De propiedad privada y ubicado dentro de un complejo bien establecido, este segundo piso completamente amueblado, con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños frente a la playa en Castaways Cove, cuenta con una fabulosa vista al mar desde un balcón privado y tiene capacidad para 2-6 personas. Se puede alquilar como 1 dormitorio con cocina completa mejorada o como un diseño completo de 2 dormitorios.

Las características incluyen una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, cocina completa con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable como refrigerador, estufa, lavaplatos, microondas y cafetera. Lavadora secadora. Un adicional de 2 camas Murphy derribar en la sala de estar.

El segundo dormitorio es un estudio con una cama tamaño king, baño completo y cocina completa con barra de bar, microondas y cafetera con impresionantes vistas al mar y un balcón.

Además de que ambos lados tienen entradas separadas, el condominio también cuenta con un paso interior de bloqueo a través de la puerta.

Our Happy Place

We love Castaways Cove at the Reef Resort. It is peaceful, beautiful, and the absolute best place to relax. We've been visiting this resort for years and will be back as soon as possible. The condo perfect. It's exactly as pictured and very comfortable. the condo is so close to the beach and is ocean front. It really doesn't get better than this. We can't wait until our next visit. Pilar is wonderful to work with and very responsive. It really is our happy place!

There was some confusion with how to check in, it said there was a code on the door, but no code, but the front desk at the resort got us all checked in. There were no beach towels in the unit and the resort won't let you use theirs, but other than that, everything was excellent! Would recommend for sure :)

Relaxing resort

Relaxing resort on relaxing side of the island. No crowds to fight. Nice to have bar:restaurant on the beach and grocery: other stores right across the street that has minimal traffic. Pool was very nice. Close to several tourist attractions. Pilar was awesome!

Great location and oceanfront views!!

The two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5 and loved the quiet of the East End. The unit was nicely decorated with tropical / beach decor. We enjoyed getting up and sitting on the balcony for sunrises while the roosters crowed and waves rolled in. We used the Castaway pool which was a great size, very clean and refreshing. We knew to expect the Sargassum before we arrived so came prepared that we would spending more time at the pool but we were able to get in the ocean a few times on days that there were clear areas in the water. Can’t control Mother Nature. Front desk was very helpful at check-in, check-out and anything else needed during our stay. My wife and I went for date night at Tides and it was fantastic. Highly recommend it. Several great local restaurants we loved - Tukka and Eagle Rays. We did a dawn stingray tour as and snorkel tour with Ocean Frontiers as well as Slip and Slide snorkel tour with White Sands Water Sports. Both great companies to deal with and awesome excursions. They are very conveniently located to the Wyndham Reef and get you into the beautiful blue-green waters of Grand Cayman that you go to see and swim in. We truly loved our stay!

Very, very quiet place. Not much in the way of dining or shopping. Pillows on beds need to be changed, they are too small. TV in living room had few channels thank God for Netflix.

Gorgeous ocean front view

The pictures are accurate. The view is so beautiful. The patio doors open double wide so you can feel like you are outdoors when you are sitting inside. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's a bonus the unit has a washer and dryer. We went in March and the whole week was windy. Be aware that the east side of the island is the windy side. We were able to escape the wind and do some excellent snorkeling in the 7-mile beach area where it was much nicer weather, perfectly calm. But we enjoyed coming 'home' to the quiet albeit windy side of the island. I would stay here again but would research what time of year it may be less windy since I come mainly for snorkeling and the ocean was much too rough for snorkeling.

Our stay in paradise:)

We had an absolutely wonderful week the condo was perfect it was beautiful the view was something I will never forget! The owner was so easy to communicate with and kind! we would love to go again sometime! And would definitely stay here! There is restaurants nearby that are phenomenal, grocery store right across the street and I love being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, yet close enough to go in to town when we wanted to! Beautiful vacation in a beautiful place! Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with us!

The condo was conveniently located. Was nice to be able to quickly access a grocery and liquor store across the street, and easy access to Ocean Frontiers for diving. There's a lot of pantry items left from previous renters like spices, oil, and the like. The condo supplied both beach towels for pool, etc as well as a couple of sets of bathroom towels. It worked out nice to be able to wash them at night for the next days activities. Beds were not comfortable, Old mattresses with ruts. Cushions on living room furniture slid too easily. The east end has issues this season with Sargassum seaweed, so the clarity of the water was disappointing, but nothing the condo can help with.

We loved it. We were looking for a less populated area and we found it. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. There was quite a bit of Seagrass in the water but generally we were able to find some nice spots to swim. Nearby restaurants were great and having a grocery store right across the street was very convenient. Definitely recommend renting a car. I was nervous about driving on the left side of the road but it was easier than I thought. Pilar and Barbara were great to work with and responded promptly to any questions

My family and I loved our stay in this great unit. We had a small issue at check in, but it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The property owner and manager were both amazing to work with. We will definitely consider this unit again.

Great Condo on the East End

I've stayed in different condos at the Reef for a number of years now and so far this has been the nicest. Everything was new/well-maintained and it's located conveniently near the stairs/pool. If you're looking for a nice place to stay on the quieter side of the island, I would highly recommend renting this unit.

a perfect paradise

We couldn't be happier with our week at Pilar's condo at Castaways Cove at the Reef Resort. The unit is well kept, very comfortable, and was the perfect place to get away with the kids and really unwind. We felt very safe, so the kids had a bit more freedom to go play basketball or tennis hear the main lobby of the resort, which they did every day. There were tennis rackets in the unit and they were able to borrow a basketball from the front desk. It is very peaceful and quite, the beach and ocean are beautiful, the snorkeling is wonderful. This may be our favorite vacation yet! It was pure bliss! You will need swim shoes that have soles, as there are some rock formations n the ocean in front of the unit, but that what makes the snorkeling so good. One of the nicest things was that everything was calm and could be done at your own pace, there were no schedules to keep or lines to worry about. You could snorkel anytime you wanted to right in front of the unit, you could sleep in and still get a beach chair, or go in for lunch and not have to worry about leaving your things on the beach! We can't wait to return!

Amazing!

Our stay in this apartment/condo was fabulous. Pilar was very responsive and easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4, the kids love the Murphy beds, and they are quite easy to pull down and fold up so they weren't in the way during the day. The beach is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. Several days it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The snorkeling directly in front of the unit is great. It's advisable to bring swim shoes that have soles on them so you don't scrape your feet while snorkeling. Of course there are wonderful sandy spots in the ocean also, but the best snorkeling is around some of the rock formations in the water in the ocean directly in front of the unit. We saw small sting rays, small barracuda, lots of pretty brightly colored fish, peacock flounder, spiny lobster, etc, all in water that was shallow enough to stand in directly in front of the unit. Around and under the main doc at the resort is also a good place to snorkel. It's like swimming in an aquarium! The unit is exactly as pictured, and is really beachfront. The balcony is great to sit on day or night. It's amazing to listen to the ocean while the light from the moon reflects off the water at night, it was truly magical! It was also very nice having full kitchen, we generally made breakfast and lunch in the unit, which was easy with a full size refrigerator/freezer, a stove, oven and dishwasher. The food at the resort was also good, and there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the street. We can't wait to return it, it was a wonderful week in paradise! Thank you for everything Pilar!

Great winter escape

We stayed in this condo now named "Sand Feet" in mid-Feb. The ownership of the unit changed just prior to our stay and the new owner, Pilar, was quick to answer our questions and concerns. The condo is on the second floor of Castaways Cove and we found it to be clean and in good repair. Even though it is a second floor unit we experienced virtually no noise from neighbors. The condo has a beautiful ocean view from the large balcony and being on the east side it is possible to sit on the balcony in the late afternoon without it being too warm. There were a couple of minor issues with the thermostat and a bathroom light which were resolved in a timely manner. The condo is located on a lovely stretch of beach on the east end of the island with conveniences, (grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, beach bars), located within a quick walk across the street or down the beach. All in all a very nice place to relax, play in the water and enjoy the sunshine!

Great view and away from the hustle and bustle!

Loved our stay at Pilar's condo. The staff at the property are extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the east end and being more secluded than the busy 7 Mile Beach area. Easy access to top locations. Snorkeling was great and steps from the condo. Would stay again.

Welcome to our beachfront condo, Sandy Feet. Sandy Feet is owned by a couple, Pilar & Tavarus. As a native Caymanian, Pilar was born and raised in The Cayman Islands. She met her American husband while visiting Florida. We chose Grand Cayman primarily because it was a safe, friendly Caribbean Island with very little crime, English is the spoken language, and the island has some of the top beaches in the world. This is our little piece of heaven where it's okay to have sandy feet!

This property is a great location for anyone who loves to take in water sports or for those who want to soak up the sun. It offers poolside and beach front relaxation. Our condo also offers close proximity to some of the best diving sites in the world and the finest snorkeling to be found anywhere right outside our doorstep. There are three excellent dive operators nearby, White Sand (right on the beach), Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers. They all offer courses to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. There are over 260 top dive and snorkel sites on Grand Cayman and the East End has 55 amazing dive sites to choose from. Our condo is conveniently located in a full service resort containing 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, spa, private beach and restaurant with bar and grill. The resort offers an extensive list of amenities and provides great activity options. The concierge will book a wide range of activities including water aerobics, volley ball, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, sunset cruises, nature tours, and trips to world famous Sting Ray City.
