Acogedora y serena escapada para adultos en Sedona

Cálido y acogedor mejor describe esta casa adobe Sedona de un nivel. Un patio privado te saluda con rosales florecientes, visitas de colibríes y nuestra familia de codornices residentes. Disfrute leyendo en nuestro cómodo banco o desayunando en la mesa de hierro forjado. Nuestra otra característica al aire libre es lo que yo llamo la gran sala de cubierta. Tenemos cuatro áreas separadas en las que puede disfrutar ... cenar en la mesa del bistro, sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje para 8 personas, disfrutar de un fuego en el fuego de vidrio de colores o relajarse en el futón tamaño queen. Hay mucho espacio y privacidad en nuestro patio lleno de árboles con cerca trasera.
El interior de la casa te saluda con tonos cálidos y accesorios que representan el ambiente del suroeste.
Observe las espectaculares puestas de sol de Sedona desde la cercana Mesa (5 minutos a pie) desde su casa. Solo adultos por favor. Tenga en cuenta * Los impuestos no se cobran en estancias de 28 días o más.

We stayed at this house for 12 days and absolutely loved it. The location is great. The house is clean and very comfortable. We saw seven javelina, a bobcat and many birds in the backyard. Sedona is a fantastic place and it was hard to leave. Debbie is very good at communicating with you and generous in making your stay wonderful. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Debbie was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, well appointed and had a great outside sitting area we enjoyed each night. The house is close to many excellent trailheads. It is also conveniently located to Sedona amenities, especially restaurants and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and hope to return soon. My husband and I stayed here for a little get away. The location was perfect. Most evenings we walked to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We got in later than expected the first night so the basket of snacks was such a nice touch!

The fireplace- we did not use because we enjoyed fire pit so much. Thank you for providing a back up butane. We left the empty butane on deck by sliding door.Hot tub was heaven, perfect temp.

The place was great! Even better than pictured in the listing. We could’ve walked to Airport Mesa trailhead, and a grocery store and some good restaurants from the house too (though we chose not to, esp near dark - streets are not lit in the evening.) Hot tub was a little finicky (but still wonderful!), and we had some trouble unlocking the front door, but the owner was super responsive so it really wasn’t an issue! We split our stay with a second location but were so happy with this house that we would’ve been perfectly happy to have our entire stay here! Really spacious, comfortable, with good quality finishings/furnishings. Highly recommend.

Nice base of operations for enjoying Sedona

My husband and I enjoyed this comfortable home and peaceful property. The morning we were getting ready to check out we had the gift of a deer grazing in the backyard. Lots of birds, and the hot tub with starry night skies was great. The only suggestions I would have is perhaps have the cleaning staff tend to the patio area a bit more and check workability of appliances, bbq etc before a check in. The coffee maker and the bbq did not work (and was in need of cleaning). Debbie got back to us quickly on both issues.Unfortunately we weren't able to use the bbq during our stay. Overall, a nice base of operations for Sedona fun.

Perfect in every way

We’ve visited Sedona for the past 15 years and this was our favorite “home away from home” thus far. The home was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The house and its backyard was very serene, just as the description read. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Host Debbie was very responsive and gave great thought to every detail. You can’t go wrong with this home.

Absolutely Fabulous Property and Hostess!

My husband and I vacationed with his parents in early April. We arrived in Sedona after dark, but the exterior lights were on so we didn't have to fumble with phone flashlights to make our way inside. Once in the house we were treated to a thoughtfully appointed space with every comfort of home. Debbie's communication was superb! I highly recommend this gem for any adult getaway!

Great House. Great Location.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The property is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We appreciated being just the other side of the busy downtown area - easy access without the congestion, plus great hiking and walking trails right out the door. Debbie responded immediately to our questions and was easy to work with.

Cozy and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this lovely home. It is artistically decorated in a southwest style, very cozy and comfortable. A cold front moved in about day 3 of our stay, so, we didn’t get to use the outside areas as much as we would have liked ( they are so lovely); but, we did use the gas fireplace inside every night and that was such a wonderful amenity to have! We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the short drive into town where there were many restaurants close by. The only negative comment I have is that it took forever to get hot water in the master bathroom (which can easily be remedied with pump/valve to heat the water much quicker and would make a such a difference in comfort when you want to wash your hands, clean up, or take a shower, as well as save water.) All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your charming home in Sedona.

Naturally Amazing

An amazing stay, the property is better than pics depicted, well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The deck, grill, hot tub and wildlife in the back yard are bonus. Your host Debbie is fantastic and thoughtful. Great location to use as home base while exploring with easy access to the area's natural beauty.We completed all sorts of hikes we found interesting and some recommended by our host. Easy day trips to Honanki ruins via pink jeep tours, Grand Canyon south rim and Oak Creek Canyon. A long day trip to Page, AZ for tours of Antelope Canyon and Horeshoe Bend is highly recommended. Antelope Canyon is an amazing slot canyon, well worth the 3-hour one-way drive. We recommend a tour directly with the Navajo Nation; they provide top notch guides (Jay was awesome) explaining the history and providing the best location for pictures and features to capture will inside the canyon. Uptown shopping and dining experiences were great. Parking is a bit of an issue pretty much everywhere so plan ahead to arrive early to use public parking areas that are close in. We can recommend a short drive or hike to view a sunset from Mesa Airport and having a meal at the airports Mesa Grill. The view and food were top notch. We would definitely stay at Quail Run again, the neighborhood was quiet and inviting, you can walk to several restaurants and a CVS easily, a short drive takes you to a Safeway grocery store for your supplies. Awsome place to call home for the week.

Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants.....Hot tub in the morning w/ coffee and after hiking...Amazing sunrises and sunsets just up the road behind the house. Friendly helpful neighbors. Javelina`s & Coyotes visited us in the back yard a few days. The house had everything in it to make you feel like home. Debbie got right back to us when we had any questions.

Sedona is beautiful!

The property had eveything we needed and was very comfortable. The deck was perfect. It feels very serene and private and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We would come back.

Simply perfect

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The beds were eye comfortable (which can be a stresser when staying somewhere new). Lots of amenities, great fire pit, large hot tub, and lots of outdoor space. We will definitely stay here when we come back!

I am a Realtor and Reiki master living in a suburb of Chicago. My parents fist brought me to Sedona on a Route 66 trip when I was a preteen. I fell in love with it then and decided to buy a vacation home here. I rented it out unfurnished for 2 years and in June of 2015 totally furnished and did some rehabbing on the home in order for it to be perfect for guests as well as myself and my family. It has been a labor of love put into a home that everyone says feels so like their home away from home. I think when you put yourself into the very fiber of a home with great care and thought it resonates throughout. I love being a tour guide to my friends and family who arrive in Sedona especially for the first time. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

As a Realtor I know that it is all about location when choosing a home. I knew that a home located in the heart of Sedona within walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, shops and hiking trailheads would be a winner. Even if you didn't have a car you could still enjoy many amenities that the area has to offer. The park and public pool are also located within a 5 minute drive or longer walk to Quail Run.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Again, the unique benefit is that the home is located at the foot of Airport Mesa, know to be one of Sedona's 4 major vortex locations. It is a short walk up to the mesa, about 5 minutes, to obtain breathtaking views from the north and south. Airport Mesa is Sedona's premier sunset viewing location, not to mention a fabulous restaurant at the top! (noise restrictions on any aircraft that do not allow them to fly over the property) It is only small aircraft and helicopters. None of my guests have ever mentioned any noise.
Quail Run, being a one level home is also a benefit to anyone with a disability as there is only one 3" step to get into the home. There is also a large walk-in shower in the master plus a large soaking tub.
