Great Getaway

We had a great time for Memorial Day weekend. The balcony provided an amazing view, the property was clean, and unlike many condos the elevator was quick! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Loved our stay, but a bit far if wanting to walk to Hangout (1 mile) and shopping. The condo unit was clean, but dated. Needs some minor repairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the appartment overall it was comfortable and very convenient. One criticism is the garbage disposal doesn't work and the sink drains into the dishwasher and leaks out of the dishwasher. The appartmenr had an ac issue during the stay that was promptly resolved. We had a fantastic stay and would come again.

Great week!

Our stay was everything we expected. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us and our 3 children. The view of the Gulf was amazing from both the master bedroom and the living area. The place was slightly dated, but has been updated enough. It was everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there.

Good family vacation

The condo was pleasant. Easy check in, easy check out. Failed to let us know there was construction going on on Thursday when we got there. It did stop on Saturday, THANK THE LORD. we enjoyed our time. Will be back!

Unit has potential

This unit has a lot of potential for a being a small, but cozy, family or couples unit. The location is great, has great beach access and adequate parking. However, the whole unit needs to be updated. Make sure to personally contact the realty company about details before booking as the online description and information doesn't necessarily match up. With a a little TLC, this unit would be a perfect vacation getaway.

Old and Under Repair

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were not informed at booking or prior to check-in that there were multiple ongoing repairs, including a large hole in the tile on the back patio. The furnishings are old. Building is old and not well kept up.

Small but cozy

The pictures on the site are good. The condo is smaller than the pictures show. However, plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen and bathrooms are small. The couch pulls out into a bed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I would suggest more chairs outside, preferably that rock. There was some paint chipping from the walls and leftover food boxes left in the fridge. Otherwise we didn’t have any issues. The pool was my youngest kids favorite. The water had a lot of seaweed but we still had so much fun in the ocean and at the beach. Plenty of food places around and we ate around 4-5 pm for dinner and never had to wait very long. I would suggest Desotos Seafood Kitchen and the Sunliner Diner.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was very dirty. My wife took an hour once we got there cleaning before she felt comfortable. The side of the refrigerator was caked in a black/orange hardened food that must have been there for a long time. The bathtub in the south bedroom was backed up immediately after our first shower. Beds and furniture were very outdated and uncomfortable. Location was great, balcony was large and enjoyable. Pool was warm, hot tub was broken as well as a later in the pool. Charging for beach chairs is laughable out of all the resorts we’ve been to it is quite insulting.

Beautiful View - Condo needs Maintenance

Condo: popcorn ceiling peeling in spots and ceiling was black where the vents were blowing out; musty smelling; bathroom caulk mold around tub and counter; ceiling fans had lots of visible dirt on them; coffee maker broken; kitchen light had to stay on the whole time we were there because after we turned it off we thought it was broken too but if finally randomly came back on; microwave front would fall off when opening door; and lots of tiles were missing on balcony but stacked in corner. Did not complain because I looked at Benders available rentals and they looked worse and weren't dirctly on beach. I did go buy cleaner and cleaned and left the door open 24/7 except when gone so we could breathe and air it out.

The view from the balcony was the absolute best. However, the condo was in need of attention. For the price paid, I definitely expected better. Balcony tiles were missing and stacked in the corner. Popcorn ceilings were coming off. Ceiling fans had so much build up of dirt, I had to buy cleaner and then vacuum the big dust bunnies that fell. Used the cleaner to disinfect everything else and try to rid condo of the musty smells. Bathroom was molded around tub and counter. Cabinet doors were peeling and bathroom cabinet doors were falling off. Coffee maker did not work at all. Kitchen light had to stay on the whole time because we turned it off and could never get it back on. So once it came on, we didn’t turn it back off. Also, it was annoying that we had to go out and buy toilet paper and trash bags after spending a fortune on the rental. I did not notify the rental company as it was last minute trip and I pulled up their other available rentals and did not want my other options as they looked worse.

The beach is pretty eroded in front of the condo so really nowhere to set up chairs and a tent. The water comes all the way up to the walkway. Pool was nice, location was nice. Would stay there again. The kitchen light probably needs replacing soon and the right side balcony door handle is very hard to open.

The view can't be beat. The condo was nicely equipped and the beds were comfortable. The owner was gracious enough to rent a recliner for us during our stay. The condo does need some TLC. The LR furniture is not particularly comfortable.
