En la primera planta, hay dos dormitorios de matrimonio, cada uno con su propia mitad privada baño. Entre estas habitaciones es un exclusivo baño de ducha hundida con zona de lavabo. También hay un porche en la zona cubierta inferior. Arriba, el segundo piso incluye una cocina totalmente equipada, una zona de estar con chimenea, un comedor y un baño completo con ducha / bañera combinado. El porche de la cocina ofrece espacio adicional para cenar y relajarse. En el tercer piso, hay un dormitorio de matrimonio abierto que incluye una terraza privada.

Our stay was great. We had easy access to the beach, which was great. We literally parked our car for the week and did not move it. You were able to walk to all of the stores and restaurants. I think the only time we used our car was to drive to Publix. House was a great location. The swimming pools were nice to have if you decided not to go to the beach the only thing I would recommend is a new washer. It does have a mildew smell. Maybe just needs a good cleaning but everything else was great. Highly recommend.
This is one of community pools. They also have a snack bar where you’re able to order food and snacks drinks
This was our entryway to the beach. Lovely didn’t have to worry about parking. We were able to walk to the beach from the house.
This is the main square area where all the stores and food are again able to walk to all of that from the house

Great location, great service, no bedroom door

The house is adorable, perfectly maintained and managed. It is fantastically located. The kid area on the first floor has plenty of sinks and a huge shower that can be entered directly from outside if you're all sandy. My old complaint is there is no master suite. The third floor bedroom doesn't have a door at all and you have to use the bathroom on the second floor. If that type of privacy is not important to you, then it is a perfect little beach house, but my husband and I would have liked to have had a bedroom door.

The home’s eclectic style added a unique charm, and the short walk to the private beach entrance and Seaside town center made exploring effortless. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the property offered plenty of space inside and out—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully stocked with kitchen amenities. One unforgettable moment was when our small dachshund, Beau, slipped out an open door. The incredible Seaside community, employees, and Homeowners Collection went above and beyond to help us find him, and after two anxious hours, we were reunited. Their kindness truly speaks to the warmth of this area. We’ll definitely be repeat guests—highly recommend this wonderful home and its amazing surroundings!

The downstairs bedrooms are set up nicely, and the shower that opens up to the porch is a great way to keep sand out of the house!! The top floor bedroom is very small, and the bed had a twin topper on it which made for an odd sleeping experience. The screened in porches were great for morning coffee and late night chats! I do think the house could benefit from some updates, but overall we would stay here again!

Lovely beach cottage

The location was great, the complimentary bikes were appreciated, and the home was comfortable and clean. We had very spotty wifi at the beginning of the visit, but the management company worked diligently to fix the problem. Our only complaint was that there is no bathroom on the 3rd floor. The web description for Persimmon claims that on the third floor “a queen sized bedroom offers up another bath” plus a private balcony. Very misleading!

The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were flat, there were no closets downstairs and no hangars in the one closet upstairs. The couch was outdoor furniture - which clearly other people had complained about because there was extra foam under which did not help. This property could use an upgrade.

A disappointing cottage

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After over 65 cottage rentals in Seaside over the years, this is the first time I would NOT recommend a house. Homeowners Collection is a wonderful agency and I love working with them however this house is just too quirky. The main bedroom doesn't have a door and the main bathroom is on a different floor. Two bedrooms don't have closets. The sofa is basically an outdoor sectional. There are no fans on the porches. On the other side, Tupelo is a wonderful street with the prettiest and and most accessible pavilion. And the cottage is near the tennis courts and two of the pools The screened porches are very roomy. The unit has a Keurig if you want to bring your own pods. I'm sorry to write a negative review but I wish I had known the inconveniences.

Needs Appliance Update

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The washing machine did not work for the entire stay. A washing machine is an essential at the beach. Customer service inattention and minimal response to this was unacceptable. I had to call several times to finally get fresh towels/wash cloths delivered. The first time they brought bath mats instead of towels and we had nothing to shower with after a day at the beach. I walked to the town center to try to locate the office to exchange the bath mats and there was no office that was easily accessible/locatable to guests. I called the number only to be told I would have to wait on housekeeping to bring towels to our cottage, that the office (which I never actually found), could not swap the bath mats for me. Customer service didn't follow up with us and let us know the washing machine was not going to be fixed while we were there. We went the whole week without being able to wash clothes/swim suits/beach towels, when we packed as though we would be able to. We have been vacationing in Seaside for years and have stayed in a HomeOwners Collection Cottage before. This was not handled as it should have been, per the standards they normally maintain. Appliances should be updated in the cottages regularly and maintained for guests. Having a washer/dryer set up that is over 15/20 years old is asking for dissatisfied guests. So disappointing.

Loved it!

This property was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful and we loved the screened in porch and other outdoor areas. The kitchen is small but well stocked and organized. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. Previous reviews mentioned mattress issue with third floor bed. It seems to have been resolved. It was very comfortable,

Undesired floor plan

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos and layout are misleading. The 2 bedrooms on the first level share the walk-in shower. However, both bedrooms open into the shower area which is inconvenient as you have to make sure others know you may step out of the shower. There is no closets in either bedroom downstairs. One bedroom has no dresser or anything to put clothes in. There was no ironing board. The chairs on the upstairs porch are broken. This home needs cleanup and work completed. Would not recommend.
