Outstanding, marvelous, phenomenal

We spent a month at this property and I wish I could stay forever. Our family absolutely loves this villa and our hosts. I wouldn’t know where to start to describe how excellent this place is so I won’t try I will just say that the pictures are absolutely accurate although it’s much better in person much bigger and extremely well tied in. The views are truly magical. We walked to the beach so many times I couldn’t count so easy and convenient. The place is immaculate and posh, well-kept and stocked with every possible thing you could need. With 7000 ft.² of living space we had a large family and we were able to find our own place isolated if we wanted to very easily the Livingrooms are wonderful to come together it’s just fabulous! Thank you Sandy And your team for a phenomenal experience!

Breathtaking Views, quick walk to Town/Beach

My family visited this Beautiful Spiritual home in Laguna Beach for a special family vacation: 8 adults and two young children fit into this house with ample room for everyone to do their own thing or to come together for family fun. Our stay was incredible -- the view from the house was breathtaking and the numerous balconies on both floors provided great places from which to enjoy it. The house was super spacious for our large group and very comfortable, giving us enough space but also great communal spaces. The owners could not have been kinder -- they were amazingly attentive and proactive about our possible need. This is a beautiful home that the owners kindly have chosen to share with others. It has a master suite on the first floor that opens out to the large patio that extends the length of the house in back. The patio has a large spa/jacuzzi that we enjoyed very much. There is a large grill in the patio, with a table nearby for outdoor dining. The patio, which is beautifully planted, also has plenty of room for lounging and reading, etc. The owners did a fabulous job in making the space accessible and exquisite to be in - beautiful decorations inside and out, plenty of storage space, orchids all over! The children were delighted to find toys stored away inside and on the patio so that they were never bored. If you don't need toys, no problem - they are stored away so that you won't even notice them. I can't say enough about the beauty and charm of this home. And of course you have the shops, restaurants, art galleries, and beaches of Laguna Beach to enjoy. The owners who will welcome you are the nicest people one could imagine. Fabulous place!! Grateful for the first floor, we gave our one handicapped person the first floor suite - that worked out perfectly. Staying there was a great experience for everyone in our family and we hope to visit there again in the future!

Brilliant and Magnificent Beach Villa, Great Value

This is an amazing property in the best location in Laguna Beach. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, many of which have been in Laguna Beach, and this is by far the best we have ever experienced. The property benefits from just about every comfort and convenience you could possibly wish for and views of the ocean and Laguna Beach to die for. The bedrooms are huge and lovely; the master suite is an absolute joy to relax in on an evening, watching the beautiful sunset over the ocean (it is so gorgeous that we now have a photo of the sun setting over main beach on the wall in our home). The kitchen is fully loaded with everything a seasoned chef could require. The living areas are wonderful and again have everything you could want. The property itself is very large with the front meditation garden, basketball hoop, and the the back with the spa, patios, garden, and dinner seating area. The property is very kid friendly, as thoroughly tested by my 7 year old. The location is perfect, a very easy walk to main beach and an equally easy stroll to all the best bars, restaurants and shops of downtown LB. Sandy, the owner, and the House Manager, Terry could not be more attentive, genuinely friendly and helpful.They really wants you to enjoy the wonderful property and to get the most out of your stay. Its a cliche but... The photos are not able to convey just how brilliant this property is. Go for a luxurious, fully loaded, comfortable, property in the heart of Laguna Beach, within 5 minutes stroll of the beach and ten fall in love with the heart breaking views.

10 STARS STUNNING LUXURIOUS VACATION AT THE BEACH

My husband and I live in Irvine, CA about 15 minutes away from Laguna Beach so we are very familiar with the properties in this area. This home is grand, beautiful and ideally located at about a 6 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California. We give it 10 stars! We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, many of which have been in Laguna Beach, and this is by far the best we have ever experienced. The property benefits from just about every comfort and convenience you could possibly wish for and views of the ocean and Laguna Beach to die for. The bedrooms are huge and lovely; the master suite is an absolute joy to relax in, with breathtaking views of the picturesque Laguna Beach sunset over the ocean (it is so gorgeous that we now have a photo of the sun setting over main beach on the wall in our home). The kitchen is fully loaded with everything a seasoned chef could require. The living areas are wonderful and again have everything you could want. The property is very baby friendly, and Sandy even provided us with a pack and play with brand new sheets for our 4 month old. The location is perfect, a very easy walk to main beach and an equally easy 4 minute stroll to all the best restaurants and shops! Sandy, the owner, is one of the most genuinely kind and gracious hosts I have ever met. We felt so taken care of and welcomed by her and her family. Go for a luxurious, fully loaded, comfortable property in the heart of Laguna Beach, within 6 minutes stroll of the beach and then fall in love with the heart breaking views.

The best family rental!

There is nothing that I can say that is not positive about our summer vacation home! Twelve family members under one roof for a length of time and we all left raving about this magnificent home and looking forward to our next visit! The home is so large with two spaciouis living rooms (both with views of the ocean!) that we were not on top of each other as in other rentals. The home owners treated us as personal guests, with plenty of bathroom and kitchen necessities. The location was stupendous...so many family and adult activities with in walking or short car ride distance. I keep replaying our family vacation in my mind and looking at the most memorable pictures! Thank you for sharing your special home with us!

The best family rental!

There is nothing that I can say that is not positive about our Laguna Rental Home! Incredible property, with stunning panoramic views

What an amazing property nestled in the hillside with breathtaking panoramic views of Laguna Beach. The house is expansive with a beautiful back yard and patio where we lounged and grilled food. The property seemed photo shoot-ready, very clean, well appointed, spacious (about 7000 SQ Feet) but also very comfortable. The house sits at the end of a no-through street, so theee is no traffic and it’s quite and peaceful. Great to entertain with family and friends. Again, the views are stunning! It’s a short walk to downtown Laguna and all the quaint shops and fabulous restaurants, my favorite being Broadway Grille. And, the main beach is right there just a block or so from downtown. Also there are public tennis courts and a swimming pool just a few blocks away. Didn’t have time to use them but hope to next time (it appears that the tennis courts may have an ocean view). The Laguna Beach trolley is just a few blocks away to easily explore the town both north or south, without the need for a car or the hassle of parking. What an amazing place! I highly recommend staying here!

Exquisite dream-like mansion = relaxing vacation!

I was pleasantly stunned and in awe of every aspect of this home - from its vibrant, flawless decor, to its many bay windows boasting panoramic views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, to its short two-block walk to downtown Laguna and the pristine beach! I came with friends to relax and to find alone time to work on my writing projects. The wide-open space of the home is perfect for enjoying time with friends - any activity from cooking in the gorgeous kitchen, to watching movies in either of the two living rooms with huge ocean views, to enjoying the backyard spa is enhanced by the uplifting vibration of this incredible home. With the many large rooms and inspiring views, I also had plenty of space for quiet time to write. I highly recommend this to anyone - individuals, families and groups of friends!

Wow! Welcoming, sophisticated and relaxation for all.

This retreat wows. Every space in the home is designed for comfort, harmony and entertainment for the guests as a whole and individually. It is walking distance to everything central Laguna. The views are spectacular!

Beautiful magical luxurious vacation

If you're looking for a luxurious amazing vacation home, look no further! If you're anything like myself and my husband you'll spend days scouring the vacation rental sites looking for the best property for your family. When I tell you this home is the "one" for you I mean it.This property really is as good as the pictures, description and reviews suggest! It was luxurious and  everything worked super well and did what it was supposed to do, so our stay was really comfortable and easy. What can I tell about the house! It´s spectacular and extra luxurious ! The social areas are grand, the views are amazing, the location itself is the best as it´s an easy 5-6 minute walk down to the beach(es), a huge aquatic and tennis center is one block up, and the town itself is 1 block down and really special. The villa has a Sonos sound system as well. Our hosts met us at the home for a brief time when we arrived to explain the ins and outs of the house and made sure we had no questions. Every time we had a question it was answered immediately. They are fantastic! The house was clean, equipped with loads of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, tennis racquets, wet suits for all, stocked kitchen, extremely spacious, quiet and had the most wonderful view of laguna and the beach itself and ocean. I expect a home as clean as my own for my kids to run around in when I'm away and this house was exactly that. The spa was sparkling clean and huge, and was especially magical for my wife and I at night while the kids were sleeping. Thanks Sandy for offering such a beautiful villa in a great town!

Grateful for the Beautiful memories

This estate is fantastic and even better in person. The place was completely perfect and highly upgraded. Of great value was the wonderful owners who attended to our every need- very responsive and even proactive with anticipating our needs. Thank you Sandy and Rich, Denise and Stacie. We were there for a month. We loved the lit salt water spa which fit 10 of us, the gourmet kitchen, the 2 huge yet cozy living rooms, dining room, large wet bar and counter - it's all connected in the most brilliant floor plan. There are views of the beach, ocean, Catalina Island and nature from every window, including the city lights and 3 bell towers. The Master suite is so impressive, again super floor plan, huge separate living room with en suite bathroom of 2 sinks, spa tub, 2 showers, and beautiful. We liked the separate toilet/bidet room too. There are 5 total bathrooms which we appreciated, 3 ensuite for 2 other master bedroom options. We watched the glistening waves crash in the sunshine and heard them crashing in the evening as we slept. Our family loved all of the bedrooms and upstairs TV room/office with computers and printer for our use. The back yard is huge and there is another terraced meditation garden in front. The estate is 1 block and a few steps to downtown, really. The beach is 6 minutes away. We loved using the abundance of new beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We want to come back. Our experience was better than any of the 5 star resorts we are accustomed to, just like another guest said. We are grateful for the beautiful memories we made.

There are views of the beach, ocean, Catalina Island and nature from every window, including the city lights and 3 bell towers. The Master suite is so impressive, again super floor plan, huge separate living room with en suite bathroom of 2 sinks, spa tub, 2 showers, and beautiful. We liked the separate toilet/bidet room too. There are 5 total bathrooms which we appreciated, 3 ensuite for 2 other master bedroom options. We watched the glistening waves crash in the sunshine and heard them crashing in the evening as we slept. Our family loved all of the bedrooms and upstairs TV room/office with computers and printer for our use. The back yard is huge and there is another terraced meditation garden in front. The estate is 1 block and a few steps to downtown, really. The beach is 6 minutes away. We loved using the abundance of new beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We want to come back. Our experience was better than any of the 5 star resorts we are accustomed to, just like another guest said. We are grateful for the beautiful memories we made.

We are grateful for the wonderful Memories

The Estate is fantastic and even better in person. The place is perfect and highly upgraded. Of great value were the wonderful owners who attended to our every need- responsive and even proactive in anticipating our needs. We were there for a month. We loved the beautiful environment and think they provided us a great value. We considered other options, but this was by far the best. We are grateful for the wonderful memories we made.

A-Mazing Villa

Amazing Villa- huge mansion, amazing views of whales, dolphins, beach, waves crashing We came with 4 kids and two parents. It was the best indulgence I could ever give myself and friends. The villa is open and expansive, yet feels inviting and warm. The interior design is brilliant. And Everthing works. The kids were always occupied when at the villa with the computers, spa- so big- with built in seats, (very safe cover on it) in the backyard, the plethora of toys and kids bikes, the climbing around the tiers of the meditation garden, the 3 tvs, wii, xbox, and more. And, wow-the beach is really close for us all, kids park right on the beach (ages 1-12) The beaches themselves are rated as the best in the world and we know why now. It was incredible to swim in this ocean with the kids. And for us adults, well, majestic views, relaxation, cooking in the gourmet's kitchen, the downtown just down the steps from the next street over for shopping, restaurants, every store and service you want. Fantastic outdoor seating all over town. This is THE PLACE to STAY if you have a group and want view, beach close, downtown, and 5 bedrooms. We only used 4, yet it was worth paying for the villa even though we didn't need all the space.

Stunning oceanside home!

I was pleasantly stunned and in awe of every aspect of this home - from its vibrant, flawless decor, to its many bay windows boasting panoramic views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, to its short two-block walk to downtown Laguna and the pristine beach! I came with friends to relax and to find alone time to work on my writing projects. The wide-open space of the home is perfect for enjoying time with friends - any activity from cooking in the gorgeous kitchen, to watching movies in either of the two living rooms with huge ocean views, to enjoying the backyard spa is enhanced by the uplifting vibration of this incredible home. With the many large rooms and inspiring views, I also had plenty of space for quiet time to write. I highly recommend this to anyone - individuals, families and groups of friends!

Truly one of a kind

The owners are amazing, made us feel it was the perfect home away from home. We celebrated a family wedding with several different family members in attendance; coming in, stopping by, getting ready at the house. It was perfectly accommodating for everyone, and the owners were avaliable for any questions via-text messaging or phone call. Very highly recommended and in the perfect location to see the entire downtown area and beach view. Simply Amazing Property. . . .Highly Recommend

BEYOND FABULOUS, BEST EVER

Beyond fabulous, this is the best place ever! This villa is over the top amazing! We watched the dolphins from the bedrooms, watched the glistening waves crash in the sunshine and heard them crashing in the evening as we slept. The place was completely perfect. We love the lit salt water spa which fit 10 of us, the gourmet kitchen, the 2 huge living rooms, dining room, large wet bar and counter - it's all connected in the most brilliant floor plan. There are views, views, views from every window, including the city lights and 3 bell towers. FABULOUS VILLA, VIEW, LOCATION, OWNERS

We travelled from Minnesota for a family reunion with a total of 12. This Villa could not have been better if I had designed it myself. It isn't obvious from the pictures, because it is hard to see scale, but the size of 7000 s.f. allowed for us to have completely private spaces, with Quiet for everyone, and enormous areas for us to congregate all 12 with ample room. I love the amazing views from all windows and terraces and balconies. We listened to the waves crash throughout the house and could easily see our family members as they were ON the beach. Great way to keep tabs on kids:) The brand new grill outside and spa made it a special cook out and swim night one night. Another we all watched a movie on the Huge projection screen with the surround sound. I spent lots of time in the chef's kitchen cooking- what a pleasure, and on the terraces with a book or my computer. The wi-fi really is perfect in every room- super strong signal. I so highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a lot of space, likes luxury and beautiful surroundings, and enjoys the beach- 5 minute walk. There is an olympic sized pool and kids pool and 8 new tennis courts on the block above this street which we enjoyed as well- we are tennis players. The hosts were always ready to help and accommodated our every need. Please visit this villa if you can within your budget. It was the deal of the year for our family.

Even better in person

I spent my 21st birthday with a group of friends and it was extremely spacious and luxurious. The house is very private and very welcoming. The rooms were amazing and the house was decorated beautifully. Sandy was also very sweet, helpful, and was able to be reached at any time for further questions. It was exactly the kind of home away from home I wanted to spend time in for my celebrations. My friends and I look forward to staying in the home again!

Fabulous Home, Hosts & Ocean View!

Sandy & Richard were most welcoming and made themselves available if we had questions. Prior to our visit we had some requests about exactly what was available at the house and the floorpan since we were a 3 generation family and were celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything was available and more in terms of luxurious amenities including spacious bedrooms with the main one fit for a queen or in this case, the 80 year old family matriarch. The house is an ideal and private location where a car is rarely needed since it's just a couple blocks walking distance to downtown, the main beach and boardwalk, and yes, a Starbucks. We look forward to coming back!
