Conveniently located near the beach and Convention Center, this cozy 1-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy the bayfront outdoor pool, nearby beach access, and boat docks available on a first-come, first-served basis (pricing and reservations through the resident manager). The boardwalk is just half a mile away! This unit features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, parking for one vehicle, and on-site management. Non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Mini-week rentals available all summer. Occupancy is 6. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Very clean, close to the beach and right on the bay. Everyone there is so nice and helpful that live around there. The place is small but it's perfect for a small family or a few people. It was perfect for my husband, two kids and I. We would definitely go back again.

Long weekend

This was the perfect property for our family to spend a long weekend at the beach. The proximity to the beach was great, the property was clean and stocked with all the essential kitchen items, and the neighborhood was friendly!

Great 3 night stay!

Just four girl friends who got together for my birthday. It’s a bit small, but it worked for us! Make sure to bring zip lock baggies, kitchen towels, aluminum foil etc!

Convenient and great location. Needs some TLC

Overall the place was fine for the price. It's a great location and the place was good size for family of 3. Nice to have the outdoor table on the deck. Issues: 1. It smelled musty when we first arrived. 2. There was sand on the bathroom and living room floors. I know we're at the beach but day 1 of our trip should have had a clean floor. 3. There are random and rusty kitchen tools. Any rusty items should be thrown away and remove any random items that just looks junky. 4. There are random items in the bedroom closet, again, it just makes the place look unkept. 5. The beds were coming loose from the frames so they rocked against the wall.

Okay but could be better

An overpowering fabuloso cleaner smell greeted us upon entry which is probably bc last review mentioned a musty smell. Trash underneath the beds and nightstand. Dresser drawers in the bedroom and living room are gross and make you just want to leave your clothes in the suitcase. Otherwise cleaning service did the best they could bc the owner should really do a major spring cleaning. No one needs 3 irons in the bedroom closet. If the random junk was removed, then this place would be really cute. Nice layout and kitchen and new to newer appliances. A tv in the bedroom would be nice but there is only one in the lr. The unit is on the end on the 2nd floor and the light on stairwell gives little privacy plus the one bedrooms do not have private balconies to begin with. The pool is big and overlooks the bay. Lots of seating and clean. The security pool lady is too much that it makes the pool not fun but this can also be looked at like the owner has pride in their property and wants their guests to be safe. She was still very nice and would converse with everyone but I still wish she wasn’t there. They have a little private beach area that is very convenient to launch a kayak or paddle board from and then of course they have the docks if you have a boat. Overall place was okay and would be wonderful if the owner did a spring cleaning. PS the cordless phone rang, asking for someone named Jean/Gene…?You might want to check your caller id.

The first trip for our family of 6 was great. The people in the community were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect for us. The rental itself was great as well.

beautiful location and the view from the pool is absolutely gorgeous. condo is super spacious and only a 5 min drive to boardwalk and right across the street from the beach!

Exactly what we needed, where we needed it, but needs updating.

This was my first vacation on my own with the kids and it was just what we all needed. I will say the place needs a bit of updating, but the place is also very functional. The kitchen was just big enough to do get meals done comfortably, and there is a washer-dryer available to avoid coming home with all the dirty laundry. The living room fits an extra twin size mattress with the full size pull out which worked for my boys and the bedroom had 2 full-size beds that worked well enough for me and my daughter. The location was a block away from the beach which made walking easy whether going with all the snacks and drinks or coming back tired from all the waves. Additionally, the location was 20 minutes from the local Walmart as well as within minutes from restaurants, take-out spots, and the boardwalk. However, a few complaints were related to the very dated look and feel of the place, the lack of a dehumidifier that made our initial walk-in smell quite musty, and the lack of TV in the bedroom I resolved with watching my phone or my computer so the kids could enjoy the livingroom TV in the evenings. To be very honest, if there is availability for a more modern apartment, I will definitely use this community and location again. As for this particular apartment, I'd settle for if nothing else was available to remain within the location.
