Este recientemente renovado ático de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, está a poca distancia de la playa de Tamarindo y de los restaurantes. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de calidad. Techos de catedral, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo y televisión en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de lavandería en Internet de alta velocidad, escáner de impresora.
Disfrute de todas sus comidas en una mesa de madera de Guanacaste bellamente tallada, situada en un balcón amplio y privado, mientras admira algunas de las mejores vistas al mar y puestas de sol de la ciudad. El ático se encuentra en el piso superior junto a un ático igualmente hermoso, que se puede alquilar juntos o por separado. Cada unidad está totalmente equipada para 6 personas. Ocupando el hoyo del piso superior con un amplio y espacioso balcón equipado con BRBQ, dividido por un jardín de hierbas aromáticas para mayor privacidad que también se puede quitar para grandes reuniones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Colinas Apts. It was clean, nicely furnished and had a lovely view of the water, tons of birds and sunsets. Our host Lucio was welcoming, took us to the grocery store and responded quickly to our needs. We would highly recommend staying there!

The host was awesome. He would drive us to the supermarket when we needed anything. Got us transportation to and from the airport. Showed us where good eating spots were and told us about various tours. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Penthouse 1

Absolute fabulous stay in Penthouse 1 for 10 days. Our host Lucio could not have been more generous with his time. The 2 bedroom apartment is great with a full kitchen and everything you need. The balcony is awesome. The views and sunsets are spectacular. A short walk to the beach. Easy to rent chairs and umbrellas. Loved the pool after a day on the sand. Great location and lots of restaurants close by. Looking forward to another visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Lucio was by far the best host we have ever had, always accessible and full of helpful information. The condo truly had the most awesome views of the coast and sunsets. A large range of restaurants with excellent food and great ambiance were walking distance. The trek back uphill was daunting at the beginning but we quickly got used to it knowing we could always Uber back if we needed to. The condo was clean and well equipped. It is clearly well cared for by its owner.

Awesome Experience

The condo is amazing. A slice of home abroad. We stayed for three weeks while considering a place for future longer stays and this condo was absolutely perfect for us. Lucio is a phenomenal host and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. The condo has a spectacular view and we spent 90% of our awake time in the condo on the terrace. It is outfitted with everything you can think you would need. You are 800m or 10 minutes walking to have your feet in the sand. A great distance for privacy but still close enough to the action of Tamarindo. We were visited by the monkeys up close on two occasions and could watch them almost daily from the terrace. Surrounded by song birds and humming birds while enjoying perfect sunset views for three weeks. The condo has amazing internet and all the channels if you decide you need a TV fix (although we didn't need them). Lucio ensured we got trips to the grocery store, butcher and got some fresh fish delivered for us. Overall a great stay in a great place made even better by a great host.

Most Amazing View & Host

The only thing better than this place is the host, Lucio! This was a surprise trip with another couple for my wife's birthday. Lucio reached out after the booking to check if I needed anything. He was nice enough to stock the groceries of some of my wife's favorite items and had everything ready upon arrival. Lucio even helped set up private transportation to/ from Liberia Airport. The location cannot be beat, and the view is incredible. Just know to get this view you do have to walk up some stairs, but it is worth it. Most mornings we spent the first 2-3 hours of the day talking on the deck and admiring the view. Here you can watch the monkeys playing or listen to the birds sing. Amenities: The kitchen had everything needed but with two of our favorite restaurants, Pico & Red Door, at the bottom of the hill, we rarely cooked. Beds were comfortable and TVs in the room, although we never turned one on. It is a private building with hardly anyone at the pool. We only used it twice and most of the time we were the only ones there. The place was immaculate, and Lucio checked in once or twice to make sure everything was up to par which it was. I do recommend renting a golf cart. It is easier to get around and park then a car. Otherwise, enjoy the view and know Lucio is a 5 Star Host!

Best host ever!

The property especially the view was even better than shown. Lucio met us and showed us everything about the property that is very well equipped. It was very clean, a 4/10 mile walk to town and beach and close to restaurants and bars. Renters should know there is no elevator with a lot of steps. The walk to the penthouse and town could be a challenge for some. Lucio drove us to the market the first night and provided info on taxis and things to see and do. It was a wonderful trip and Lucio was great!
