2BR / 2BA Edgewater PCB FRENTE AL MAR !!!

La comodidad permite un fácil acceso a la famosa piscina de la laguna y a las bañeras de hidromasaje, a poca distancia a pie de la playa o hasta su coche. No hay necesidad de esperar en el ascensor. Esta unidad se encuentra a un corto trayecto hasta su condominio frente a la playa recientemente remodelado y lujoso (por supuesto, el ascensor aún está disponible si prefiere viajar).

Le encantará la nueva alfombra, baldosas de cerámica y papel tapiz en esta unidad de lujo de dos dormitorios. Las paredes con espejos te rodean con magníficas vistas de la piscina de la laguna, cascadas, palmeras, plantas tropicales y, por supuesto, la playa. Es un paraíso tropical en el centro de Panama City Beach. La unidad está hermosamente decorada y totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de vacaciones y disfrute.

Mi esposo y yo poseemos y administramos personalmente nuestra unidad. Queremos que sea 'NUESTROS HUESPEDES' en Edgewater este año. Por favor llámenos para que podamos decirle cuán especial es nuestra unidad! Great Unit

Spacious and updated unit. All of the appliances and air conditioning worked well. Large closets, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The walk in showers were large and clean. Extra bath towels were helpful. Excellent, well kept unit!

Excellent Experience

I would highly recommend this room and property for anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach. We are 30 years old. We frequent Florida and PCB multiple times a year. This room was very clean and has very modern appliances. The upkeep on this room is fantastic. The location of the room compared to restaurants and activities around PCB is great too. The property owner, Anne, is incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Great resort with lots to do for an extra cost! Pools were great and right on the beach. Condo was very clean just had a mildew smell that was a bit overwhelming but we spent a lot of time outside.

Wonderful property but would like to have enjoyed it more

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a broken air conditioner that the owner expected to be repaired before our arrival and, therefore, didn’t make us aware before we arrived. Though she provided fans for every room, we had to keep all blackout curtains closed in order to keep the afternoon sun from raising the temperature in the unit even further and missed out on enjoying the view. Sleeping with warm temperatures was a little more difficult and the unit felt very closed in because of having to keep the curtains closed at all times. Other than that, the unit was very nice, comfortable, and stocked well with kitchen utensils to prepare meals. Anne, is very easy to reach and it is unfortunate that we had to deal with this issue that seemed to be out of her control.

Perfect condo !

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was clean & had a great view. Loved being on the first floor. Never had to use the elevator or wait for one (which is a huge plus) !! Had one offset where the code didn’t work and the owner responded right away and had it working within minutes. We will definitely be coming back to stay here !

This condo was beautiful, so clean and had everything that you needed. Location was great.

Great first floor condo! No waiting for elevator. Steps to the large pool and restaurant. View of ocean is wonderful!!! Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Hope to rent again very soon!

Bring your own toilet paper

To begin with, there was only enough toilet paper to make it through the 1st night. When I contacted the owner she said that they only provided a starter amount. Never heard of that? On top of that, there was only half a roll of paper towels and no salt or pepper in the shakers. That may sound petty but one would expect those supplies to be provided for. Next, the bathroom towels were shredded. Finally, online checkout time says 11:00. At around 10:45 we have a lady knocking on our door saying we were supposed to be out at 10:00. She was very rude and argumentative that we had to be out by 10:00. This was not the normally positive outcome that we have experienced through VRBO.

Edgewater room

There are so many GREAT things to say about this room. It was very very clean. Very spacious. The room was updated. Enough towels! Washer and dryer worked awesome. Loved the balcony view to the pool. And you could see a little bit of the ocean. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Which isn’t bad at all. No hassle at all to get up to the room considering you take ONE flight of stairs. Although If you have younger kids who need baths. I wouldn’t stay here because both bathroom are glass showers which is fine for us because we had no children. Overall rating for the stay was a 10/10!!
