the office in our building was closed in the middle of the day. Sadly we do not speak spanish so there was a major language barrier. The service elevator was not working and main elevators were SUPER slow so expect to wait or take the stairs. We also would have liked the condo to be cleaner but it wasn't too bad. As for the positives, we were so grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella, extra towels and sheets-Thank you!! Beds are very comfortable, slept great. Condo is on the 4th floor so it was easy to get to the beach and pool, even when taking the stairs. The pool, garden, and beach areas were lovely..nicer than the photos IMO. Condo kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there is a cafe on site to get coffee, sandwiches and other food items. The view was nice. This was a good experience for the price.

relaxing getaway

From the start had great communication with property manager with any questions had quick response. Unit had everything we needed in kitchen as well as towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Had a great time look forward to returning!!

The Tides, excellent choice

The Tides condo is very cute, clean and quaint. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and is in walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable! Great for families with kids!

The condo unit was reasonably priced for its size, and well maintained, with great beach and pool access. The owner was friendly and communicative. Also, she keeps a good stash of beach things - chairs, umbrella, sand toys, even a cooler and a kite - that we really appreciated. We also appreciated the stash of board games to play in the evening, and there was good wireless as well. We like to cook instead of going out, and the kitchen and dining room were roomy and well equipped. We had only a few minor complaints with the condo unit: we couldn’t find small washcloths for the bathrooms, and the coffee pot is too small for a big family of coffee lovers. We had a few bigger complaints with the building: the elevators were slow and one was out of service our entire stay. Also, every adult should get a key fob, and parking was too limited. Even though we paid for it, the building ran out of parking transponders, and several times all the spaces were taken. Public transit was good though, so save your money, get an Uber from the airport and just use the trolley!
