Arquitecto diseñado casa de playa de 4 dormitorios con vista al mar y arbustos ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida.

El nivel del suelo tiene 3 habitaciones (1 x reina 2 x individuales 2 x individuales) baño familiar 2da sala de estar (retiro para niños).

El dormitorio principal es un poco más alto y tiene albornoz y baño privado.

Arriba hay una gran cocina abierta, comedor, sala de estar que conduce a la gran cubierta cubierta.

El último tramo de escaleras conduce a una torre de observación con asientos y hermosas vistas al bosque y al mar.

Características: - 4 habitaciones, todas con batas incorporadas. 2 baños, 2 salas de estar con televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo, cocina con lavavajillas, nevera grande, cocina eléctrica y horno. La lavandería tiene lavadora de carga superior y secadora montada en la pared.

Ropa de cama Suministrada para reservas realizadas después del 1/12/18, NB Las camas no están hechas y es posible que tenga que devolver la ropa a nuestra oficina cuando devuelva las llaves.

Roseby Court - A great location and reasonably priced.

Hilltop views

Does the job for a fmily stay but could be better presented. Great bbq, Outdoor chairs could be more comfy and table needs a revamp. Beds were average and place needed a deep clean (window sills especially). Great spot- a good revamp required to save later.

Stylish beach house with great views

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was spacious, comfortable and good views of the ocean and bush-land. It was good to have the two lounge areas to create a breakout space for kids. Loved the entertainment deck and observation deck. Overall a lovely stay. Could do with an upgrade of crockery and additional glassware.

Needs a lot of love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a good location, but it desperately needs a deep clean and a lot of love and attention to make it worth the money. I've stayed in many houses over 35 years and this was among the most disappointing. Many broken and damaged appliances and fittings, quite dirty, even for a beach house (especially the couches). The downstairs bedrooms (for kids) had a significant mould problem, as did my pillow. One of the double rooms neighbours the rubbish disposal at the resort next door, literally outside the window - this isn't a problem if you are an early riser, but if not, be prepared to be woken from 6am to guests disposing of their recycling (think endless bins worth of glass bottles) and the grounds keeper using leaf blowers and gardening equipment. Granted this isn't within the control of this property's owners, but something guests should be mindful of. With some care and attention, the property would be grand and a great place to stay.

We would have appreciated an outside shower.The only downside was that the house wasn't cleaned out properly. eg under beds and lounge. Also a few chipped and cracked cups. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely week long stay in this holiday house. Yes it was a bit older but the space was light and airy and was perfect for us. We stayed with friends and 4 kids between us so it was nice that we didn't have to stress about the kids enjoying themselves without always having to stress about not touching anything. I would highly recommend taking along extra dishwashing tablets, garbage bags and toilet paper but the view was really nice and the house had a lovely vibe.

So dirty, could have been such a nice place to stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was so dirty! Mould on the walls, windows and louvers are full of dust and dirt. The couches had sand all over them and food and wrappers stuff between the cushions. The floor was so gross under all the furniture, we had to do a massive clean up as our little guy just started crawling. The tv down stairs wasn't working, dishwasher kept playing up and the ceiling fan were so slow which made sleeping in the heat almost impossible as there is no air conditioning. The house itself could be so wonderful but all this just made it so disappointing and missing smoke alarms (could not understand how they could rest it really....)

We sent the first-day cleaning, utensils, blankets, sand on couches just wiping dust. How hard is it to clean bird poo from the stairs and the dust build up on the internal steel beams, seems hasn't been cleaned for years. All mops Molly and unusable and the vacuum cleaner has had its last days. If we are to keep the place clean the tools to do it would be great.

Plenty of beds, and separate living areas to the sleeping areas. Well appointed bathroom and kitchen facilities, a great outlook and a decent size covered deck enhanced our one week stay.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay however the owners/real estate should really supply some basic essentials especially for longer stays. You need to bring everything! For example only one garbage bag and one dishwashing tablet was supplied for an entire week. No hand soaps in kitchen or bathrooms etc. The noise from the restaurant next door is also quite loud at night.

Tired house - ill equipped

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen has barely anything in it...reviews have said this regularly since 2016. Not even a frypan. The house is behind the owners home. Furniture on the top deck is broken and thrown in the corner. Not our best or usual stay on the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On first inspection the property presented well. However the check-in clean was superficial. More care needs to be put into cleaning the outside entrance, dead flys from the stairs and bathroom mould. There is no cleaning equipment for the kitchen which has meant the oven and BBQ have seen better days. No bin liners made rubbish removal tricky. The furniture is basic and could be updated to reflect the number of people the house sleeps. The place could be exceptional, but lacked a few basic necessities to make the house a relaxing experience, like salad servers and bowls.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 7 Roseby crt North Stradbroke for a week, it was well equipped, comfortable and the position was very handy.Unfortunately from the moment we arrived we spent 2 hours sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning the whole house.It was such a shame that a place with so much potential has been neglected for a long time and regular cleaning is not done to a professional level.

Great Disappointment

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired from the general clean to the dirty bed covers. The used face masks found under the kitchen furniture, the greenery growing through the walls from the outside, the dirty ceiling fans that have not been cleaned in a long time, the dirty oven front and uncleaned oven tray inside, uncleaned ledges under the stairs, and I can go on and on. No hair dryer which is considered a basic item. We have stayed at other Straddie accommodation homes which were far better than this disappointing house. The photo on your web site also needs an urgent upgrade as it is very deceiving. Felt very claustrophobic driving up the driveway and yet the current photo gives you the impression of openness. In general lots and lots of room for improvement on many levels.

Neglected property

We have booked this property 6 month in advanced based on the description and photos provided on the Stayz website. We were terribly disappointed when we have entered this house. Everything was dirty, bad smell everywhere, kitchen with old food after previous tenants, stains from leaking fridge on the floor, rust on the pan and pots not working with induction cooktop, dust and rubbish on the floor, rotten pillows in the wardrobes, not working door locks … This list can go on and on and it is definitely not what we can see on the photos. This house is seriously neglected and need much more than couple of hours clean. We reported this to the Ray White and Stays and waiting for the response.

Great Family Space

We had a great week at no 7 Roseby Court. The house is excellent for older teen children. Fantastic spacious open plan living and outdoor deck areas. Kitchen ware could do with an update.
