Great place!

We were very impressed by this property and how gorgeous it was! It was amazing to have our own private pool with the kids. Georgia was also very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful family vacation

This beach house was super cute and functional. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Most of our time was spent in the backyard oasis although the beach is a short walk. We’ve stayed at nearby resorts in the past but will look to stay here again in the future after such a wonderful vacation.

Great place

This home was perfect for my family. Plenty of storage for all “beachie” items! Just enough beach decorations to be comfortable but not cluttered! Table around pool was great for some shade. Great place. We all enjoyed the stay!

Great Family Vacation Stay

We loved this house! The pool was perfect for our group and the house was only a short walk from the beach. We had 4 kids under 4 and we loved that the patio had a safety gate to the pool. Georgia was very responsive when we had any questions. We recommend this place and would stay here again!

Fabulous Getaway

Four adults and four children recently stayed at this property while in town for a dance competition. The well appointed living space allowed us to truly relax when not at the Convention Ctr. The beach is an easy walk, but we found ourselves spending the most time in this property’s backyard oasis. We’d welcome the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this unit for our family vacation. Great location to the beach (5 minute walk) and North Myrtle attractions. The house itself was just like the photos online and was located at the end of a quiet street (which we loved)! If any concerns/ questions came up from my families stay, Georgia was quick to respond and find a solution. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in North Myrtle beach.

There eight of us who stayed for a week and what a wonderful time we had! The home is newly & tastefully updated with quality furnishings and the outdoor space (especially the beautiful pool) more than fits the bill. We truly hated to leave and hope to return soon. The owner is most responsive and a joy to work with! Highly, highly recommend!!

Wedding weekend June 2023

The Parents, Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts of the groom stayed here for 5 nights. House did not disappoint description and pictures were on point. Great location with very short walk to Barefoot Landing attractions and restaurants. The host was super responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!!!

The location of the home is in great proximity to the beach however, for a home that’s advertised that sleeps 12 one of the beds was a pullout chair with a filthy mattress. Also 11 out of the 12 people that were in our party ended up sick during and after Our stay. We found that the attention to detail in cleaning of the home was seriously lacking. In addition, it was impossible for all of us to sit in the living room together as there was only enough seating for half of us. The same goes with eating in the kitchen. For the price we paid we were sorely disappointed.

Things I 'd like to see added

Hi, I have been visiting this property every year for the last 3 years and there have been some changes . There are no pool items/ beach items like floats or other items, hardly any games other than foosball table and small games. Could you more of these items. The price has gone up more than the average. No Spectrum tv included and no phone service. All linens and towels need to brought in by the renters. Other than that , we have enjoyed the property and stay. Very relaxing place and close to many attractions and restaurants. Close to beaches and pier

Cute house overall

The house, location and pool were very cute overall. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. I can’t give this property a 5-star review though, because two days before check-in in my welcome email I then found out this home does not include linens or towels. There was no description of this anywhere on the listing, and had not been discussed in the previous 4 months I had this listing booked. I have personally never experienced this. I had to scramble to rent these items the day before arrival at an additional cost. The linens then get dropped at the door where you have to haul them up 3 stories to make all 8 beds and stock bathrooms. At the end of your stay you have to again strip every room and put bagged linens back outside. For the cost of a fully furnished rental, this felt like a chore. Had I known this upfront, maybe I would of felt different so I could prepare.

Beautiful rental beach house

We were very pleased with this house. Gorgeous, well maintained, the pool was wonderful and the interior had everything we needed. Georgia was great to work with. We had a few problems we needed to contact her about but they were dealt with promptly.

Home away from Home

This was a beautiful home, inside and out. We did get to utilize the pool area although still a little chilly in early April. Close to the beach, restaurants, attractions and Golf!! Couldn't recommend this home more.

Great Stay!

Easy check in and out. Home was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Ample deck space to sit outside and relax. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a pool. Home is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach and close to all the shopping and restaurants you need. The host Georgia was quick to reply to any questions I had. Overall a great stay!

An excellent stay

The property was awesome. The pool was nice and it was close to the beach. The house was able to fit and accommodate several family's. The host was awesome and checked in with me several times during the trip. It is a must stay if your in Myrtle Beach

Great location

Had plenty to offer. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop for a treat. Enjoyed the dock for fishing with the kids. House was well equipped. Georgia was quick to respond each time.

Relaxing time with family

We had a wonderful time. Georgia's property is everything we hoped for - private, spacious, and close to everything. We were able to spread out but had ample room for family time. The home amenities were on spot. Georgia is a gracious host. Thanks for a great week!

Definitely a Home Away from Home!

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The property is very well kept, nicely decorated, in a quiet location, with lots of amenities that you will most likely find in your own home. The only critique would be to have what's not provided spelled out more clearly, as none of were able to find it in the description. If we would've known we had to bring linens and towels, we would have. That aside, our stay was amazing, and this place is definitely on our list to book again!

Oasis in Myrtle Beach

My mother is from the Myrtle Beach area so we know it well. this was a central location to everything in the Myrtle Beach area. We have stayed in a lot of homes but we really enjoyed this home and the amenities. Georgia was not only a gracious host but extremely responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay in this hone again.
