Everything was great! We were missing a couple of things but wasn’t sure whose responsibility it was to provide…was quickly resolved with a quick trip to Safeway. All in all it was a great stay.

We booked a house to have enough room for our family to enjoy while visiting seaside. I have a teenage Son who enjoyed the air hockey. The house had a perfect amount of space for us all to be comfortable. The host thought of little details, like board games, which was appreciated. The house was also a short distance to the beach, which was great. It was a relaxing trip.

Such a great home and location for our annual family gahering in Seaside.

This was our 3rd stay, never disappoints. Had so hoped we could stay again in 2026 but the week of 8/4 - 10 was taken by the time I checked this morning.

Wonderful beach house

Very well suited to our family; two blocks walk to beach. Kitchen was very fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Everything in the house functioned well. The owner was very prompt and receptive with communication. The only reason for cleanliness not to be five stars is that the first floor laminate was not very clean. We loved staying at the house and look forward to renting it again.

This house is the perfect fit for our annual family beach trip. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and we love the large deck. The house was very clean which isn’t easy for such a big house. Communication with the owner was good. Looking forward to our next visit!

We were very impressed!!

Lots of room for guests and the kitchen was well equipped which we don’t always see! A beautiful two block walk to the boardwalk and front of the beach! We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful House for 9 Friends

A group of 9 friends who met 50 years ago at college met for a reunion in Seaside. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs -- all were very nice. The kitchen opens into the dining/living room -- open floor plan was really great for visiting. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates/cups and utensils. The host was very responsive to any questions and check-in was easy. Thank you!

Inventory Kitchen Before Meal-Planning or Shopping

Pros: There was plenty of space for our 7-person family, the beds were cozy, and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The dining area was spacious and the living room tv was great for the whole family to enjoy a movie on the day it downpoured. We loved the zoned heating. Everyone’s room was exactly how they liked it and all our boys (ages 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) were happy with their rooms, the air hockey table, and game room space. Cons: Cooking was a challenge. We assumed a house that sleeps ten would have large frying pans that allow for cooking big meals, and more than one baking sheet. There were only two smallish frying pans and one baking sheet so even simple meals had to be made in batches, elongating our cook time and effort. We bought meat to grill the first night but uncovered the grill to find that it hadn’t been cleaned and there was no grill brush or grill tools. I messaged the owner, who apologized and stated there had been some but she didn’t know where they were now, and alluded to people taking things. I know theft happens in rentals and I was more understanding than my husband, who was pretty upset about having planned a meal that ended up coated in burnt remnants of other people’s meals. Grill cleaning, grill tools, toaster cleaning, and checking for the presence of commonly needed items should be on the housekeeper’s checklist. (Would be awesome if they had beach chairs available for use.)

Family House

This was a great, very clean house for our family- 5 adults and 3 small children. Wagon ride or walk to the beautiful beach! Nice floor plan and outdoor deck for everyone to spread out. Good location to local restaurants and businesses. Host was super friendly and helpful! She was so quick on responding!!! It is in a neighborhood, so has your neighbor noises, etc.

We keep coming back!

We have stayed here multiple times and every time has been wonderful. Great place with lots of space. Clean and has everything we need. Kari is super easy to communicate with and always makes sure our stay is great.

A Seaside Getaway

Our first time visiting the Oregon coast we knew we wanted somewhere close to the beach with enough room for the whole family. The house is about as close as you can get to the beach and in a quieter section of the beach at that! Compared to some other areas we visited in seaside and canon beach is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, a nice escape from the more densely crowded areas of both communities. We had an unfortunate, freak of nature, accident while staying and the host arranged a rush clean up job so that we could continue enjoying our vacation. The house came well equipped with everything we could need, especially in the kitchen as we like to cook. The host and property made for a great first time trip to seaside!

Fun Family Stay

We had a family gathering of all ages from ourselves in our 80s to our youngest grandson at 6 years old. The house was perfect for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and all the rooms well equipped with nice linens and towels and very clean. The bonus room was great for our two granddons and some great grandchildren, whose families rented nearby. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Great location

2 blocks from beach and less than a mile from downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. The propane tank on the bbq grill was empty and the grill was pretty old and rusty. We find grilling an important part of our summer stay.

We wanted to make a commitment to making memories that will last a life time with our Family & Friends and we decided that purchasing this home would be a great foundation to start building lifelong memories that our kids could remember.
Purchasing this home was a project for us and it took 12 weeks to remodel the interior & exterior bringing it up to modern day standards. This home offers a comfortable & classy beach feel and leaves our visitors wanting to come back to make memories of their own.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION while this home is not on the beach it is a straight shot from the home down T Street and you are on the S. Promenade. Walk, Ride or run down the promenade & visit the downtown attractions or stay on the South Side and watch the surfers ride the waves in the cove, search for shells & enjoy a more peaceful part of the beach.

Seaside offers a different perspective to your typical Seaside visit while still being walking distance to Broadway St. This quiet end of town offers restaurants, shops, bars, golf & its own local grocery store. All of these amenities are within 2 blocks of the house. Also make sure to walk up the street and visit Cartwright park a great place for kids to swing & Climb on the play structure. This park also offer restrooms & a public boat launch.
