Amazing Place for the whole family

This place was even better in person! this property was perfect for our big family with all different ages. The sunset views were outstanding. Everything was a close enough drive. The memories we made here were priceless

The perfect (large) Family vacation home!

Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The accommodations were perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and located directly on a beautiful stretch of ocean with calm waters (kids loved swimming and snorkeling!!). Check-in was a breeze, and the communication from our host was wonderful? Offering everything from tips for local groceries to answering questions about the property after arriving. In fact I had the opportunity to meet Lissette during the stay and I couldn’t help but give her a big hug! Our family had the best time in PR! We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return!

Paradise is right!

We had a large group of family and friends visiting from the states and PR. Lots of kids in the group as well as couples. The property is beautiful, the pool was amazing. There was sooo much space and we never felt crowded. The host responded to texts very quickly. Thank you so much for such an amazing time and stay!

Beautiful 4.5

Good: property is beautiful, place is clean and nice and spacious, convenient with refrigerators and kitchens up and down, the most stunning sunsets, close to great restaurants, rain forest, etc.Less good: pool isn’t heated but it was really okay. No hottub. No floats or pool toys. Right next to public access for beach, hot water and working washer/dryer difficult, pool table is wrecked, no lock for.gate, no top sheets. We would stay again and enjoy it again!

Full of mosquitoes

There are a lot of mosquitoes outside the house. You cannot sit outside to enjoy view and use the pool. Everyone got a lot of mosquitoes bites during the stay. You cannot leave the door open, you can see clearly the mosquitoes flying in to the house or to the car.

perfect getaway and perfect wedding venue

Is the perfect location for staying with the family and do weddings. Got everything you need!!

We got married in the location with all family members. love the place. perfect place to be with the family or groups. Got the beach, pool, BBQ, bar, pool table and many more to have fun at the beach!!

Lower your expectations

The location is great but this house needs significant upkeep. The outside space and pool were perfect. There is really no beach 16 hours of the day when we were There. The picture was taken at low tide. We had no beach during daylight hours while we were there. Major reason I selected the house. Advised before we arrived we did not have a working oven. Said that was not acceptable and we planned many meals at home. so they rented one and left outside on bottom level. Kitchen is on second level. Fun carrying boiling pots of water and trays of food up tile stairs. There are bunk beds and another bed in every room but master and it is very cramped. Mattresses and horrible. About 6 inches thick. Bunk beds not comfortable for adults. . We had nothing but a bottom sheet and fleece blanket. Not top sheet which is a sanitary issue for me. Much of the furniture is cheap Chinese stuff and falling apart. 3 rd level and balcony were under construction. Not disclosed in listing. No water pressure at all. 1 shower at a time and had water destructor on it. And the lever you pull to go from bath the shower did not work so half came in bath and half on shower. In master the piping to connect spicket sticks out about 6 inches from. Arrive to one bath towel the size of hand towel.No hand towels and no wash clothes. No towels in kitchen. They did bring some the next day. The place is set up for events. Open space under stairs has folding tables and chairs. So every pot and pan is meant to cook for 50 people. The living room is very small for as many as it can accommodate. Ran out of propane for stove and we needed tool to change it out but there were none. They did not supply paddles for kayaks and paddle board. Requested. They said no because water was too roughy. But we can rent down the street. A few days later I pointed out water was no longer fought and they brought 2 over. Single paddles over. Both kayaks leak. And the paddle board is an old kite surfer so can’t really use. Plus didn’t have paddles. There was no rug in the house or at the entry. It is a sand grass area so impossible to not have sand on feet coming from pool. So sand on every level. If you see the you tube video it is very old. Looks like the house had its day but they are no longer maintaining it. If you are a group looking to lay by the pool all day and drink and pass out. This is your place. If you want to relax and enjoy the house and beach this is not your place.

Large and spacious property

OverallOverall the property is great. Clean, great pool, nice beach and spacious enough to spread out and have your own space for large groups. Wendy was great and helpful in answering our questions. The downsides for us were that you had to bring your own beach towels which was disappointing given the private pool and that you were on the beach. Even an option to have paid an additional fee to have some provided would have been nice. We purchased towels in San Juan and ended up leaving them there because we didn’t have the space to bring them back. There were no washcloths and the top sheets were missing from almost all the beds. A lack of kitchen utensils made it hard to cook and eat for our group of 11 (only one small cutting board, 8 forks, few mixing bowls, no serving dishes). We were also disappointed that there was no furniture on the sun deck. I would definitely recommend this property but just know that you will most likely need to bring a few items yourself.

Amazing property

We had so much fun at Blue Paradise we only ended up leaving twice. So that means we have to come back and stay again so we can experience more of beautiful Puerto Rico. There was 15 of us and the house had more then enough room. The property manager was so nice and always just a text away. We had a private chef come and cook us dinner, amazing. We played, we partied and we relaxed. We loved it!!!

What a unique place!

This is a wonderful place for a large family gathering. It's very unique set up can accomodate small families with its 2 private mini-apartments. The house was clean and had lots of amenities. My only criticism was that our shower head broke and no one ever came to fix it. I would also suggest that the home owner create a guide book, giving you directions on how to navigate this vast space (TV, garbage, access to beach, etc). Overall a great stay and we would return and reccommend to others. Wendy was very attentive and responded to my texts and calls immediately. Thank you for making our trip special!

Covid relief nurses vacation

There are not enough awesome words for this property! There was 11 of us nurses from all different states that met in Nola doing Covid relief in April and May. We formed this amazing bond and I told them all to come along on my annual trip to PR and they loved it so much. Some much room for everyone with the cute bungalows on the first level. We had a chef the first full day and it was enough food for the whole weekend. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean and taking the kayaks out. The pool and kitchen downstairs we such sweet additions to our weekend. There are bugs and some of the people got bit, but sitting on the balancing at night with the citronella candle helped a lot. The house is on the beach with the rainforest right behind you, so there will be bugs when staying near the rainforest and they might be big, but well worth this house. I have stayed in PR over 20 times and this is the most amazing house I have ever stayed at. The owners are perfect and even brought us a extra paddle when we asked. This is the perfect house for a large group of friends or a large family! I hope to return with my family sometime!

Great for a family gathering

This ptporrty is a superb alternative to the Wyndham Resort for a family gathering, a retreat, or a reunion.. It is a rustic but relaxing getaway, ideal for families with small children. Kudos to Wendy for assisting us in purchasing the local lobsters and the huge red snappers that we grilled on the patio by the pool. Lots of lounge areas with incredible views of the ocean.

Great Place!

Everything is perfect. Some of our friends complained it takes 15 minutes to get to route 3. But it’s not a problem for the rest because the view and quietness offset the distance. Landlord was very helpful. House is fully loaded with supplies. Definitely a great vacation spot!
