Ubicado en el 3er piso de Phoenix VII en Orange Beach, AL, este espacioso 3 habitaciones | El condominio de 2 baños duerme diez con maravillosas comodidades y vistas impresionantes del Golfo de México. Este condominio es una unidad de esquina con grandes ventanas y puertas de vidrio de piso a techo en las áreas de sala y comedor. Disfrute de relajarse después de un día divertido en la playa con un cómodo sofá, grandes sillones y una gran televisión de pantalla plana. Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los pequeños electrodomésticos para cocinar. El propietario acaba de actualizar todos los gabinetes de cocina y encimeras en febrero de 2019. También han actualizado los muebles en la sala de estar con un nuevo sofá y sillas laterales a partir de abril de 2018. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 en la mesa y 4 más en el bar de la isla.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y una hermosa vista de las puertas de vidrio del piso al techo de la bahía trasera y los puertos deportivos. Esta es una suite principal muy privada y disfrutará de esta vista y bastante tiempo lejos de todo.

La primera habitación tiene 2 camas queen size y TV de pantalla plana. La segunda habitación tiene una cama Queen size más un televisor de pantalla plana.

Este gran balcón privado en la esquina tiene una mesa con 4 sillas y un diván donde puede sentarse, relajarse y dejar pasar los días mientras observa las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México. Creemos que encontrará este condominio la escapada perfecta para sus vacaciones tan esperadas.

Estacionamiento: Los pases de estacionamiento están disponibles para la venta en la recepción. Se le pedirá que compre un pase de estacionamiento. Será una tarifa única, por lo que el pase será válido durante toda su estadía. Solo podrá comprar hasta 2 pases para 2 vehículos en este condominio.

** Esta propiedad es administrada por Beach Getaways en Orange Beach, Alabama. Debe tener 25 años o 21 años y estar casado para reservar esta propiedad. This place was very nice, very clean, other than a couple knobs that were broken previously everything was very nice. we had 3 families stay and we had plenty of room to move around and spend time together. The Location was great as well. We will most likely book again next summer.

Family vacation

The location was good.We have stayed at nicer places for this price. It says has been updated but we would suggest updates are exactly what they need. Furniture is well used in the living room, paint is warn on doors, many pieces of furniture wobble. Kitchen knives are rusty, broken and won’t cut butter and some plastic ware would be nice. The dryer was not working and the response was immediate and friendly however we think the dryer still needs to be looked at.We had a nice week but the stay was not up to our normal standards.

Great location for spring break. Family friendly. Lots to do, great restaurants. The condo itself was decent a little outdated and needed a good dusting of fans and closets. Overall good stay.

The pictures make it look nice. But the place needs new furniture in the living room because what is there is torn and worn. The beds were hard. The condo was filthy when we arrived. They did send someone to clean it the next day after I sent pics to the company. Someone came by every day to replace light bulbs, do annual inspection etc. The fridge is rusted and looks terrible. It did keep things cold and made ice. We have been coming to Orange Beach for several years now and this was the worst condo that we stayed in. The Pheonix VII was genuinely nice and clean it was just the particular condo we were in.

Time for a Remodel

The location was nice but the unit is in need for an update. The tile is cracked in the master bath and appliances are old. We had some friends stay in another u it and there's was much nicer than outs bc it was updated in the last few years. Much money as I paid to stay it seems like parking should have been more mouses. Also to park $60 per vehicle seems kinda pricey .

Outdated and dirty

I was disappointed upon walking in the unit. The baseboards were dirty the walls were dirty and refrigerator actually had rust on the outside of it which was something that should have been replaced. The look of this unit did not match the description or the pictures. The area that I was most frustrated with was the $55 charge for parking. I can understand a parking charge for an extended stay but for a stay that was no longer than 24 hours is out of line for the amount charged for the room. I would not recommend this unit or property.

We enjoyed our time but the unit could have been cleaner. There was an open closet with left over paint and other supplies stuck in there. There was a planter with shells and other items stuck in the master closet. Some places had not been properly dusted. The bedding looked very old. The refrigerator door had several stains. We enjoyed the stay but this unit needs to be spruced up.

The elevator situation was a nightmare!!! The fees to stay at this location were crazy, so we were expecting much more than what we had. Did not have any kind of potholders or anything to remove items from the oven. The bathtub in the main bathroom did not have a mat in the tub slipped and it was horrible . Front desk staff not friendly or helpful at all and I had to visit on two separate occasions.

Summer family vacation

Great location and easy to drive to our favorite restaurants. The condo needed a little maintenance throughout and the living room furniture needs shampoo/deep cleaning. Loved the view of the beach and ocean.

There is potential for this unit

Someone obviously had a dog in the property. Because we found dog bones on the floor and a chew toy. This was the first of a few minor cleaning issues. They need to do a deep cleaning, replace fridge, stove and living room chairs. This DID NOT stop us from having a great time. End unit is super quiet. We used both balcony. Property was vcentrally located for everything we did.

Needs some repairs and a deep cleaning!

Mold on the vents and on shower curtain in the master. Shower dirty, dishwasher not secured in the space, corner molding coming off by door to deck, deck door does not lock, fridge front is rusted (dirty) and smoke alarm, if there is one did not sound when the building was evacuated early one morning.

Property was great but beware!

The property has normal wear and tear of a beach rental but was clean. Views were beautiful! Worked great for our family. Our last night there, we had someone come into the condo using the code. It was 11:00 pm and we were in bed. They yelled across the condo they were here to check in. Scared us to death. Emergency line for customer service were useless. So beware, the code doesn’t change between renters.

Unclean and not well maintained

The facility itself was nice, but the condo was not clean and felt like it was very poorly maintained. There was food stuck to all the glasses when we got there and long dark hairs that didn’t belong to my family all over the condo. There was also very very little supplies to cook anything in the condo. I would never stay in this condo again especially for what they asked us to pay

Needs a spruce up

Location was great. Overall the entire property and the condo require a freshen up. Everything is a bit weathered including stairwells and elevators. The condo itself was a nice set up with 3 bedrooms. The middle bedroom 1st bed squeeked ALOT waking everyone in the room when someone would do as little as change position. May seem petty but the closets were cluttered with everything just thrown in. The place was clean which is a very big plus!! The staff around the property were friendly. The beach was beautiful!!

Really great value for the price!

This unit was beautiful and the view was great! The condo was very spacious and the couch folds out as well. The condo was clean and organized. Upon arrival there was a tablet on the kitchen counter to check in and local attractions and restaurants. The patio is where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the beach. The pools were beautiful and we loved the hot tubs as well as the sauna. Right on the beach very easily accessible. The beach was not crowded at all like it usually is at the public beach areas that was a plus for me personally. We felt completely safe and had plenty of privacy. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and things needed to cook. Even had Christian Dior plates 😂 The check in process is quick, friendly, and easy. ALot of luggage carts and shopping buggies in the lobby that came in really handy for our luggage and grocery trips and hauling things to the 3rd floor. Would very much have appreciated more towels. With 7 people we didn't even have one towel each for after beach showers. We would have to wash 2 loads a day. I didn't see that there was a $35 fee listed on the post for parking per car but was sent with booking confirmation email. Also wish we would have known the extra ammenties that aren't listed like boogie boards that guests leave for other guests, the Phoenix sells them for like $5 or something like that. With 7 people we each bought our own boogie boards elsewhere at $20-$40 each, had we known that option was available we would have gotten them from the Phoenix instead. Overall we had a great stay in a beautiful condo at a great price and would definitely stay at this unit again. Thank you for having us!

Expected More

The agency renting the condo was very helpful and kept me informed of all necessary information. When we arrived at check in time there were work trucks blocking handicap parking spaces, the clerk was short and very unfriendly, 1 elevator was down making it difficult for everyone to get to their condos. The kitchen, dining, and living area is very small even for 4 women, needs paint and some updating! Frequently there was a noise coming from above like people moving furniture that could be heard throughout the condo. The trash shut on our side of the building was out of service. The work trucks never moved reducing amount of handicap parking areas, we never got one. All in all I was very disappointed in this Phoenix property and won’t stay there again

Place was great..

Place was great. There were not a lot of places that were open because of either the hurricane or the Pandemic, but we made the best of it ;)

Loved it!

This condo had plenty of space for us and our 5 kids. It felt huge! We loved the balcony. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins the first day 😍

Completely Disappointed

The condo was dirty, not vacuumed, kitchen drawers were full of crumbs, dishes were dirty, refrigerator had splatter down the front, window screens were ripped, sliding door screen was off and rusting against the wall, shower curtains were moldy, furniture was ripped, light in laundry room flickered, tv equipment had about a months worth of dust, the floor in the kitchen along the appliances had rust and dirt built up and around a/c return was black mold. We contacted management spoke to Stephanie and all she did was tell us she saw pictures prior to our arrival from the cleaning staff and it meet her requirements and we were harsh with our comments. We never raised or voice or said any swear words. If this is satisfactory for this management team then shame on them. We did not complete our stay there and the only refund was the cleaning fee. This unit needs to be gutted and cleaned.

Nice condo for our family

Could use a little updating but I'd go back for sure. Great location, end condo unit with large balcony giving nice views of the beach and everything we needed. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to take the stairs rather than waiting on an elevator.
