Le damos la bienvenida a nuestra nueva ubicación en Largo, la más cercana a Indian Rocks Beach. Esta es una hermosa casa de dos dormitorios y dos baños que puede acomodar a seis personas muy cómodamente. Tiene un garaje para un automóvil y una lavadora y secadora. Esta casa una gran cantidad de espacio habitable y hermosa cocina. La mejor parte de esta casa es el magnífico patio con piscina. Tenemos muebles nuevos y todo lo que necesita para que sus vacaciones sean lo más cómodas posible.

Great location! Host provided everything to make it feel like home. Pool is very large, clean, and heated. Very nice walking trail across street. Neighborhood is very quiet for a relaxing stay.

We didnt stay inside the house throughout the day. Just evenings and early morning.We were visiting with family near byI was wonderful to have been able to bring our 2 dogs with us. I would suggest a King size bed in one of the rooms and possibly another TV in one of the rooms in the case you have more people. It was fine for just my husband and I

Perfect location. Comfortable. Everything you need.

It was so close to everything. Minutes from the beach. The furniture was comfortable the bed was comfortable. It had plenty of linens, toiletries, dishes and cookware. The pool was amazing. We needed nothing

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was great and had a nice shaded area. The host was responsive to every question and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We would go back again.

We had THE BEST stay ... the house has absolutely everything you could ask for, the heated pool was spot on, location is perfect ... could not have asked for anything more, it was the best Christmas in sunny FLA!!! ... Kids are already asking if we're coming back next year!!!

Vacation 2023

This house had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the screened in pool multiple times during our stay. The beach is also not to far of a drive and multiple shops are nearby. Would definitely come back to this location!

Family fun

The property was very nice. We was there for softball and family fun. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to go, we was less than an hour feom everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool every evening. Would definitely stay here again if i went back to the area

Perfect Home/Pool for family stay June 2023

The house is very well stocked and clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The home is located very near anything you could want. The beach access is approximately a 5 minute drive. The pool is wonderful! The only thing I wish we would have had was access to a pool vacuum. (We did not ask for any pool maintenance in all fairness) The unavoidable bugs and storms in Florida left the pool a bit buggy by the end of the week. I netted what I could daily. I still provide the home with a 5 star rating! Would definitely book again.

Great pool area!

We really enjoyed the pool and outside area. The pool being heated was a bonus. Our dog loved the backyard and it was very private. House was very conveniently located. The furniture and linens could be updated but overall would highly recommend.

Our Hurricane vacation

The house was more than we expected. The host was great I had some trouble but he was very patient with me and helped to fix problem asap. our favorite was the pool. The house was beautiful. We had to leave early because of hurricane Ian. We hope the house did not have a lot of damage. We had a great vacation. We would stay there again. Thank you David.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay, our host was great and responded fast when we reached out to him with an issue. The only thing that I would change is that; I wished they had TV's in the bedrooms and also have someone come clean the pool during our stay. We were there for a week and the pool didn't make it.

Great Place

Loved the house and pool. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The host was wonderful to work with: great communication and quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Short drive to the beach and very close to many good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this home.

My wife and I had an amazing time!!

My wife and I spent a week here we had an amazing time the house was nice and clean. The house had everything we needed. Great location close to beaches. My wife and I favorite part was the private screened in pool and patio. We would definitely stay again!

Largo House

My husband and I spent a month at the Largo house. We were impressed with how clean and cozy the house was. It really did feel like home. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, but it was quiet and we felt safe. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The backyard could use some attention, but the fenced in yard was great for the dogs and it was private. There was an issue that unfortunately could not be resolved, but David was extremely responsive and understanding of our concerns. We enjoyed the pool and spent the majority of our time in it. The heater was absolutely wonderful!! The pool could have used some attention. It got dirty and buggy since there was not somebody that routinely maintained it. It was only attended to once during our month stay and that is because we called and asked if someone could come to clean it. I am sure David would have taken care of it if we called so that's more on us. David is kind and very easy to work with and the check in process was a breeze. He respected our privacy and when we had a question or concern he always responded promptly. Personally we would not rent the Largo house again, but our experience wasn't terrible.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed staying here. We found the location to be convenient to family while still in a more peaceful, less touristy setting. The pool was nice as well. Publix grocery store was less than 5 mins away, great walking path for the dog across the street. We really liked the McDough nature park about 5-10mins drive away with walking trails, a view of the intercoastal, owls & eagles to see up close, and a kids mini-zipline (free). Would stay here again. Only suggestion-please repair the fence so the dog doesn't escape again! :)

We enjoyed the covered in ground pool with privacy.

Clean, two bathrooms were perfect. Clean, garage with opener and washer and dryer helpful. Also loved privacy in back yard pool. Would rent again.
