I would recommend to family & friends.

Property owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. Condo was exactly as shown as online photos. The view of the Gulf was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed, and accommodated our family of five perfectly. Everyone really enjoyed it. The location was great, because our family could easily walk everywhere, and if we wanted to just hand at the pool for the day we could order food at the pool. Everyone really enjoyed the food there. The elevators are busy, but our family just often took the stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, and made us get our workout in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Awesome stay!!

Mateen was an excellent host. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed plus more. The beach chairs was a bonus!! Wrap around balcony right on the beach, We will definitely be booking again in the future!! 10/10

ALL YOU NEED

This property description and photos do not do it justice. The view is perfection from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. You can wake up and see the sea from your bed each morning. This resort is very secure with all the amenities you need. I was a little nervous reading reviews on cleanliness, but it was spotless. Communication with the host was excellent as well. We will stay here again. The only issue we had was the beach service guys were rude, but that has nothing to do with the rental unit.

The condo was great. Check-in was easy, communication with the property manager was great. The Condo was clean with confrontable beds and a spacious balcony. It was just as pictured. The parking space on the 6th floor is a bit small. A truck or mid to large size SUV will not fit. As for The Shores of Panama, the property is in a good location, pool and deck are big enough to accommodate the large amount of condos and guest. There was live music on the pool deck each night, which was a big plus for us. The bar was quick and priced the same as other bars. The food was good, but took a little longer than expected and the pizza can only be ordered at certain times and takes a while. You can not bring coolers larger than a back pack cooler on the pool deck, which we did not know and this did cause some issues for us. The pool could use a couple mid say cleanings as the wind blows derbies into the pool more than at other properties we have stayed at, probably due to the shape of the building. This caused trash and napkins and other stuff to be in the pool, which was understandable but gross. Almost all the workers were nice. We did have one that was a bit rude, but overall they were pleasant and helpful. The elevator situation is as bad as reported. It was not unexpected, as all the condos with more than 10 floors that we have stayed at have been the same. Slow, and aggravating. I will say that these elevators

Inaccurate

The pictures online make this condo seem waaay better than it is. The freezer wouldn't freeze anything, the dishwasher could probably be heard next door and very little towels (1 hand towel, no dish rags) and bedding. Bedding (comforters/quilts) were brown, stained and filthy. I rewashed them and they looked new. The hand rack in the bathroom was ripped off the wall, as well as the master closet door. The worst part was the roaches. Everywhere. On the counter, in the utensil drawers, bathrooms and bedrooms. I addressed this matter with the owner. No response at all. This was by far the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Roach traps were everywhere, so it was evident he already knew about the issue. The resort itself, was amazing! Clean, awesome staff and overall a great environment. I will come again, but definitely a different condo.

2023 family vacation

Check-in was horrible. It had nothing to do with the owner of the condo. She was great with working with us to get things worked out. So many petty rules at this condo that are not listed any where at the condo or listing. The elevators are HORRIBLE. Overall we had a great time thanks to the owner for all her help.

Perfect stay!

The unit was very nice and anytime I needed to communicate with the host he responded within minutes. I have never had such a better host and it was super easy to check in and out and access everything we needed. Will for sure be looking to stay here again!!!

Comedy stay!!!

So many rules at shores of panama however only 2 are informed!!! 1 being you must always have a arm bracelet on, even at night coming in from dinner. I came in showed my reservations email, I had been with family At 1:30 in the morning. I had to wake my son up to bring down my bracelet. One day I saw a child coming in with her elders. They wanted the child to go to the room without adult and come back down to bring them their bracelets. Luckily a nice teen from another family went with her. The second rule is that you must have a tag on the car to park but you can’t park if you don’t have your arm bands. This is all about money they sell the 2 items. You had a code to get in the garage and a tenant to check once in parking garage. Maybe all seems reasonable but just wait to hear what rules don’t matter. You can slam the doors every 2 mins and scream and yell down the hall at all hours of the morning. Your allowed to yell and scream off the balconies. There were nights where I wasn’t sure someone wasn’t going to end up dead of the back balcony. They allow underage drinking there is a company that brings young teens in without parents and supposedly being monitored NOT. The first night I called security twice they never came we have a camera on the outside of the door. We had teens on the left and right of us. Every 2 mins someone was slamming the doors, we shared a little hall it made ours shake. We were 2 hrs late getting into room due to cleaners. The owner did not care!

Shores of Panama United 1220

AMAZING trip!!! Condo had plenty of space for our family of four. Beds were very comfortable. View was GORGEOUS!!! Loved the complex, gave us an all-inclusive resort feel. Great location! Elevators and parking garage can get quite congested, but we planned our day around busy times, and we rarely had to wait long. Our condo host was top notch! I have never had such an attentive host, he took the time out to answer all of our questions, was extremely prompt with responses, and really seemed to care about our family vacation.

Owner Needs new cleaning service

Disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. Owner was quick to respond and send cleaners again, but second time was no better. Several things broken/not in proper working order. The unit itself has gorgeous views and very comfy beds! Hopefully by now the owner has addressed the issues we faced.

Perfect place for a get away!

This condo is perfect for six adults! Plenty of room so that you don’t feel like you’re right on top of each other. The beds are super comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need for utensils to cook, even a glass 9x13 pan. We loved the option of having a coffee pot and a keurig! (We’re morning coffee people) We were even surprised by a closet that had a beach chair, several floats, and two paddles for paddle ball! We enjoyed the complimentary beach lounge chairs that came with the room as well! Before leaving, I read reviews about the elevators. One morning, our sweet neighbor told us a little hidden secret. If you got out of the room and turn right, there are two elevators at the end of the hall. We felt like we knew something others didn’t ha! And it made going up and down super easy and quick. Definitely remember to wear your armbands when going out of the gate to the beach from the pool area. The security guards are nice but they stay on top of checking armbands and will quickly turn you away if you don’t have it on you. This condo is super close to restaurants on this end of the strip! A few family favorites for us is Dees Hangout, Wicked Wheel (you can use your Pineapple Willy’s cups here), Captain Anderson’s, and Runaway Island! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay in this particular condo again!

Great stay!

We have been to Panama for world softball 9 years in a row. We always stay somewhere different. The property manager was the best manager I've ever dealt with....he verified our trip the day before we left, verified we got into the room okay and had everything we needed, and even texted to make sure we got home okay. We initially only had 5 people staying in the room with us, and were surprised when 2 of our guests brought their children. We reached out to the manager to let him know and he immediately sent 2 additional bracelets. The view is perfect and this room was perfect size for the 7 of us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time.

Condo was as expected. Very clean and nice. Hostess was wonderful. Pool and proximity to the beach was great. Only issue was the elevators. They were very slow and at times required a 45-1 hour wait. They were neither ac or fan cooled so trip up or down was very hot and uncomfortable. Due to the slowness of the elevators they were always full to max capacity.

Beautiful condo!!!

We have stayed in PCB many times but this was by far our best experience. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The appliances are all in excellent condition, especially the washer and dryer, which is a huge bonus when you pack light for a family of four! The owner is very helpful, friendly, attentive and eager to accommodate his tenants. His communication is well above par. The check-in process is always a pain in every resort, but this was a much more pleasant experience because you don’t have to go through the front desk. The owner gives you the instructions ahead of time. I highly recommend parking on the 12th floor by the back door to unload your suitcases, instead of getting a cart from the lobby because the elevators are quite the wait around check-in time. Plus security makes you leave your drivers license with them when you pick one up. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella rental was so convenient. In conclusion, I highly recommend this unit and wish you all the same wonderful experience we had.

Located close to the beach, with nice pools,bar and music life, the property is one of the best where I enjoy my vacation.

Beautiful and Comfy

The condo was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. The best part of this rental was the immediate responses from the owner...they contacted me via text instead of email which was extremely helpful when/if something came up. They also made some recommendations for us since we were traveling with small kids and they were spot on. The overall experience of the resort wasn't as positive, the U-shaped building causes an echo, and some of the less considerate patrons in other units take advantage of the echo, at all hours of the night. The parking deck is also a nightmare...the unit came with a reserved parking spot but for my vehicle the space was so tight that we wound up having to crawl through either the passenger side or back hatch b/c there was just no way to leave enough space to get in and out, and leave enough room for the reserved spot next to us. In the end we wound up parking on the 12th floor of the deck in a non-reserved spot...that actually worked out better anyway b/c of how busy the elevators get. The unit itself was great and I can't speak highly enough about the owners!

Almost Perfect!

Everything about the place and the amenities was wonderful. Except, the elevators and parking garage. The parking garage is nice, it’s just tough getting up and down with the traffic. Not a huge deal. However, the elevators are are a nightmare. Being in a high rise condo means long, long wait times with groups of unhappy people. We were on the 12th floor with a wagon so the stairs weren’t really an option. With all of that said, room 1220 was really nice. We loved the pool and the DJ during the night and the very talented live music at night. The place is beautiful. If you don’t mind high rise condos, I highly recommend the Shores of Panama.
