Spacious 4 Bedroom Villa

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We take all guest concerns seriously and are disappointed to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We would however, like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review. Regarding communication prior to check-in, we did not receive multiple messages from you. Our records show that we received one email from you, which we responded to promptly. For the security and privacy of our guests, access codes are provided on the day of check-in rather than days in advance. You also mentioned that you previously stayed at the property, so we understood that you were already familiar with the location and did not require directions. We were particularly concerned to read your comments regarding the condition and cleanliness of the home. The property is routinely cleaned and inspected between guests. We take these matters seriously and will thoroughly review with our cleaning and maintenance team. We are sorry for any discomfort experienced. We also wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as it would have given us an opportunity to investigate and address them immediately. You were asked if everything was ok during your stay and you only mentioned the single AC unit that was cooling properly but you couldn't see the temperature setting. No other concerns were mentioned. We wish you well and thank you for choosing our property.

Thank you so much David! You and your family are always welcome to stay.
