Kingsley Beach House - Puerto del barco

Desde el momento en que conduce y ve el exterior de estilo Hamptons de esta casa de vacaciones frente al mar, quedará impresionado.  En el nivel de entrada, encontrará el retiro perfecto para padres completo con cama queen size, sala de estar, escritorio (para aquellos que no pueden escapar del trabajo), una gran televisión y un impresionante baño y lavandería.  Aventúrate arriba para un rincón de lectura lleno de luz con vistas al océano e incluso una variedad de libros para que disfrutes.

Al entrar en el centro de la casa, verá instantáneamente la magnífica cocina nueva con todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida maravillosa.  Un magnífico comedor con capacidad para 10 personas, un amplio y cómodo salón, TV de pantalla grande, Wifi gratuito, aire acondicionado de sistema dividido, múltiples puertas corredizas para disfrutar del aire del océano y la gran terraza con barbacoa para disfrutar de las INCREÍBLES vistas.

Si puedes alejarte de este hermoso espacio al final del día, el lujo te espera en las dos habitaciones queen size y dos magníficos baños.

Los niños también han sido atendidos con su propio desván privado.  Cuatro camas individuales, sala de estar, TV y una Play Station (incluidos algunos juegos) los mantendrán felices durante horas.

Kingsley Beach House le ofrece absolutamente todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa y disfrutar de sus vacaciones junto a la playa.  (Nota: no hay garaje disponible en esta propiedad, sin embargo, el camino de entrada puede acomodar hasta 3 autos).

Great for families

Accommodating property for two families. Kids loved the loft space and the adults the open plan living. Both these spaces allowed the families to bond in the rainy weather. Location is great and the short walk to the calm beach is a bonus. Not far at all for us to go 4wd on beach and close to shops and Shoal Bay.

Great property and location

We had a girls weekend away. Our guests were aged between 16 and 73 everyone found the house clean and spacious for 10 guests. The only issue we had was figuring out how the fan worked in the loft as it was quite warm up there but we got it working in the end. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

What an amazing home. We will definitely be back to stay here. Stunning views and perfect layout.

We needed a place to stay with 2 other families our children & theirs. This home suited out expectations so much. The loft was a perfect hideout for our kids to play and have fun. And the bedrooms allocated on the mid level and downstairs were perfect in size and comfort. The fact you could entertain inside and out with spectacular views was even more of a bonus. Affordable and comfort all rolled into one. Thank you for sharing this home. We will be back 100000%.

Absolutely disgusting from both the real estate and owner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been renting luxury holiday homes for over 15 years and this will be the first bad experience I’ve ever had. Upon check in we found crumbs on the lounges, stained towels, bedrooms and bathrooms had no privacy locks, the house is way smaller then what it appears from the images provided, the ocean views is barely visible. I was charged around $1200 a night way over priced for what it appeared, the house is shared with another rental on the same block. My kids had to door jam the bathroom door with a towel to feel a bit of privacy while using the shower. Real estate Called me up and charged me extra for extra rubbish bags and paint come off the bathroom door which I had no hesitation on paying the extra bill, it is what it is but she was only intersected in humiliating me and my family. I had another booking for December which I canceled upon arrival. Upon checkout the owner arrived to the property and didn’t give us a hi or made us feel welcomed it’s as if she was doing us a favour. The house from the outside looks 60 years old. I wouldn’t pay more then $400 a night for place like that.

Your review is unwarranted, but not surprising considering the conversations we had after your stay. A dozen garbage bags of excess rubbish, cigarette butts in the toilet, downstairs smelling of smoke, ignoring the house rules and a damaged door frame upon departure are an indication of your lack of respect for the property and the property owner. The fact that you are the only person to provide a bad review of this property is more a reflection of you than the property itself. We are more than happy not to ever rent a holiday home to you again.

Great views and proximity to the beach

Loved the location and layout of this property. There was ample space with having multiple options for congregation and relaxation. We would love to stay here again.

Each space was up to date and uniquely designed, we fit all 9 of us in the home and all the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area was nice and relaxing and had a great view. The place looked much larger in person and even better too!! We could not fault a thing, and will happily recommend to all friends and family!! Aircon was great through the day and the heating system also when it got cololer!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely, clean and in a great location. The downstairs room had a damp smell but that clearly wasn’t helped by the excessive rainfall the previous week. The only thing that let us down was the lack of condiments in the kitchen. Things that could of been present: PepperOilTomato sauce Coffee pods to get us through at least one day (being a public holiday)

Beautiful but wet

Really nice property, containing everything you could need. Had a party of 8 adults and 2 kids, unfortunately staying over the very wet weekend. House heaps big enough to accommodate all. Great location. Only downfall, house leaked in the intense rain.

Beautiful Kingsley Beach House

Such a beautiful home. Photos absolutely accurate. We loved this house with all its amenities directly across from lovely, quiet Kingsley Beach. Stairs steep up to loft and quite hot up there in summer, air conditioner struggled on the days we needed it due to the wonderful high ceilings but most days a cooling sea breeze blew into the house, so not a major problem. 8 adults in the house did not feel overcrowded. Kingsley Beach House had everything we needed for a fabulous family getaway.

Spacious, clean house right in paradise!

We booked the beach house for a catch up with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean, large enough for everybody and very tastefully decorated. The beach on the door step was fabulous too. Kiddies were more than satisfied with Apple TV and play stations and us adults appreciated the beautiful large kitchen, stunning bedrooms, ample bathrooms and adorable reading nook. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Hampton’s in Nelson’s Bay !

This home was the perfect home if you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind ! The decor is just amazing, reminded me of the Hamptons ! It’s in a great location across from the beach ! Overall my family and I would love to book this place again as it was so fitting and perfectly laid out with everything you need ! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again !
