La unidad cuenta con 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, con sofá-cama de, cocina completa, sala de estar ... Unidad es aproximadamente 800 a 900 pies cuadrados con patio de la planta baja con tumbonas y mesas de patio y nuestra unidad de arriba tiene delante plataforma lateral cubierta para disfrutar de vistas al mar con mesas de patio, sala de estar y tumbonas .. La unidad ha sido remodelada y cuentan con decoraciones de playa .. Todo lo necesario para disfrutar de sus vacaciones.

It was the fact that you could walk out the door and be on the beach, I could also take my dog on the beach, he loved it!!!

The place isn’t the cleanest after the hurricane last year and it didn’t feel super safe as a woman alone. Issues with the internet when I first arrived but they helped me work through it. If you’re looking to be on the beach and you bring your own blankets/pillows, you’ll have a great time.

Great beach cottage

Loved staying right on the beach. Cottage was well decorated, very clean, and steps to the beach. Host was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again.

So Relaxing

Clean, All supplies you could need in kitchen or bathroom & bedroom. Even broom to keep sand under control!Love the new larger patio with great view of ocean. Quiet stay even with folks in upstairs condo !Would stay again.

Prime Location!

What an amazing location, to be able to walk out the back door and hop down onto the beach was incredible. It was quiet despite it being Bike Week and felt safe. Cleanliness was the only disappointment but nothing that would deter us from coming back.

Great little unit

This little unit was perfect for us. Clean with lots of extra towels and bedding. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Directly on the beach!

We had a great stay! It was very convenient to step onto the beach and 100’ walk to High Tides Restaurant. They are still working on the outside of the building after hurricane BUT the inside of the Dolphin Suite is absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful time in this cute little beach cottage directly on the beach. Our unit which was the Dolphin (red decor) was charming with a rustic coastal feel. The outside deck was superb with steps leading down to beach. There’s no other place as cute and that is directly on the beach in Flagler. We watched the sunrise and dolphins having their early morning breakfast while we enjoyed our coffee on our last day. Thanks to our wonderful host Steve for being easily accessible. We can’t wait for our return trip.

Old Florida and relaxation!

Spent a week in the Sea Watch Suite. Location is beautiful, beach is peaceful and the view is spectacular. Suite was well equipped and Rusty asked when we saw him if we needed anything. Would happily return with family again. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby or full kitchen to cook in as well.

Location Cannot be Beaten

The beach side location without having to cross the road cannot be beat. Saw dolphins while eating lunch on the porch. Watching the sunrise over coffee was amazing. It is a historic older home, which while beautifully cared for, does have some quirks, but overall it provided an amazing trip and we cannot wait to come back

OCEANFRONT PROPERTY-FLAGLER BEACH

We were disappointed that we were placed in another unit from the one that was advertised on VRBO. It was very rustic and needs TLC. The downstairs units, where we thought we were booked, were nice and upgraded with private decks overlooking the beach. We would like to come back but be assured of getting a downstairs unit.

We loved this place !!!

Stayed in the Dolphin . Place is amazing and the view is the best I've ever had on a beach and I go yearly . . The other 2 suites look awesome too ! Just steps from the ocean. It's a one bedroom one bath with 2 couches in LR . Has full kitchen with everything you need! Definitely want to go back again ! May try and rent two suites so my adult kids can join us !!!

RELAXING!!!

My husband and I, along with our dog stayed here for 6 nights. The accommodations were very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we felt very safe staying here. The owner was AWESOME! She made sure that we were comfortable. And, YES, it is only steps to the beach. We stayed upstairs and loved the view. There was a gate on the deck and our dog enjoyed laying in the shade letting the ocean breezes blow across him. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Great location and private beach access, quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in the sea turtle suite! Our pooch did too! The location is amazing, steps right down onto beach with a little restaurant within walking distance and many others a short drive. By the Sea cafe was great for breakfast! The place is a little older, but that's what gives it charm. Some things weren't working (toaster oven)and while they provided beach chairs and umbrellas we didn't find them until our last day. The wifi didn't work so well, but not really there to enjoy internet. Overall we really enjoyed the place immensely and will be coming back for another summer stay.

Thanks for staying with us...sorry about toaster oven didn't know it didn't work but that's funny I just put new blue one in there because I like for my things to match..i don't normally provide chairs but I don't mind at all if they use them you just have to ask because if I leave them out they will rust and fall apart...my wifi is my frustration...ATT has a tower down somewhere and my service keeps going in and out and they have been out here mulitples of times and says it works. but I hope you enjoyed it..this is an older building but it is our little piece of heaven on the beach...again thanks for staying with us...kaye

Did not stay at property at all . Was uninhabitable. Did a bait and switch property all run down . Dead bugs on floor dirty couch no handle on the Refrigerator . Looks nothing like photo.Everything broke down rusted mildew smell horrible . Had too go to the Ormond beachHilton. This property should not be listed at all.

First of all, I have to say the location, proximity, and access to the beach is second to none in my experience! The beach size is on the smaller size compared to St. Augustine or others, but plenty of room, especially at lower tides, to set up an umbrella and sun bathe. This is on the less crowded end of Flagler, even with public access from Gamble Rogers State Park a short distance south. We stayed in the Dolphin Suite, and the porch set up, with different chairs, a place to hang towels and beach stuff, and a shower to clean up excess sand, is really nice; looks newly remodeled. Plenty of privacy between the neighbors and a superb view of the Ocean right outside the nice sliding glass door. The room is quaint, nothing fancy, but it's fairly clean, well-supplied, and the perfect size for the two of us. I prefer rooms that have the beachy vibe without being fancy so, we loved this! That being said, the room maybe could use some love, like some broken blinds fixed, and a little more attention to floors between guests but, this would not keep me from returning, which I certainly plan to do! Communication with the host was great! He always responded promptly to any inquiries I had, and someone touched base with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. This was our first VRBO experience and I was not disappointed. For a nice, chill stay directly on the beach, whether you're surfing or just beaching, I highly recommend!

We have been coming to Flagler Beach for several years and would like to retire here. We have purchased several homes here and decided to purchase this quaint condo/hotel property because it is so rare and unusual. This is the only property of its kind in Flagler Beach because it is directly on the Ocean not across the street.

If you see this property you will understand...No better location..It is beachfront...It is just steps away from the sand from you unit...We will be working on this to always make it better and better. We purchased in June 2015 and already it is so different words could not explain...We also live at this property so we are there for any issues that might arise.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Oceanfront....Oceanfront....Oceanfront...can I say anything else..The downstairs units have 2 sliders in each room so all you see is sand and water...Sea Turtles nests out your backdoor. Beach is so quiet and private...not lots of people to block your view of the ocean..Each room has full kitchens, some rooms have Jacuzzi's, Sleeper Sofa's newly remodeled..
