Very Nice Stay

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. The owners of the place made us feel right at home and the property was very well kept and modern. Check in was a breeze and we felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay here agaiin!

Great stay close to Hadlock Field

A great alternative to one room in a hotel. Location was close to Hadfield Field and we enjoyed two Seadogs games. We appreciated the snacks! We will return.

I am unable to say anything about the property as we were unable to access it. We could not get inside and were forced to get hotel rooms for our party of 5. However, the property manager has, at this point, refunded half of our money. He fixed the issue with the lock, however, so we could stay the second night, but as we had already paid for 2 nights at a hotel, we declined.

Great access to Portland sites

My brothers and I had a great reunion in Portland, with our stay being important for relaxation and ease of getting to where we wanted to visit. Comfortable beds and easy to kick back and enjoy the house accommodations.

Great place to stay. My friends and I stayed here to visit Portland. Very clean, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Portland. Would stay here again.

Very Pleasant

Four adults, had lots of room, a clean apartment and easy to park on the street. Everything we needed to make a meal or two. Really enjoyed our visit to Portland.

OTO weekend

This was our second stay at Rob's place and, like last year, it was fabulous. Check in is super easy, great communication from host, and location is great. Thompson's Point is a short walk, property itself is in an established neighborhood; overall very convenient to the old port. Will stay again!

Convenient location

Nice place with three bedrooms, and great kitchen area! We enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located to the Sea Dogs ballpark and downtown Portland.

Great location and the property was clean and well maintained. We were 5 adults and felt like we had plenty of room. The host left snacks that were appreciated. We would stay again when/if we return to Portland

Well maintained apartment

We stayed here 3 nights and it had everything we needed. It is well decorated and feels homey. It is a 2nd floor apartment and there are long term people on the 1st & 3rd floors. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Old Port District of Portland.

Perfectly located

I feel like we found the perfect place to stay that was so conveniently located to the airport and all of Portland! There were 6 of us and it was the right amount of space for all of us, although we didn’t spend much time there other than sleeping. Bob was very communicative and thorough! We hope to come back soon!

The property is well appointed and the security of the neighborhood is fine. The owners did a nice job updating an older home. They provided some nice amenities such as two sets of towels for each room, makeup remover for ladies and a basket of snacks. It was an easy drive to downtown and the waterfront which has lots of shops and tons of restaurants etc.

Beautiful place to stay!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our trip to Portland and loved this property. The place was clean with plenty of space and everything we needed. The location was perfect and we found all instructions to be clear. We were very comfortable and loved our stay in Portland!

Portland Trip

Long weekend with the family , wanted something with 3 bedrooms and close to Downtown Portland. This place was perfect, bright , clean, parking, comfy beds..pretty kitchen just great. It was my 1st VRBO what a great experience.. :)

Excellent property and fantastic location.

Rob was prompt and excellent at communicating. The property was a great location near a park and close to everything we needed. The house was so clean and comfortable. My 3 grown kids and I stayed there and there was plenty of room. The furnishings were perfect and the beds were so comfortable. They have a book that answers any questions you might have. Very well done!! We would definitely come back. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Good place but communication needs to be improved

Once inside, the property is great with stylish decoration. Kitchen is not very practical with the sink far from the stove but not a big deal for a short stay. Otherwise communication with the owner was poor, no answer with questions I had when booking a few months in advance and I had to send a few messages and call to get the check in instructions. As said once we got in, it was fine!

Clean and Updated

This was a very nice place. We had six of us in our group and there was enough space we didn't feel crowded. The unit was updated and clean. The locations wasn't great in the immediate area, but it was a very short drive or rideshare to get to all the action in Portland. It was also very convenient for getting to the airport. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice place within a reasonable budget.

Great weekend getaway!

We went for an adult weekend away. The location was perfect! It is very close to all the restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely easy to work with. We will definitely be returning!
