Bienvenido a Turquoise 1007C!

Estamos felices de compartir nuestra escapada a la playa ubicada en el décimo piso de Turquoise Place.

Lugar de la turquesa es Premiere Propiedad de lujo de la Costa del Golfo.

Turquoise Place 1007C es un condominio con vista al Golfo de 3 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños con balcón privado con acceso desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

Relájese y disfrute de las increíbles vistas desde su jacuzzi privado ubicado en su balcón con vista directa al Golfo. Este amplio balcón también está equipado con una parrilla de gas y asientos suficientes para todos.

Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal con acceso al balcón y TV de pantalla plana grande. El baño principal tiene tocadores dobles, TV de pantalla plana. No olvides tomarse un tiempo para relajarte en la gran bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada con chorros.

La segunda habitación tiene una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje.

La tercera habitación cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con una gran azulejo cabina de ducha.

Su cocina totalmente equipada incluye encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos Sub Zero de acero inoxidable.

La barra húmeda tiene un enfriador de vino y una máquina para hacer hielo.

A su llegada notará el gran cuidado que el personal de limpieza ha tomado para garantizar su disfrute. Cada cama estará recién hecha con sábanas limpias, un juego de toallas en cada baño junto con un paquete inicial de algunos artículos que necesitará durante su estadía. Si necesita lavar la ropa durante su estadía, tiene la conveniencia adicional de una lavadora y secadora grandes ubicadas dentro del condominio. Just amazing

This place has all you need for a great vacation. We had our mother daughter trip with me my two friends and all our daughters ranging from 10 to 17. The house was clean the kitchen is amazing with all the cook ware you need. Love the Ice maker it was so convenient to load our cooler for the beach. And all restaurants are super close we will definitely be coming back next year

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Kitchen was stocked with any and all supplies we needed for the multiple meals we prepared. Everything was nice and clean. Randy was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had before and during our stay.Bonus: the property was amazing and a great place for older kids. Ours (11,13, 14,17) were able to take advantage of all the amenities and visit beach (which was just steps from the condo) independently. Great location as well. Close to several restaurants and fun activities in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

We had a great time at this wonderful condo on the beach. Created wonderful memories with our family and owner replied super fast if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great condo!!

This condo is beautiful and well kept. Beaches and grounds were beautiful, fresh flowers in the lobby. Pools were clean and warm. 24 hour guard at the entrance. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus for cool nights in February. Will definitely stay here again, loved it!!

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful. The view was awesome. My 5 year old grand daughter said it was the best vacation ever! A couple of things could be fixed. The drains in the master sinks drain so slow and the igniter on the grill needs fixed. Aside from those things, we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect for the extended family!

Stayed with the in-laws so that all the cousins could have quality time. Perfect size! Perfect location! Managers very responsive. Had three separate vehicles so one had to park in the overflow lot a short walk down the street but good for getting in a short walk to work off the vacation meals so that was perfect too.

Wonderful birthday trip!

Gorgeous view, a wonderful, spacious condo, each bedroom has a private bath! This place has everything; a private hot-tub and grill on the balcony! Indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, a beautiful, beach and much more. Great location, close to stores, restaurants, churches, urgent care and right on the beach. As one of our guests said, “You hit a home run finding this place.” We had a great time! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous

This was our first stay here. Could not have asked for anything better. We needed plenty of room. This condo did not disappoint. My husband was unfortunately confined to a wheel chair during our stay and he had plenty of room to move about the condo. Have recommended this condo to friends and family. Hope to return next year..

Security is an issue

We had staff enter our room at 3am unidentified. I realize the storm was a concern but entering our room at 3am is unacceptable and they are lucky I did not shoot them….. the maintenance folks entered also during the day and again lucky they didn’t get shot. Water dripping in shower, toilets were clogged and bathroom sink clogged. We have stayed here before and they sent us to a room that was booked by someone else in 2018 so I have to question the security of this place….

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our family getaway at this beautiful resort. Spectacular view and we enjoyed the spacious clean unit with hot tub and patio grill. The only downfall was that Turquoise Place is not as accommodating to VRBO guests. This unit also does not supply ANY soap, beach towels, or necessity items such as additional toilet paper, etc. Additionally, Turquoise Place did not share any of the resorts’ activities with us. We arrived at the resort early and they told us we could not even stay on the premises until our room was ready, and did not make us feel welcome upon our arrival. We feel we might have received a different experience if we booked through Spectrum Resorts.

Amazing Views and Beautiful Property

We had a great stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen is decently stocked and the grill on the deck is a great feature and so is the built-in ice maker!! Never had an issue waiting on elevators. Indoor pools were awesome and so was the lazy River! Wish the outdoor pool was heated like the lazy River. Beach was amazing, well taken care of and the staff renting chairs were amazing too! Only reason I did not give it a 5 star review were two reasons…a few things are in need of repair (grill igniter doesn’t work and requires matches), (microwave door is hard to open as button doesn’t work), (jetted tub in bathroom doesn’t work) (patio doors don’t lock so my 3yr old kept opening door to patio). Lastly, had an issue of a repair man just letting himself in while we were gone. Came back to find someone in our condo fixing the dryer. No communication to let us know this would happen and no apologies from the property manager either.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 11 PM after a 6 hour drive to find that our accommodations were not in our name. As a result, we could not enter the gates or the property. We we forced to sit an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour in the car with two small children; 4 and 20 months old. We called the number and keep getting a voicemail. No one answered. Finally, someone picked up and sent an email with our names. There was just one problem, the email went to the office that was closed. There we were again calling' over and over until someone picked up. F-i-n-a-l-l-y, we were able to give them the email address of the gate attendant. He treated it like a lockout and let us in, but we had to pick our keys up the next morning. This was negligent and should not have happened. There is no excuse. Very inconvenient with two small children waiting in the car. Next, the knives in the kitchen were stored in a drawer low enough for our curious toddler to open it. She appeared around the kitchen corner with a butcher's knife in her hand. Thankfully, we were present and able to take it away and move the knives. I hate to think of what could have happened had she run with it in her hands and fallen on it. I took a pic of the drawer and hope the knives are moved for future guests. It is a family resort. Children are everywhere. Negligence! The communication lagged. We have stayed a less expensive properties and received better service. I am respectfully requesting a refund of half our stay. Very disappointed in Liquid Life.

I parked in the oversized with my parking pass in plain view. When I came out to come home, I had the nasty gram that I should have parked somewhere else. Truck would hit the signs in the deck had I gone up. No messages n the other trucks parked beside me!! 😳. Otherwise great place for our girl trip!!!!
