Propiedad con personalidad! Una casa en una cabaña extremadamente privada con un amplio altillo y un dormitorio / oficina de invitados extra (opcional) en un nivel de terraza separado. Ubicado junto a un camino de tierra en buen estado en una propiedad arbolada y bellamente ajardinada que linda con la tierra de conservación.

Con encanto amueblado con una cocina profesional, rey suite principal, baño spa w / jacuzzi, TV de plasma de 60 "con increíble sistema de sonido envolvente, pisos de cerezo calentados, parrilla Weber, estanque de peces de colores, y acabados de alta gama y detalles artísticos. Ubicación muy conveniente, a poca distancia de todos los servicios de la mitad de la isla y 1. 5 millas de las playas y el centro histórico. Parada de autobús a una cuadra de distancia, y el sendero para bicicletas Surfside se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie.

5 shining stars. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties in other places and this was the nicest one ever. Immaculate house, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious, yet cozy place that helped us truly relax. The owners anticipated all things to make us feel truly welcome, from comfortable places to sit inside and out, to pretty things to look at inside and out (the decor of the house, the lovely gardens which attracted beautiful birds). The location was great, easy to walk to a nearby Stop & Shop and some nice restaurants, and only a block away from the island's free shuttle bus which took us to downtown. We stayed here to mark a milestone wedding anniversary and I sure hope to return to what quickly felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay! The property was just what we were looking for: quiet, clean, and convenient to shops and the beach. We had our car, but the bike path and shuttle stop are literally a block away. The outdoor areas were lovely for reading and relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Lauren and Bobby were wonderful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nantucket Getaway

We had a wonderful visit—our first time to Nantucket. Since we were there for a family wedding and events were just 10-15 minutes away by car, we decided to bring our own vehicle, which proved to be very helpful as we explored the island.Lauren and Bobby were extremely helpful and were never bothered by us reaching out with questions. The guest house is lovely and conveniently located close to the bus stop, making it easy to get into the town of Nantucket.I would definitely recommend Nantucket and this place for a memorable stay!

Lovely Nantucket “Treehouse”

As others have said, this place was amazing—it was just magical. Lauren was very communicative. The place was spotless, comfortable and secluded. This house is the reason we would like to come to Nantucket every summer. The loft was cute for our college age daughter. It was a tiny bit far for us to bike into town— but that’s just our preference. We were able to bike for some groceries, coffee and breakfast (we ended up renting a car). Thank you, Lauren and Bobby, for an amazing stay!

Nantucket tree house

This is a beautifully decorated, well appointed and comfortable property. It was a great location and property for our first vacation in Nantucket. I would definitely rent this property again.

Everything You Could Ever Want in a Vacation Home

Not only was the Treehouse beautiful, immaculate, perfectly located near enough to town but away from traffic and noise; it was probably the most well equipped house we’ve ever rented. Lauren thought of everything to make you feel welcome. Lovely notes and fresh picked flowers throughout the home makes you feel like you are in for a special vacation.

Feels like Home

The Treehouse was a great place to stay. Good location, centrally located and within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery, but still very private. It was also very comfortable with every amenity I could think of. Lauren supplied everything, her attention to detail is wonderful and you can tell she really put alot of thought into it. My husband and I enjoyed everything even the outdoor spaces for coffee in the morning and reading in the afternoon. Of course our vacation was great but coming back to this house made it all the better. Highly recommend and if we are lucky enough to come back I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed ate stay at Tree Top. Apartment is just as described. Furnishings and bed were very comfortable. Close to groceries, restaurants. We brought our bikes, so everything was easy to get to. Traffic is heavy but Island is very bike friendly. If you want to be close to town, you are about 1.2 miles out. No problem for us.

Home Away From Home ….

Seriously, this home was so welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. EVERY little detail was accounted for, from a welcome note card to fresh flowers (placed in vases throughout the home) to every kitchen tool, dishes, flatware, a “martini shaker AND juicer …spices” (…yes, my wife loves to cook and such even on vacation) … Lauren & Bobby even provided a vanity for her to do her “makeup” which she didn’t need because BONUS we had great weather! The hosts made superb local recommendations for eating out (even separated by breakfast, lunch & dinner), beaches to see and on top of that … being in the Treehouse was quiet - had the best tiniest little grill which was super clean and in all seriousness - better than pictures could depict. Add to that …. for what was supposed to be Hurricane Henri, the hosts were going to allow us to extend on the back end of our trip when we thought the ferries would be cancelled into our day of departure. Thinking of asking them to do a home swap - definitely think we have exacting tastes.

Great Location, Roomy Stay, Will Return

The location of the Treehouse was the perfect distance from many restaurants, grocery, the beaches and walkable to town. The place itself was very clean and came with all the accommodations a couple would need for a week. Lauren was easy to get ahold of and stay in contact with while at the location. Will we definitely return when we come to Nantucket.

Perfect Location and Lovely Nest in the Treehouse

We recommend the Treehouse to anyone looking for a getaway with perfect combination of privacy and proximity to Town and Beaches, etc. Lovely place, great hosts! short walk to dinner and lunch, longer walk or short bike ride to town. We biked to beaches and Bartlett Farm, highly reocmmend!

A beautifully decorated, cozy home in a great location.

Lauren and Bobby were extremely friendly, discrete, and helpful, being easily available over text message with any needed help. Their home is very tastefully decorated, comfortable, and cozy. We loved it. It is also very well located, close to bike paths, beaches, and not far from the main town area.

Excellent stay at the Treehouse

Lauren and Bobby's place in Nantucket is welcome and well-appointed, with everything we could want during a trip to the island. Even when the weather was uncooperative, we had a wonderful time relaxing in their home. Would happily stay again.

A week in Nantucket with our bikes.

What a great vacation in a beautiful and quiet cottage! Not too far from town but just enough, we spend the week exploring the island by bike. It is well located and close to the supermarket. The cottage is awesome and well equipped to make you feel at home. Finally, the owners have a real sense of hospitality and welcome you warmly! We already miss Nantucket and want to come back.

Nantucket Treehouse Retreat

Everything we could possibly need was outfitted in this charming “Treehouse” offering undated appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom and Nantucket touches throughout. The loft was ideal for our overnight visitor and the location quick walk to Stop N Shop for supplies and easy Uber or 20 minute walk to town. Loved our stay!

A private gem

Staying at the Treehouse was a wonderful experience. It is very peaceful & quite. It is great for a relaxing get away. The home was very clean and well appointed with everything you needed for a short or long stay. As soon as I walked In I could tell the owners put a lot of time, effort and care into the home and had all the details for a relaxing stay taken are of. The home is perfectly located and you can bike/walk to town, many good restaurants, a fabulous coffee shop, & grocery stores. An easy bike ride to surf side beach and other attractions. The owners were super nice to deal with and responsive with any questions.

What a gift...

Staying at the Treehouse is like going to Mr Rodgers house ! You can't help.but feel soothed by the details that are meant for your enjoyment. The timed lighting on the fish tank, the timed lighting on the patio, the candle in the bathroom all make you feel like someone is waiting on you. This place is decorated perfectly and has every amenity you could need. The bed is also very comfortable. I totally enjoyedy stay and hope to come back again. The TREEHOUSE IS THE BEST:)

Perfect Nantucket home.

Captured the island feel. Beautifully decorated open concept home. State of the art. Meticulously maintained Tucked away yet close to mid island stores and restaurants. Owners were so pleasant to deal with and welcoming. Treetop views Have been coming to the island for many years and this was one of the best stays. Looking forward to coming back.
