El exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se presta a un ambiente amigable de "conozca a su vecino". Good place to stay!

I was nervous because I have never rented a condo before but it was so easy and the communication of the property management was clear and welcoming. The condo itself was nice to come in an relax off the beach. Definitely will be staying again in the future!

Reviewer Comments: Bender reality is the one to deal with.Did not realize the beach had eroded so much you could not set up a small canopy on the beach directly in from of the condo had to go several yards west of the condo for that. Will for sure take that into consideration for next trip too old to be dragging chairs and umbrellas and canopy that far. Will call and ask next year before renting.

The best condo!

The location was perfect. Communication with management through the whole process was exceptional. Clean condo, spacious, pool area and courtyard was so gorgeous! Will definitely be a repeat costumer. I love the way the balconies are set up in the front. Enough space to have your own area, but also a “community” atmosphere. We also had our own small private balcony out of a bedroom. Literally nothing to gripe about. The people that run this place are top notch. You won’t regret it! ☺️

The only things that need attention were the bathroom sink took a little while to drain, the water in the kitchen took a little while to get hot, and the cabinets with cookware could be cleaned a little better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!!!

Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The little ones loved the beach, pool and trip. The outside of the complex was well maintained. As far as this condo we would not book it again. It was very very dirty (comforter was full of stains) and needs a total update. When cooking in there were so many kitchen tools not there that were needed. I would recommend the Sandpiper but not this unit.

The living room furniture seemed rather worn out as well as the King size mattress. Drawer in fridge was cracked. We could never seem to get hot water at kitchen sink. Overall, great experience!

2C Review July vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoy staying at the Sandpiper condo because of its layout and openness! The condo itself was exceptionally clean, and the few problems we experienced were taken care of immediately by management. We actually stayed two weeks, the first in one condo, and the second in 2C. The only issues were not the condo or the management itself, it was noise from other patrons and unsupervised children. The first week, as it pertains to the noise, was really bad despite contacting staff. The second week was much better (a different set of families).Overall, we love the place. You can't choose the other patrons that stay in the condo units next to yours, but if you have loud group next to your, then you do have to deal with that. Perhaps more active security presence would suppress this; we only saw security at most 5 times in 14 days. The management and staff work really hard to clean up after patrons, keep the common areas clean, and make sure that condos themselves are immaculate.A great stay no matter what!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the site of our Condo, 3rd floor, great view, great neighbors. It was clean and had all the amenities. We did have a couple of issues that were responded to immediately.What I most want to recommend and would like to see as a standard. The pool be heated BY the First of February. The temperatures are changing and it is a great opportunity for exercise. Due to the convenient size of the Condo, it does not take long to return to your room after a good swim. I am hoping this becomes the norm and not a point of contention every year. This will be our third year at Sandpiper and hoping to have more to come.
