IMPORTANTE: usted está tratando directamente con el propietario --- no es una empresa de gestión o gigante corporativo. Además, NO alquilaré a grupos menores de 25 años. Voy a enviar todo lo necesario antes de llegar a OC. Usted no tendrá que esperar en una larga cola para conseguir las llaves y las cosas que necesita para sus vacaciones. Tenemos un sistema de teclado numérico en la puerta por lo que todo lo que necesita es un código de 4 dígitos. De esta manera, usted no tiene que preocuparse de ser bloqueada, y cada uno tiene una "llave". Partir es tan o más fácil - no esperar en otra línea de tiempo para 'visita'.

Si usted está buscando un lugar limpio y agradable para alojarse - lo has encontrado. Tenemos muchos inquilinos felices que vuelven año tras año, algunos hasta 10 años !!

Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Hay 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio (colchón nuevo) y el cuarto de baño mientras que el otro dormitorio tiene dos camas de tamaño completo.

Nuestro apartamento está situado en la calle 39ª a sólo unos pasos del centro de convenciones (literalmente) y sólo 2 cuadras de la playa. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que va a necesitar si se decide ahorrar algo de dinero y comer en! Tengo muchos electrodomésticos pequeños (plancha, parrilla Foreman, licuadora, tostadora, cafetera, todas las comodidades del hogar). También ofrecemos WIFI (abril a octubre) gratuito para nuestros huéspedes. Tenemos una colección de DVD y un montón de juegos para jugar por si el tiempo no coopera! Cuando el tiempo coopera, tenemos varias sillas de playa y un paraguas para ayudar a aligerar su carga.

PADRES dejar el arte de bebé en casa! Tengo un paquete-n-Play para su uso cuna y un cochecito del paraguas. Me esfuerzo para que sus vacaciones un poco más fácil de manejar.

Family Vacation

Such a beautiful condo, We loved staying here. Everything was clean and so organized with everything you could ever think of to need for a vacation. The balcony was a family favorite. We hope to get to stay again in the future!

Amazing place!

Jill was amazing to work with. The property was clean and felt like home. It was very convenient for us with my daughter's dance competition being next door. Neighbors around us were great. The pool area was nice and clean. The bay sunset was pretty! Short walk to the beach and places around the condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this property was wonderful. I just wished that I was able to stay the entire time of my reservation. But 3 deaths caused me to cut my stay short. But if Jill will allow me “I’ll be back!”

Dance/family trip

We chose this property because of its closeness to the convention center for my daughters dance competition- a 2 min if that walk. We also wanted a water view. This was perfect. The owner was great and always responded quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Relax and have fun; beautiful sunsets, too!

We really loved Jill and Sam's rental, and would definitely visit again. The beach and the pool are within a quick walking distance, and the view of the sound is amazing!!! We especially enjoyed how easy it was to book the rental, how informative the owners were in advance, and the beautiful interior decorations in all the rooms. The various beach accessories and the fully stocked kitchen were a bonus! We had two young kids who had fun sleeping in their own full sized beds at night. The only minor downside we experienced was the bathroom with the shower tub (for kids) had sliding glass doors making it a little challenging to give them a bath. All in all, we were very pleased and thankful for the experience of this great getaway!

Simply the BEST!!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! The location, the view, the owner, check-in & check-out - not a single complaint. The owner is very responsive, super nice & I highly recommend staying here. We stayed for Jeep Jam so we were in & out but we loved game nights & just hanging out at the condo & on the deck when we had some downtime. Thank you Jill for sharing your little piece of paradise, we loved every moment!

Great value - great stay!

I rented this property for a family vacation. 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Communication from the owner was clear about what was provided vs what we'd need to bring along with us. The check in process was clear. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The building, grounds, pool, and docks were clean and appeared to be very well maintained. What we loved most about the property was the view. Sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the bay was the perfect setting for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Amazing sunsets were not to be missed. The beach was an easy walk for the whole family. A number of good restaurants and miniature golf courses were also within walking distance. All in all, it was a great week, and we'd definitely book this property again.

The Condo with the best view!

I brought all my adult kids on a 8 day vacation, and we stayed in this beautiful, well stoked condo on the bay. It had its own boat slip which was stellar. We could look down from the 5th floor balcony and see that our boat was doing great. The view is magnificent, and you can see our miles and miles of the beautiful bay. The decorations were very beachy and not overdone. There was plenty of extra space to put your own things. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you would want or need. There was a nice pool on the property as well, although we never used it. My only issue was trying to put the thermostat below 70 degrees. It would alert the owner who quickly got in touch with you, asking you not to put it below 70, because she believed it would freeze up her system and brake. I’ve never herd of anything like this at all. I keep my thermostat at home on 63, with no issues at all. I believe when renting a place for a week, you should be able to keep the temperature at what your comfortable with. There’s no need to sweat your way through the night. Other then that, I can’t say enough about this home away from home. And I must say it was nice having to deal with the direct owner as apposed to a company. A lot better personal service! I highly recommend this condo to any family looking for a spectacular home away from home!

Awesome Condo

This condo is decorated so beautifully. The owner really makes it a home. From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable and were shocked at all the little details. There is a queen bed in the master room and two doubles in the other room so it comfortably sleeps 6. All this and a view of a beautiful sunset every night. You can't ask for more!

We really enjoyed the owners condo. It was very clean and decorated lovely with beach theme lighting and accessories. The sunsets were awesome. We prepared both our breakfast and lunch as the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and baking items. Only recommendation I would have would to bring your own plastic wrap. Since the condo is On the fifth floor, it was very quite. It was a great choice for us!

Great Condo!

This condo is amazing! The views of the bay can't be beat - love sitting out watching the jet skis and people fishing. The only time of day that we really couldn't be on the patio was from 2:00 on because the sun is so strong--it gets very hot so we just opened up the blinds and still were able to enjoy the gorgeous view from inside. The condo is well equipped and very clean, beds are super comfy. Thunder Island is a great place to stay - nice and quiet and only about a block from the ocean. This is the second condo that we've rented in this building and we were very happy with both units. We would highly recommend renting from Jill..she is very easy to work with and responds to emails promptly. If you want a great condo that is clean and comfortable with fantastic views and close to everything...this is it!

The Best!

Absolutely wonderful! We love Thunder Island (get to bring our boat) & this is a fantastic unit. Waterfront, with a phenomenal view of the bay, top floor, no one thumping overhead. Jill has done a really nice job decorating the unit with a beach theme, all tastefully done & up to date. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Jill was super easy to deal with when setting up the reservation & through the whole process. On top of all that the extra thought that she has put into preparing the unit for renters is remarkable - she has clearly tried to think of every little detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We'll be back!

holiday getaway

my fiance and I used the owners condo for a softball tournament for the holiday weekend and it was perfect! the location the space and the view it was all truly memorable! working with the renter was very easy and made everything wad ready to go before we got there. i highly recommend this place for any vacation :)

Great fall getaway

We stayed at Jill's place for four days. As soon as we walked in we loved it. The expansive view of the bay is impressive. The spacious comfortable balcony let us watch life on the bay including a variety of boats and birds. Every morning I wrapped up in my blanket and had coffee on the balcony. I can imagine being here in the summer catching crabs off the dock and cooking a seafood feast. This recently renovated condo is completely stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable and the elevator was so nice when we dragged ourselves back each night. Centrally located, we can't wait to come back.

Heaven on Earth

I just can't say enough good things about this rental---the property and the owner. Working directly with the owner was flawless. She really does have this down to a science. We have been staying at this condo for at least 8 years. Up until this year, we worked through a rental agency. To be honest, I was a little hesitant about getting away from them, but working with Jill was easy. This condo is, and has been, absolutely wonderful. The view alone from the balcony is breathtaking! The inside is just as wonderful, but there is just something about that view! I am happy to say we will be returning next year, and many years after that!

Absolutely Wonderful Condo

My family and I spent a week at this condo. I can't say enough great things about it---and the owner! Working directly with Jill was so easy. In past years, we worked with a rental agency which doesn't even come close to working with the owner. When we left home, we had everything we needed. We did not need to wait in that horrible line to get the keys. Communicating with Jill was very easy and she was eager to help! The condo was perfect. The kitchen was STOCKED. We spent more time on the balcony enjoying the view than we did inside the condo. We have reserved our week for next year already and look forward to many, many years to come.

My family fell in love with OC many years ago. In 2006 we bought a condo off of 28th street. I successfully rented that condo myself for about 12 years. My love for the water lead us to purchase this condo directly on the bay in June of 2015.

We purchased this property mainly because of the stunning view of the bay and the sunset! The inside of the condo sealed the deal! It is an absolute dream. There is nothing better than sitting on the balcony enjoying all that the bay has to offer---especially the sunset!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The biggest unique benefit is that the bay view can be seen from the kitchen, living room and dining room. Being on the top floor (yes, there is an elevator), there is nothing in the way of this view---not even the boats! The location is also a huge benefit. We are just steps away from the Convention Center and walking distance to the beach.
