Admire gorgeous Gulf views from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Beach Cottages complex, a tropical paradise on soft white sands. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge while dinner simmers!

Kick back by the fireplace in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite. A private washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Streaming is available with own accounts.
Starting August 11th through the end of December the onsite pool & hot tub will be unavailable due to upgrades being done. The pool two doors down at Sand Dollar condos will be available for guests to use during their stay

Nice condo, comfortably decorated and well stocked. Had a little glitch but was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Great location on the beach and central to many restaurants and activities.

Bigger and Nicer than expected

Very clean and spacious with high build quality/finishings. We were so comfortable here and enjoyed our week on the coast. There was a miscommunication about the entry code which we easily resolved right away with no delay. State of the art appliances and every small detail provided such as scissors, lighter, abundant beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc.

Poorly stocked

I have stayed at many VRBO vacation rentals. This one was very poorly stocked. 3 laundry pods and dishwasher pods, 3 garbage bags. 2 rolls of toilet paper in each washroom. I asked for more and was refused. One of the rooms smelled very musty. We were asked to strip the beds, start the dishwasher and wash and dry the beach towels. I thought that’s what I paid a cleaning fee for !! On a positive note, the beach location was superb

Beautiful Gulf Front

Everything was very nice, new and clean. The condo was very well equipped. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Loved the large pool deck area and there were plenty of lounge chairs and tables and chairs.

Review

Location, and gulf view were great. Cleanliness was good. The layout of the condo is nice except the back bedrooms are both dark with no view at all. We had problems with the key lock on the front door. Sometimes it would work sometimes it would not. Overall a present stay. Thanks!

Family vacation

It was a very nice unit right on the oceanfront. The condo was spacious, had nice decor and was the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub area was nice. The unit was mostly clean. The edges and corners of the floor could have used more attention. The bathroom grout needs a good scrub. The downside was that it was located next to a bird sanctuary and the smell was very strong when we were on the balcony depending on which way the wind was blowing.

Property inside the unit was beautiful. Check in was disastrous. The entry code did not work. We waited outside in 100 degree heat for 59 minutes while waiting to be connected to Vacasa agent in 3different phone lines. Even after connection it took 15 mins for the agent to lead us through a new code. Unacceptable customer service. What monetary compensation can you offer to us? And why was there no local Vacasa phone number supplied to us until we saw one posted on the refrigerator after we once got access to unit.

Great location and super accommodation

Condo was perfect for our family of six which included two children. Second floor was a plus as it was very close to the beach an easy walk down the stairs and on to the beach Bedrooms were very comfortable. Large kitchen and living space. Deck overlooking the ocean was perfect. Deck furniture was great. Condo is right next to a bird sanctuary which the kids loved. Communication with the property manager was a plus from the booking to the final check out. Highly recommend this property. And we have been on many from Naples to Siesta Keys to Destin. This was one of the best.

Very nice

Very nice property. Updated. View that couldn’t be better. Quiet building and area. Once you get in and figure out keys/doors/grounds it is very easy. Pool was fine. Parking is slick. Lots of food and stuff nearby.

The unit and location were wonderful. Building needs some work.

Location and unit were exceptional. Plenty of room for 6. Unit had all that was needed!! The building was having some maintenance issues. Water out 1 day, Elevator out 1 day. Not insurmountable but not acceptable for the price.

Scenic and Relaxing

The unit was well appointed. Literally right in the beach with awesome people watching and sunsets. The entire area has a laid back vibe which we appreciated.

Enjoyed the comfortable living spaces. Nice deck but occasional strong odor from property next door. Guest king room with no tv and was furtherest from bathroom. Suggest blackout curtains for guest bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Late checking in due to code not working. Nice warm swimming pool. Washer noisy needs replacement. Kitchen well stocked:)

Excellent Condo and Beach

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is well supplied with kitchen items, beach chairs, and beach towels. The view on the balcony is wonderful. Beds were comfortable as were the living room furniture.

Wow, lovely condo and great location!

We had plenty of space and everything we needed to have a nice family get-away. The condo was very clean and comfortable. TVs were easy to figure out. The patio was the best place to relax, people watch and listen to the ocean! It was easy to go to the beach & a good swimming location. The 2 umbrellas and 5 beach chairs were so handy as were were flying, it would have been more difficult, or expensive, to have to acquire our own. Beds were comfortable. The location was central enough to hop up to Clearwater and party or to St. Petersburg for galleries and museums but so nice and quiet without many people at the beach. Great food all around.

Fabulous Condo On The Beach

This condo was absolutely fabulous! It was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed, even including beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys for kids, etc. The view from the balcony was incredible and to access the beach you literally just walked downstairs and out the gate. The beach was excellent, never crowded, powdery sand, and lots of seashells. There was a large pool and hot tub on the property as well. We really loved the whole area as it seemed quiet and safe with light traffic, but at the same time close enough to drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg for different attractions. There were many excellent restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive as well. I highly recommend this condo!
