Needs Lots of Up Keep
We stayed at this property for just over two months. January - early March 2025. We gave the rating of three stars truly because of the location. The location for us was ideal. It is one block from the beach, and 1.5 blocks from the Bay, pickelball courts, and park. You can walk (1 mile) to the grocery store, or just over a mile to shops and restaurants. This place needs a lot of work and updating. It doesn't help that every place surrounding this house has been fully remolded and is taken care of very well. Unfortunately that is not true about this place. The home was dirty when we checked in. It was aparent there hasn't been a good cleaning behind night stands, and in corners etc... for a long time. The kitchen table and chairs are falling apart. There is a cover on the kitchen table to hide how bad it is in the pictures, but really isn't sanitary to eat off of. The washing machine and dishwasher smelled so bad we had to go get a cleaner and still hesitated to use them. The "grill" was so rusted you wouldn't want to put anything on it to eat, and the grounds of the home were not taken care of. If you are the owner reading this, as a property owner myself, I would 100% look at a different management company. Their communication and follow through was awful, often blaming the lack of communicaiton on you. We discussed several concerns with them. You should definately look into the pigeons living in eves and ceiling of the master bedroom!
