Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. We had several instances where we needed to speak with the ladies in the rental office and we were always impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. Great Place at a Great Price

We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. The restrooms/showers were clean and in great working order. We will be back.

Always a good time.... but

I've been coming down approx 29 years and staying in the same condo area. My whole family does. It seems this year, the amenities in the condo were going down. The furniture was absolutely filthy, thank goodness for the sheets. But, I know things can improve. The price is goind up, but the condos are going down....

Beautiful unit-but

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, our stay in Alabama was enjoyable overall. This year ,however, we experienced somewhat less than what we are used to at The Sandpiper . We found the unit needed a deep cleaning throughout and the furniture needed updating ,it looked good but it was obviously old and broken down. There was not a comfortable chair or couch there. It was in need of replacement. We are looking forward to another great year at The Sandpiper next year. Thank You , Dave Welch

Very Disappointed

The dishwasher smelled terrible and had standing water in it that I am not sure how long it had been there. The floors were dirty and the furniture was dusty. When you have to pay such a high cleaning fee, you expect to stay in a clean room. Will not stay in this unit again.

Shrimp Fest was good!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 11A was not what I was expecting. It was dirty and the furniture needs updating. Uncomfortable couches, filthy chair, drawer falling out of dresser, disappointing. I called the office about toothpaste on the mirrors and a picture in the bathroom and what I hoped was ketchup on the comforter and filthy pillow sham. There was something running down the wall by the kitchen trash can. Ewe. They responded and changed the bedding but that was all. A place can not charge a lot for the condo, along with a cleaning fee and provide this. If I stay there again, it certainly won't be in that unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The worst we have stand in in the 9nyears we have stayed. To start we had to tighten all the chairs in the kitchen area before we could even sit down. Then the wall they just redid in the living area we had to screw in the plug box because it was just hanging out of the wall. The main bathroom the door wouldn't shut all away because the bottom hinge was hanging off the wall. We had a roach on our ceiling fan in the main bedroom we took care of that ourselves ourself. There was not a broom a month a bucket or a dustpan in the condo anywhere. The king size bed in the main bedroom the mattress had such a bad dent in it we slept in a hole the whole two weeks we were there. We met the people who have always stayed in there before and they even told us that's why they weren't there this year because it's disgusting. If you're looking at the couch the right hand side of the couch every time you sat on it you sat on the floor. Biloxi has a hoe in the back of it.

All 3 beds are falling apart and no support, you literally fall off both sides of all 3 beds. Bath rooms are outdated and ceiling fan does not work. Couches have no seat supports and you have to double up cushions not to fall through couch seat

Perfect Condo for a Guy's Trip

We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.

Livin’ A sweet life in 11A

Newly renovated backsplash in the kitchen and small island were also helpful. TVs in every room plus carpeting was a nice touch. We had a spectacular time and would love to come back again
