Great location and view. Very cold when we arrived....and unfortunately a roofing project on the house in front of property was very loud by 7 am and prohibited use of spa for a couple of days. Would have enjoyed warming up in the spa.....but tarp draped over half of it and roofers working all day ruined it for us. Otherwise unit is as advertised, clean and comfortable.

On the beach, great view

Top floor, corner unit with lots of light and great views. Small complex so pool and beach not overly busy. Quiet unit. Walking distance to many places to eat, shop. Unit was clean, beds comfortable, good amenities, lots of space in kitchen. Living room has ample seating for a family but not the newest furniture. Spa and pool are very nice. Assigned parking space and elevator are convenient.

April 10-17th Review of Sand Castle North 504, IRB

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall-very clean unit, pretty well updated 3BR/2BA, great view of the ocean and pool. Complex was fairly full yet was quiet most of the time. Pros: Great view! The complex sits back a bit so you get a nice, unblocked view of the ocean and pool. Unit has a nice, wide balcony with plenty of seating for those sunsets. Walking distance to everything but a grocery store. Plenty of restaurants, stores, bars, coffee, etc. There is a designated, covered parking spot which is awesome when you arrive in the rain, like we did. Full size fridge, plenty of cabinets, open to the living/dining room. Cons: You have to go to the rental property and pick the keys up. Very inconvenient when you are ubering from the airport. This is actually the first place I have just not received a code to access the unit in a long time. So you also have to return the keys to the rental property when you leave, which is again very inconvenient when you are ubering to the airport. The water pressure in the unit is not very good. Not sure if the sink diffusers are clogged but it is poor. We only had one maintenance issue and that was the 2nd bath tub wouldn't drain. We called the property management company and they input a ticket. 2 days later, maintenance staff shows up, checks it out, leaves, returns, does some stuff, leaves and never comes back. No fall-up call from the company and it was still not fixed. Again, pretty satisfied with the unit overall and would stay here again, if the 2nd bath tub is draining.

Great rental

Great rental experience. The condo is nicely updated and clean. Good location and nice space inside. Pool is small but heated which was great in December! Would stay here again.
