Esta espaciosa unidad de arriba de 3 dormitorios está situada en la calle Bambara, a solo unos minutos a pie de las playas Cylinder y Deadmans y del hotel Stradbroke. Great location, awesome house

We were there to surf and enjoy the island - views, wildlife, everything, so this holiday home fit the bill perfectly. Great value for money, spacious, clean and modern. Loved it!

disappointed

property was listed for 8 people but only 6 beds were made. The dining table only had 6 chairs which was the most disgusting chairs I have ever seen. There were totally rusty metal chair and looked like being outdoors for years. The drawers in the kitchen were not clean so we never cooked as it would have been to clean all the pots and pans. The cutlery compartment was also the worst I have ever seen. The lounge was very small and not suitable for 8 people. The dining chairs were not the ones in the original photo. Would not recommend that property. Thank you to the managers who tried to help.

Magical Straddie!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very comfortable. Great large kitchen. Lovely living area and plenty of space for all. Constant cool breezes through the front large sliding doors and a small but stunning view out to Moreton Island. Location was fantastic! Walkable to everything we needed. There were a couple of electrical issues with a ceiling fan and quite a few lights not working but after reporting this to the agent a electrician came a few days later. No real drama.

Reviewer Comments: Loved this property for spaciousness, location, pet friendliness and views of the bay. The beds are fantastic, the kitchen is great. The main shower was disappointing, very weak flow, but useable.Having a tenant underneath was not a problem and as advertised they are very quiet and unobtrusive.As with most holiday rentals, there was no decent non-stick frypan, so we bought one at the lifeline shop along with some extra glass tumblers. Some extra Tupperware containers would also be useful.All in all, an amazing stay. 8/10

Team at Ray White Straddie were very friendly and accomodating.However place needs a deep clean with attention to detail. Also flyscreens on sliding doors would be of benefit especially since there's no air con in this part of the house. Air con in 1 bedroom only that wasnt working.

Great location with some improvements needed

This property has so much going for it such as a great location within walking distance to beaches and shops in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is large with a huge wrap around balcony, big kitchen, lots of windows to catch the breezes, two bathrooms and many comfortable beds. However, some negatives made it far less appealing. The floors, rugs and sofas were not clean which was emphasized by the black hands, legs and feet on our crawling baby. We could not get the air conditioner to work but this may have been rectified if we had called maintenance. The ocean view would be enhanced if the owner would trim the trees so that guests could see the view while sitting on that great balcony. More than two and newer chairs on the balcony would be nice. Finally, the soaps and toilet paper were almost gone when we checked in. This place has so much potential if these issues could be rectified, especially the cleanliness.

We have stayed here 7 times and love it however we have noticed some deterioration e.g. cleanliness of patios, dining chairs, laminex coming off above dishwasher, bucket in laundry broken, large mat needs carpet cleaning, blind in 3rd bedroom needs fixing
