Extra space on the covered lower deck with two cypress benches and a fish cleaning station with sink. Two beachfront sundecks allow for easy ocean viewing of dolphins, birds, and sunrises. Two separate HVAC systems control each floor. DVD player, DVDs, books and games. USB outlets. This is an end unit which allows easy access to the two pools and community charcoal grills. It offers all the modern amenities and is only a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico.
