¡Nuestra área de New Smyrna Beach es el hogar de varios restaurantes de mariscos frescos bien conocidos que DEBEN PROBAR! Y, algunos mercados de mariscos frescos también si eres un invitado de bricolaje en la unidad. Paseos largos, tablas de surf y alquiler de tablas de paddle están cerca, junto con kayaks, bicicletas y mucho más. Las pintorescas tiendas a lo largo de la avenida Flagler mantendrán felices a las damas, y un paseo por el paseo marítimo o sentarse en uno de los varios restaurantes directos frente al mar también ofrece una gran excursión.

This was a much-needed getaway. The home was clean and well euipped, everything we needed. The host was totally awesome with great communication. We have stayed here before and definitely will do so again!

This property was everything we expected and more. It was clean, well furnished, and had a well equipped kitchen. It was perfect for us. Communication with the host was great.

Great family place

This location of this condo is perfect! It’s steps from the ocean and kept my teenagers entertained for the week between the pool, fishing on the beach, and pickle ball in the evenings. We can’t wait to return!

An Ocean Delite. Very clean, beautiful view. Convinent to everything.

Nice place!

The townhome was just as described. This was perfect for a couple. Everything was clean. Ms. Pemble was very pleasant and promptly responded to questions. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Spring Break 2025

We had a great trip to NSB and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo great, very spacious and clean, in a quiet complex. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay and trip to the beach, but the best part was the incredible view...it is amazing! Just steps away from the beach, which was very nice.Sandy is one of the best owners we have rented from! Her communication and flexibility in accommodating our unique last minute request, was extremely helpful and set the tone for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back to paradise again next year! Thank you Sandy!

Perfect beachfront getaway!

We had the best week enjoying the beach and pool for Father’s Day. The townhome style property had direct ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. There was a nice balcony to enjoy as well. Two full bathrooms was a bonus with a teen daughter! The owner Sandy was very friendly and responsive to any questions etc. It’s a beautiful vacation home. Anniversary getaway

Florida never disappoints, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. We were booked for 10 days but added a extra day. Check in was easy, ample parking. Pool was clean and well maintained, was a little chilly but when it gets hot from the sun, who cares!! The view from the condo was gorgeous. Very clean. Sandy was there for all of our needs. Thanks again🌴

Above and beyond our expectations

We just returned from our family vacation yesterday. We have visited NSB many times but found this trip to be the most enjoyable trip we’ve had. This condo is very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach toys readily available as well. The washer/dryer also came in extra handy during our trip. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and the beach was just steps away. The condo owner always responded quickly and is very kind and accommodating. We met so many friendly people staying at the resort as well. We also had the convenience of nearby restaurants and Publix. This place is a true gem and overall just a very positive experience. It truly exceeded all of our expectations and we can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful view, southern hospitality, all the amenities & family...couldn't have been better!

Our family stayed at Sandy's property this June for a special gathering in honor of our parents. We had everything we needed for a perfect, peaceful stay! Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Internet, Linens, extra sleep pad, pull-out couch, extra pillows, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys. We had one stop at a grocery store for sunscreen and food staples, the rest was fun family time! The beach felt like our own private sanctuary. Sandy was always available for communication and left terrific instructions for passwords, etc. This property is a hidden gem within New Smyrna Beach. We recommend JB's Fish Camp & BlackBeard's Inn for terrific seafood and atmosphere at a reasonable price. Thanks Sandy...we are sure to be back:)

Great condo with a fantastic view of New Smyrna Beach

This condo was extremely clean and had a wonderful view of both the pool and the beach. The pool sits directly on the beach, so if you don't want to get in the sand you can sit right on the pool deck and you are on the ocean! The owner Sandy was fantastic to deal with and even had a huge box of chocolates for my wife Amy and I since we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! What a great last minute find for us. I would not recommend it to anyone with leg problems since the condo is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms are above that on the next floor. Other than that it is a fabulous property!!! Private beach was very quiet and clean! Thank you so much Sandy!!!

Excellent Townhome

One of the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever stayed in. Everything a family could need in the house and for the beach. The entire complex was clean and inviting. People were very friendly and welcoming. Nice pool and right on the beach.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and quiet. We didn’t take full advantage as we weren’t there much since we were at the speedway most of the time. Would definitely stay again.
