We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was great quality and very clean and comfortable. It is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and the owner was wonderful about communicating with us to make sure all was well! Highly recommend!

Host made contact right away after check in to see how things were going. Always very responsive. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. Easy access in and out of the neighborhood and delightful walk to the beach!

Great place to stay

Very nice place, good neighborhood, and an enjoyable short walk to the beach. Children had never seen the ocean or been to the beach. According to their feedback -" it was the best time ever".

Excellent Experience

Our family’s first visit to Amelia Island was wonderful, and we would highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great and the owners were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

Very clean, quiet, modern getaway

Our family has stayed here the last 2 christmases and always enjoy our stay. Games and bikes included in addition to a clean property. In a quiet neighborhood with additional parking if needed and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at LuxeAmelia. The accommodations were great. We’ve stayed in many properties and have never received such a warm welcoming with nice toiletries, necessities and an assortment of coffee to suit our taste. The owner went out of his way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Kid friendly, short/shaded walk to the beach. The Tesla charger was a plus! We had a fabulous time. The property was perfect. Looking forward to our next stay at Luxe Amelia!

Amazing property with incredible hosts

This condo is as good as it seems, if not better. Immaculately clean and stocked with tons of paper goods, beach and bath towels, and much-more-than-basic kitchen supplies. Couldn’t ask for better! Many thanks for hosting our family, being so clear in communications, and so welcoming throughout the stay. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent Experience

For a family, this was a great place to stay. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. The screened in porch was very enjoyable. All of the technology was easy to use and beneficial. Bikes and lots of beach supplies are included.

Our family was very satisfied with this location and the Management. Communication from the Management was timely. The property was accurately described and just minutes walking to the beach.

One of the best rentals we have tried over the years. Technology, cleanliness, locations, equipment and supplies were all top tier and made for a very enjoyable and easy vacation. Real-time and quality response from property mgr. when needed. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Exceeded expectations

This was a very clean, well kept rental. We use VRBO often and this one has been the best so far. They had everything our family needed and sent a short questionnaire before our arrival to ask specifics (i.e., firm or feather pillows for each bed, type of coffee pods preferred, etc.). This was above and beyond, and much appreciated!

Thoughtful Touches

The Owners of LuxeAmelia have really gone above and beyond with their careful touches to make this rental unlike any other we’ve encountered. Our small group of my husband and I, our 9 month old, and his grandparents had a very pleasant vacation here. The optional baby package was great! The home is spotless, check in was a breeze, the beds very comfortable, exceptional linen options, the kitchen well equipped, location is lovely and a beautiful canopied walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

First class accommodations and service

My husband and I were so glad that we selected Luxe Amelia for our week in FL. Information prior to arrival was clear and complete. The spacious unit was immaculate and in an excellent location for walking, biking and strolling the beach. Everything was high-tech and the owner was readily available for questions, We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Hope to come back!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and beautiful. So many items were available to us in the condo and when we asked for additional things, John was very accommodating! Loved how child friendly it was! We had one mishap that we will follow up on for future children - securing the dresser to the wall. The pool is so close and the beach about a 10 min walk. We hope to come back!

Great Place to Stay

We spent the last two weeks in February at LuxeAmelia. We go to Amelia Island every winter and this was by far the best place we have stayed. I have asthma and can't be in an environment with mold or mildew. They had air purifiers in two bedrooms. The place was spotless. The layout was such that on rainy days, it was nice just to stay in the condo without feeling closed in. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was pleasant. We will definitely return.
