Our condo is on the 16th floor in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished.



Amenities: Our unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!



Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, the third bedroom has two Queen beds for sleeping up to 8.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts.



We also have the condo next door should you need more space!



The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally-known artists.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

First of all…. Great beach. Nice lazy river and pool area! The pictures definitely make this place seem nicer than it is I will say that but overall decent place. It was dusty, floors were dirty (our white socks were black within an hour of being there) , sink wasn’t clean and found a French fry by the bed that’s been there God knows how long. The host offered to send the cleaning crew back in but that’s not the point should’ve been clean before we got there. We had a fixture over the shower that was dangling out of the ceiling. Asked to have that fixed and to let us know when maintenance would come and host said she would but they came without us being present. Not a fan of that. Also you had to pay for parking which is ok but the garage was under construction so it was very frustrating having to do detours when you paid for two parking spots at the place you're staying at….

Great Stay with Minor Flaws — Would Book Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great! I'm going to nitpick because of the amount of money I spent, but I would stay again! The unit was clean but dirty. It needed a deep clean, the white covered chairs were very dirty with stains and one was ripped in the back. There is no rug as pictured in the living room. The photo is in 0.5 so it's smaller than I expected. The deck was great! Loves the patio furniture but no privacy. The beds are firm. Wish they would stock floor cleaner, so we could have mopped some. Overall great experience. The staff at the office are the best (Charlotte) and I love how safe I felt! Security everywhere and making sure rules were followed. Very kid-friendly. I just wish it were a little cheaper. The walk to the beach is not bad at all! Each floor had luggage racks and shopping carts! We liked to park on higher levels. Book your beach chairs the day before. That was nice because they are located at the end of the beach ramp and not lugging around a buggy etc. This location is away from high traffic areas, and easy to get in and out. I appreciated the property actually checking parking passes and watching who was entering pool areas. I felt safe with my kids and I was alone for most of my trip.

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed this place very much. We had one issue with the dryer not working and they came and assessed the issue within 10 minutes of me messaging her and the very next morning replaced the dryer. We really appreciated that and were very thankful. Having 4 young children is difficult enough at the beach, we definitely had to have a dryer. The back porch is a little funny the way you can see other people on their back porch so don’t go outside naked… but seriously this was a nice place with comfy beds, nice appliances, comfy furniture all within minutes to the best places to eat and drink. We loved staying here!

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. We had a great time, and the minor issue we did encounter was handled promptly. Highly recommend this place!

Condo Stay

People were great. Condo was great. Very clean. Nice eye appeal. Pool great for both adults and children. Best parking ever. The only things we seen that changes need to be are: washer and dryer very rusty. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were either nosy or not working. The last thing is the furniture in the living room were to low. It was hard for older folks to sit down and very hard to stand up. But overall good stay.

Fall Break get a way

Location of this property was great. For it being newly renovated though there were some things that could be improved. There were sink stoppers missing, random nails in the walls, decor in the cabinets and some things that definitely needed cleaning. We wished the water dispenser was in working order and someone would have check dishes as they were obviously put back into the cabinets dirty. The one thing though that we founded to be most annoying was that the master bedroom had a plastic or very crinkly mattress cover on that made rolling over in bed less than pleasant. Overall great location, the building properly was clean and well taken care of.

Ladies Gettaway

We visited Sept 2024 and the unit was lovey, clean and had all that we needed. We loved the beautiful views and the lazy river. Although we didn't need to connect with the host during our visit, she was awesome and ensured we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. On the evening of our last day, the host provided us with a check-list to make sure we didn't leave anything. Well, we still forget something. The host found our missing items and retuned them to us. This doesn't usually happen after checking out of your accommodations but it did for us. I am sure you will love this unit as much as we did. We plan to return next year.

Needs improvement

Beautiful view. Enjoyed our stay. Things needing improvement. A/C had nest on it and default settings were locked in. So frustrating but Brett Robinson fixed it for us. Mattress’ have plastic on them. Not comfortable and hot and noisy. Lighting was poor in closets and bedrooms. Floor was filthy. Dirty dishes.

Dirty property

The floors were filthy along with several pieces of cookware. The floors were disgusting. Obviously haven't been mopped in a while. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. An occasional wiping off the leather sofa in the living area should be done also. The location is good and the elevators are very quick so no long waits. Lady at the front desk is rude.at check in.

Our 3 bedroom was clean and spacious. Loved the balcony with from ocean view. Restaurants were close by. Emailed manager and she responded same day and took care of requests that I had. Was very happy and would recommend this stay!!!

The TV fell off the wall one night and was replaced the next day, i was impressed with that. My only complaint is the washer machine would not work. For the amount of which this room cost a night that is an essential need and a must. We had lots of laundry to do when we got home. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful place!

Love this condo! Well equipped kitchen, nice patio furniture with gorgeous view! 4 Bathrooms and washer/dryer were very convenient. Huge TVs in every room made for a fun movie night with kids!

Turkey Get Away

Place was great, we always use PHOENIX WEST. the floor was dirty,however. Good steam cleaning would take care of it. It’s because new flooring was placed and the grout was not cleaned properly. Otherwise the condo was very cleaned and plenty of towels. The stay was great had couple of good days in the sunshine and the beach. We will be back next year!

Perfect!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Being on the 16th floor allowed us to see everything from the perfect view to schools of fish swimming down the coast! We saw dolphins every morning we were there, I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone!

Very nice condo!

Condo was beautiful and completely updated! Everything we could have needed was there and easily accessible. Also located right off the elevator, so easy to get to. Highly recommend this condo and complex!

Unit needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is not fully renovated by any means, the pictures are generous. When we got there the unit was very unclean. The property manager sent the cleaning lady back over and you would be amazed the amount of food she swept up even before mopping. The slipcovered chairs were so horribly dirty that I personally took them off and bleached them. Throughout the stay we continued to find dirty utensils in drawers. There were no measuring cups or spoons. The tile on the floor is so old the color is worn off in places and the grout is filthy. This unit needs a major facelift.
