This property was perfect for my large group. It has ample bathrooms and a very nice large kitchen and dining room area. The amenities are awesome. The hosts were very helpful whenever we needed something. If I’m back in PR with a large group, I would totally stay here again!

Casa Bella Rain Forest Beauty

All of our extended family stayed at Casa Bella for 3 nights to visit el Yunque and San Juan. It was the perfect spot for all of us, children and adults, to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. The house was immaculate from top to bottom. It was comfortable and had amenities for all ages to enjoy. The house manager Alejandro was very attentive and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I would not, however use the Company called Fix-a-Trip Puerto Rico to provide an in home chef.

Family Reunion

We loved our stay at Casa Bella! Multigenerational family ages 8 - 70 from MN, PA and IL. The property was fantastic! Very clean and well furnished and many activities for the kids and adults as well. Jeff was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful as was Sergio the concierge. Would highly recommend Casa Bella! Only about 30-40 min. From San Juan airport, groceries, rainforest and restaurants close by.

Mansion in the Rainforest

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bella. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and lounging space for two families.The property is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other cooking essentials. Everyone enjoyed the pool and balcony. We did not utilize the upper roof level as much since it is more difficult to reach. There are a number of stairs to navigate to get to different parts of the house.Casa Bella is situated in a great location that provides wonderful views, but also easy/quick access to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and excursions.

Just as pictured! Beautiful huge home! Loved the scenic view and all the agriculture surrounding it. Thank you Joe and Jeff for accommodating us for our event despite rain. Awesome Time! My husband will remember his special day forever!

Beautiful home with beautiful view

We rented this home as a place for our family and friends to stay and gather for a week of wedding celebrations and it was perfect! We actually held our wedding reception and ceremony at Casa Bella! Joe was so easy to work with and very helpful with answering all of our questions. This home is a beautiful mansion with multiple rooms, bathrooms and floors! The upstairs terrace and large kitchen were our top favorites of this home. Easy to get to with google maps and lots of parking inside the gated property. The view from the terrance is amazing!

The place was clean and beautiful exactly what the pictures shows me and my family had a good time in thethe olny thing i didn't like was the bugs and it really deep in the woods and me and my family was sitting on the deck and we heard multiple gun shots go offwe was kinda scared because we didnt know where it was coming from but overall the host was great and he respond very quickly and was very nice to my family pool

Wedding in the rainforest - turned out perfect

The property is simply beautiful. About 13 of us stayed at the house for a couple of days before we hosted a wedding. Everyone was impressed with the amenities, the pool, the rooms, the rooftop entertainment space and the breathtaking view. The property manager, Joe as well as the staff, were very helpful and accommodating. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our immediate family and the dining room and kitchen amenities were absolutely perfect. We had our wedding in Saturday followed by a BBQ Pool Party on Sunday. All our families and friends had a great time. Luckily and blessedly it did not rain on my wedding day. So our risky bet worked for us. I could go on and on raving about Casa Bella, but I won’t. If you have a big group and want to have a party, this is the place!!

Destination Wedding in the Rainforest

We stayed a week at Casa Bella in June 2024 for our daughter's wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre. We had 14 family members ages18 months to 73 and 1 friend at the house and 6 family members at a smaller house in Palmer. Casa Bella is extraordinary and Jeff and Joe could not be more welcoming and responsive to our requests. The 10 children loved the pool, the outdoor games; pool table, ping pong, jenga, and foosball. The layout was perfect for our family with the younger children sleeping upstairs and the older 4 boys in the room with 2 beds downstairs. Plenty of space for all. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, though we mostly brought traditional Puerto Rican food in for meals. The laundry room was used a lot. We were able to get to the beach, El Yunque Rainforest and Old San Juan, though it can get crowded. The young adults in our group went kayaking one evening through the mangrove forest into Laguna Grande to see the bioluminescence. I loved the daily rain showers and the gentle breezes that kept the temperature tolerable. Exceptional property!

From the moment I saw Casa Bella, I was overtaken by the serenity and beauty of the property. I saw so much potential in it and was determined to make it the true paradise I once dreamed of.

Avocado, Papaya, Soursaup, June Plum, Breadfruit trees are scattered throughout the property. It is located 10 minutes from Luquillo Beach & El Yunque National Forest. Just down the hill is the trendy town of Palmer with plenty of dining options (Acai Bar, Coffee Shop, Rooftop Bar, Tacos, Sushi, etc). Casa Bella is located in the middle of San Juan & Fajardo (approx. 25 min).
