The entire upstairs is 3,000 square feet consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen if you love cooking, a dining room, a formal dining room, and two verandas with a porch to relax after a long day. This luxury house offers a cozy retreat for families , honeymooners, friends, mobile workers, and anyone seeking to get away on a three-day or short-term /long-term rental. The master bedroom feature 1 king size bed with two night stands, dresser and bathroom with a double sink. The second room has a queen size bed with it's own bathroom and shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed ensuring everyone a good night sleep. The third bathroom is next to the bedroom. You'll find all the amenities like AC, ceiling fans, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, private washing machine & dryer, iron & ironing board, games, booster seat, pack n play, bed linens, beach towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover washcloth and lots of mirrors for selfie. Our luxury kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. Relax and unwind in this beautiful home, where comfort meets style, and experience a 5-star Hotel. The property also has a genarator on site during the lost of power. Book now and experience the surprise we have in store for you. Also, available 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen, two porches located downstairs for larger groups over (6) to book separately for two guests. Apart from the fulfilling life that I live with my family, I also find great pleasure in hosting! As someone who travels frequently, I know how much a host can make or break a trip for guests. This neighborhood is considered one of the upscale in the community. My family and I also live minutes away in the neighborhood. The area is very quiet and peaceful. While it's peaceful, it's not isolated. I feel secure and that's essential for my peace of mind. The neighborhood is surrounded by lush greenery. I wake up to the sound of birdsong, which is incredibly refreshing. One of the things I like most about my neighborhood is the sense of community. People are walking, jogging, or just chatting with neighbors. There is a strong sense of connection among residents, and it feels like everyone looks out for each other. Additionally, we are located 5 minutes from our town downtown Christiansted. There are plenty of local amenities, such as gift shops, fine restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, gyms, beaches, casinos, and much more which makes it easy to access everything I need without having to travel too far. Overall, I feel connected to my neighborhood and the people who live here, and I appreciate the sense of belonging that comes with that. In summary, my neighborhood is an ideal place to call home.

This property is not only beautiful on the outside, but the house itself is quite an eye catcher, from the wide space front and back porches to the beautiful interior decor on each corner. As an event planner/decorator, I love decorating and transforming spaces so that the guests are happy with their space. Once you enter the home you immediately feel and notice the cleanliness, very spacious, decluttering, high ceiling, large patio at the front and back, patio furniture, and great view. Also, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee/tea on the back patio before sunrise and maybe watch mama deer and a baby deer enjoy the tropical fruits in the backyard like mangos, guava, sea grape, cherry, and a lot more. The home is fully air-conditioned, three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, make a stay at the property one you will never want to leave. The Master Bedroom you will appreciate the space. Each bedroom has a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV. Free parking for two cars as soon as you enter the property on the right. Very quiet and safe neighborhood if you want to do outdoor exercise like walking or jogging. This home truly gives you the comfort of your home while on vacation.
