Muy limpio unidad 10ª planta en muy buscado Estero playa y tenis Club.
Esta unidad tiene excelentes vistas tanto del Golfo de México como de Estero Bay. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores, no mascotas. Los jardines de Playa Estero y Club de Tenis están impecablemente cuidados y cuentan con una piscina climatizada, una gran zona para tomar el sol, y acceso privado directo a la playa.
Playa Estero y Club de Tenis se encuentra en el tranquilo extremo sur de Fort Myers Beach. Compras, restaurantes y un puerto deportivo de servicio completo se encuentran directamente al otro lado de la calle. El centro de la ciudad "Times Square" zona de Fort Myers Beach está a sólo 4 kilómetros de distancia, con transporte público disponible.
Hay una variedad de actividades disponibles para hacer las vacaciones de playa perfecto. La playa es 7 millas de largo. Bombardeos, observación de delfines y observación de aves junto con tomar el sol y nadar son actividades populares. We loved being able to stay right on the beach and be able to see the water from the balcony. The condo was stocked with all the necessities. Our only issue we had was most of the time we were there only one of the elevators was working. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

Absolutely perfect!

From booking to checkout, everything was perfect. Our host Curtis was very helpful. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. It was our first time coming to the Ft. Myers area. We would stay in this condo again.

Great Stay on FMB

Had a great week here on Fort Myers Beach! The weather might have been a little chilly, but it was a relaxing time away. The condo had everything we needed, the location was great, and the price was right. Would stay here again!

Nice view!

We had a good week here. We really liked the balcony and view and also the pool. Traffic was tough to leave the area heading north starting mid afternoon. We did learn of a close by restaurant Flippers that was great. The owner was very good with communication! This is a nice property.

Area is Recovering

Condo was in a great location. The unit was clean and enough room for 2 people. Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. The progress that has been made is a testament to the hard work of all involved. All the residents that we met were extremely friendly and offered helpful tips.

Wonderful Vacation

Great location between Fort Meyers Beach and Bonita Springs. Was surprised how roomy it was with an accordion room divider between bedroom and living room that was a bonus. The view of the ocean was nice but limited. Curtis was excellent!! Very easy to communicate with and VERY accommodating!!!

Great location, unit was ok

This location was great. Less than a 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. Not crowded and gorgeous sunsets. Across the two lane street are a few shops, CVS, restaurants and bars. Everything we needed was really close. The shuttle was convenient when we wanted to go further south to Lovers Key or north into Fort Myers. The condition of the place was average. Dated, older bedding and towels. But, you are not at the beach to stay inside :)!

Everyone has different standards as far as finishes and furnishings. Just as a clarification, the following updates have been done recently: 1) New Flooring Throughout Unit (August 2017) 2) New Countertop and Backsplash (August 2017) 3) New bedding set; comforter and sheets (August 2017) 4) New towel set; old towels stayed as extras (August 2017) 4) New Kitchen Cart with Kuerig coffee maker (August 2017) 5) New Kitchen Table/ Chairs (January 2017) 6) New Sleeper Sofa (August 2015) 7) Painted Unit (June 2015) Our unit is extremely clean, has never been smoked in, and does not allow pets. Below is a copy of the email I received from our return renters who followed this guest... We arrived at the condo this afternoon. The new flooring is beautiful! Also really like the lanai furniture, the kitchen counter top and the kitchen cart. The cart provides a lot more storage space for food, etc. Very nice upgrades. Thanks again for allowing us to get in a couple days early. Very heavy rain on Saturday and Sunday as we drove through Tenn., Georgia and Florida. Clearing tonight and warming to the mid 70’s by mid week. Steve and Barb

Spectacular Spring Break

The property was perfect for our spring break trip! We had everything we needed and were thrilled to be so close to the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the water and sunrise in the morning. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were a wonderful and thoughtful extra to have at the condo! Curtis was quick to respond to any questions that we had from the time we booked our trip all the way through our stay. He even let us stay a few extra hours on the date of our checkout so that we didn't have to rush. My only suggestion would be that a crockpot would make an excellent addition to be able to have meals cooking while at the beach for the day, but we did just fine without one!

Everything We Needed With the Beach Steps Away

My Wife and i just stayed here at Curtis' place for a week with our 1 year old and we really enjoyed it. The condo was very clean when we got there in all the little ways that show great attention was paid to the cleaning. The condo has all dinnerware required, as well as baking pans, a fry pan, and a kuerig. The only extra things the kitchen could really use are more boiling pots, the lack of which limited our cooking a tad. The condo has 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a little cooler, as well as beach towels and blankets. The property is great, with the pool located right next to the building and the beach a 2 minute walk away. The Ft. Myers beach area is still recoverimg from Hurricane Ian, and lots of places are still being rebuilt. Estero Beach and Tennis Club is one of the few condo buildings up and fully operational, which helps make the island less crowded. Curtis was very responsive to any and all questions and was even flexible with our check in/out times which was a huge help with our odd flight times and having a baby with us. Curtis' place was great at a very reasonable price and we would stay again!

First trip to Floridia and I love it!

This condo is as it is pictured. The location is wonderful. The beach is just steps away and you can walk for miles. The birds are fun to watch, along with the dolphins. I watched the sun rise and enjoyed the lunar eclipse sitting on the lanai. We had a interesting issue when we arrived and Curtis was apologetic and compensated us for the inconvenience. He was wonderful to work with. I will go back when the chance arises.

Pros: *Excellent location *Private, quiet beach *Safe area "Love the balcony *Clean apartment Cons: *Needs to update pots and pans *Needs to update towels - ours had stains, holes and bleach marks *Needs to get new beach chairs and umbrella - most of it was broken *Needs to organize and clean out kitchen cabinets. They're a total mess and it's difficult to find anything *There is no iron *Internet doesn't work or if it does, it's extremely slow

Great vacation!

My son and I stayed in this unit for our end of summer vacation before we return to school. It was perfect for us. The unit was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Curtis responded very quickly each time I had a question (my first time to rent through VRBO). I already miss having my morning coffee while sitting on the balcony and watching the beach and ocean!

Perfect for Couples!

I will start by saying I have never been to Fort Meyers and was very skeptical about going so far south (we are from KY). Now I can’t wait to go back! The condo was clean, had a nice view of the beach, and had everything we needed for the 2 of us. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. We walked across the street to eat and shop almost every day. The food did not disappoint. We also walked across to the marina and did the sunset dolphin cruise, which was also wonderful and reasonably priced (only $57 total). Everyone we met was so friendly and I can’t say enough great things!

Perfect Beach Location

This was a perfect rental for two people. A very short walk to the beach, private parking and an amazing view from the balcony. No complaints, only praises to the owner for sharing with us.
