My entire extended family enjoyed our stay @ San Souci. Our family owns a lot on Gulf Waters & we all wanted to be together for Thanksgiving so we rented this house. Overall, a decent place, but probably won't stay at again. Fridge never cooled down in the 5 days we were there. Fridge filter kept leaking and leaving huge leaks on kitchen floor. The fridge water filter was located at the bottom of the fridge and was black and dirty and needed to be replaced. Disposal did not worked and leaked all under cabinet so we could not use one side of the sink all week. There was already a "catch tray" underneath disposal which leads me to believe they were aware of the leak. Understandable it was Thanksgiving so no answer from maintenance. emailed management with issues upon departure and received no response for 3 days until I emailed again. Cleaning should focus on vacuum of floors and carpeted area. They were covered with debris and looks like they just vacuumed around the chairs and furniture. My sister had to vacuum the entire living/dining area. Location of property was really the best part of our week. Agree with other reviews that house needs some updating and there needs to be more comfortable seating to accommodate everyone. Folding chairs provided were so rickety no one dared to sit in them. Great views from the balcony for sure.
