Lo sentimos no hay fines de semana o semanas parciales en la temporada alta.

Esta unidad es una de dos dormitorios en la Torre 3. Tenemos otros en Edgewater 2 y 3br ver nuestros anuncios VRBO.

El BR principal contiene una cama king y el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas dobles. El condominio también tiene un sofá cama plegable y una gran televisión de pantalla plana para su disfrute.

Hay muchos servicios para la familia, como entrada controlada, seguridad las 24 horas, piscina estilo laguna de 11,500 pies (y muchas piscinas más pequeñas dispersas por toda la propiedad) con cascadas, palmeras, plantas exóticas, flores, jacuzzis, golf, canchas de tenis (aproximadamente 20), dos restaurantes en el agua, alquiler de motos de agua, parapente, vela, gimnasio, centro de convenciones, tienda de regalos, salón de belleza, etc.

Más de 110 hectáreas privadas y más de 1000 pies de frente al Golfo privado. Muy cerca se encuentra un muelle de pesca se extiende mucho en el Golfo. Dentro del complejo hay un campo de golf de nueve hoyos par tres que serpentea a través de lagunas y estanques.

El parque acuático Shipwreck Island y muchos restaurantes están a poca distancia a pie.

Usted está a pocos pasos de un centro comercial con restaurantes, un cine diez pantalla, supermercado, heladería, metro tienda de sandwiches, etc. Hay varios muelles cerca para pescar y un parque estatal justo bajando la calle.

What can I say? The place was run down. The beds were terrible and the springs were broken in the sofa. We only had one kitchen towel. In the bed side table there was a tube of KY jell, not ours. One bathtub had sand in the tub and there were contacts on the floor and rubber bands. The only positive thing was the view. I won’t stay here again.

We went for a dance competition and stayed at Edgewater - The place is beautiful with the most gorgeous views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room.The place is dated and needs some remodeling but it was still very nice to stay at. The beds are creaky and there is a lot of light shining in the bedrooms so bring an eye mask.

Love the location!

We love Edgewater! We plan to stay there again, just not in this unit. The master bedroom mattress was terrible. We read a review from last year stating the same problem, but we thought it would have been replace by now. It was not! Otherwise this was a great vacation.

Clean but needs updated

The check in was easy and communication from property manager was good. The condo was clean but beds were not comfortable at all. The chairs in the living room were not comfortable and only one lamp had a light bulb in the living room. The view was great and beach and pool access were easy. living area.

Family Spring Break

This was the best stay for my family. The view was beautiful, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms/bathrooms were clean and even an extra storage closet with beach items. The check in was easy and detailed, pool was heated and hot tub was great for the cool evenings. Would highly recommend!

Over all the property was great. This was our second time staying at Edgewater. The room was decent and very clean. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty wore out. Unsure of the beds in the other room. The light over the dinning room table woild not work. A lot of power outlets will not hold a cord plugged in to it.

Beautiful room, needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located in the beautiful Edgewater resort. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything you could want. The view and the room setup were beautiful. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room itself. The walls and counter had lots of wear. There was dust in nearly every corner and on the ceilings. We found someone else’s necklace and shaving razor underneath things. We found that the price was a bit steep for the lack of cleanliness, but it wasn’t terrible. We would definitely return to Edgewater, but would likely want to find another room.

The beaches and views of the beach were beautiful but the condo was like living in the 80’s and the construction going on the whole time we were there,very loud,don’t recommend for rest and relaxation,other than that I guess it was okay. I would really recommend an update on the whole condo,especially the bathrooms

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We did have problems when checking in because they were still cleaning 30 min after we were supposed to be checked in and the cleaning job was rushed with small messes still in the condo. After the first day it was all good for the rest of the week. Great week and a lot of fun!

The place was very nice and fantastic views of the gulf. only issues i had was 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom that sleeps 8 . counter tops are deeply gouged and i felt there was always sand or stuff on them, and the cupboard doors closest to frigerator are very weak and loose ready to fall off was concerned would break when going in it for a glass. overall the place was very nice clean and the beachy feel through out was great. i would stat again but would like to see better counter tops installed.. the pools were fantastic and the blue angels flying over everyday from pensi-cola was fantastic.. edge water is a great place to stay will stay again

Beachfront rental

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. My parents came down and stayed a couple nights with us so the large living area really helped out. Only issue was we had some really noisy people above us that either had kids running nonstop or maybe they were putting in new floors or some type of construction. Great oceanfront and beach view. All in all it was a very nice time. However we went at the end of September and if we had waited until the next week it would’ve been about half the price. So great time but next time we’ll check for lower prices when the summer season is up.

The condo was extremely unkept. From the rock hard mattresses and squeaky beds to the filth everywhere!!! Fixtures in bathroom hanging off wall. Couches and chairs stained. Overall very dirty.

Nice place

Overall this was a good rental. The dryer wasn't great, the washer took some figuring out, the mattresses weren't anything to write home about, and there are zero oven mitts. But we loved the location and amenities. The management company wasn't amazing to work with but we didn't have any major issues. We were given the wrong code for the beach access gate but luckily another guest shared it with us. I never received a call back when I called the emergency line. I would stay here again!

Resort great, room not much.

Upon arrival, we had no parking pass going thru the gate. Instructions apparently come in the final confirmation email which I never got. Messaged mgmt and they did send to me pretty quickly but just overall frustrating after 10 hours of driving to deal with that. Room - There’s only about 3 outlets in the whole place that will actually hold a plug. They are all pushed thru in the electrical box and loose. WiFi constantly connects/disconnects. Found a mystery pair of panties under one bed, and looked like none had been swept under since the 90’s. There’s black on the ceiling at the air exchange vent. Only one side of the toaster works. The grab handle in the shower is missing. The dimmer switch is messed up to the light over the dining room table, so eat in the dark or at the bar. Beds are comfortable enough but very squeaky creaky. Positive notes - the view is spectacular, the A/C blows cold, and good hot water. Overall, it’s tolerable but left there feeling like I wayyyy overpaid for what it is.

Disappointing

There was food crumbs/ bugs in kitchen drawers. Mildew on air vent. No bedspread in MB putty on walls and Cracked toilet seat in master bathroom and EXTREME strong smell of Clorox. Had our wyes and nostrils burning sighing 10min. Had to leave and stay somewhere else. Paula that we booked with was extremely helpful tho in finding a new place with us.

The Worst Condo you can rent

The condo has never been updated. The front door looked like it had been broken into several times. The trim looked filthy and had chunks out of it. The ceiling was ribbed tin. We had a ceiling leak that flooded one of the bathrooms. There was mold in the shower by the shower curtain rod. The dishes were put up dirty. The sliding glass doors did not lock. The walls and ceiling in the bedroom was filthy. There was batch work on the walls everywhere. It was never fixed all the way. The mud from the patch work was never sanded and painted. I was really disappointed. I thought VRBO had better standards.standards
