Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. Shrimp Fest was good!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 11A was not what I was expecting. It was dirty and the furniture needs updating. Uncomfortable couches, filthy chair, drawer falling out of dresser, disappointing. I called the office about toothpaste on the mirrors and a picture in the bathroom and what I hoped was ketchup on the comforter and filthy pillow sham. There was something running down the wall by the kitchen trash can. Ewe. They responded and changed the bedding but that was all. A place can not charge a lot for the condo, along with a cleaning fee and provide this. If I stay there again, it certainly won't be in that unit.

Always a good time.... but

I've been coming down approx 29 years and staying in the same condo area. My whole family does. It seems this year, the amenities in the condo were going down. The furniture was absolutely filthy, thank goodness for the sheets. But, I know things can improve. The price is goind up, but the condos are going down....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The worst we have stand in in the 9nyears we have stayed. To start we had to tighten all the chairs in the kitchen area before we could even sit down. Then the wall they just redid in the living area we had to screw in the plug box because it was just hanging out of the wall. The main bathroom the door wouldn't shut all away because the bottom hinge was hanging off the wall. We had a roach on our ceiling fan in the main bedroom we took care of that ourselves ourself. There was not a broom a month a bucket or a dustpan in the condo anywhere. The king size bed in the main bedroom the mattress had such a bad dent in it we slept in a hole the whole two weeks we were there. We met the people who have always stayed in there before and they even told us that's why they weren't there this year because it's disgusting. If you're looking at the couch the right hand side of the couch every time you sat on it you sat on the floor. Biloxi has a hoe in the back of it.

All 3 beds are falling apart and no support, you literally fall off both sides of all 3 beds. Bath rooms are outdated and ceiling fan does not work. Couches have no seat supports and you have to double up cushions not to fall through couch seat

Perfect Condo for a Guy's Trip

Great week at the beach !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was overall clean but the carpet in the living area needs to be cleaned along with a vent or two. Light in main bath is coming loose. Ants in the master bed the first night but things happen and it was only ants, within a few hours Bender changed out the linens (maid left them in the bathroom so we bagged them up and maintenance sprayed Hotshot around the bed. Quiet condo, nice pool and great beach access. The only downside was the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. Would stay again. Have stayed in several and this one was one of the quieter condo's.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sandpiper is in a wonderful location with a beautiful view and a very short walk to the beach. We stayed in unit 11A. Overall it was clean; beds, bathrooms, kitchen, but there was thick dust on the headboard of the bed and on the decor on the walls. Had an AC drain leak that was fixed and cleaned up promptly. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The one unforgivable problem was the master bedroom mattress, it was so hard by the second day I had a sore hip. I'm an average size person; I've been home for two days and it's still sore.

Our Gulf Shores Vacation

The condo was clean, spacious, and very homey. We loved being being right on the water, and we used the pool every day. We were also grateful for an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. We used those daily as well. After spending our days in the sun and exploring what Gulf Shores has to offer, Sandpiper 11A was a nice place to come back to and relax.
