Buscando su oasis de vacaciones? ¡Lo tenemos! Ubicado a solo 7 minutos de la playa de Navarra y del hermoso Golfo de México. Contamos con 2 habitaciones con camas tamaño queen, baño privado y una hermosa piscina a su gusto. Cerca de Juana, que cuenta con 4 canchas de voleibol, alquiler de motos de agua, conciertos de música en vivo y puestas de sol en la playa. Hemos vivido en la Costa del Golfo durante 5 años y nos encanta. Algunos lo llaman "sólo otro día en el Panhandle". Lo único que falta es usted!

The back yard is its own oasis. Great for a family/friends vacation. Blake was quick to respond to any questions. We had a minor issue upon arrival and he addressed it immediately. We really enjoyed our stay.

Place was very nice. Couch was super comfortable!! Kitchen had everything we needed for our week stay. Cameras made some of the family members uncomfortable but our overall stay was what we needed.

The house was great! Very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The house is also in a great location, it’s a quiet neighborhood but still just a very short drive to everything you could want. We did have an AC issue the night we got there, but the host was VERY quick to get someone out that same night to fix it for us to make sure we were comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing

Everything was just ask advertised, great location. Walmart was 5 minutes away for the things we may have forgotten. Beach was close by. The kids lived in the pool during our stay while we were at the house. Everything was super clean and felt like home!

Memories made!

Hadn’t vacationed with the whole family in the area in a long time. This did wonders for everyone’s mental health. Neighborhood was peaceful. Had access to everything we needed or wanted within 20 mins. Love the area. Already planning to come back to stay at this very listing! The host was very responsive and made sure to go out of the way to make our stay like it was our own personal home! Thank you again!

Wonderful place to stay

We had 7 adults, two teens and two dogs and the house was perfect! Big enough to not feel cramped. The pool was my favorite place to spend my day. We played volleyball and had some good laughs. The location to the beach was easy and quick! We had a wonderful time staying at this house and Brian was wonderful, quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again.

Family friendly

The home is beautiful, the pool is great and Blake kept the pool at 90* for us, we could swim even though the temperature was 60*. The fire pit was very nice on our cold evenings. Thank you!

Perfect Stay!

Great choice for our trip to Navarre! House is very spacious and just as described, the yard is fantastic. Great for kids and pups. House was supplied with everything you need for a great vacation. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Clean, roomy, dog-friendly, pleasant perfection

It can be difficult to be dog parents seeking for a place to stay allowing several pets. Blake was just to make sure we had everything we would need and happy to help us be checked in early. Checking was really easy. About the house itself, I had no problems; it was rather beautiful. Particularly if you have dogs or children, this house is ideal; the backyard is quite beautiful and spacious. It is Florida; the sand in the vollyball court will get hot, but here is a beautiful pool to cool off in. Sitting with my dogs on the ledge was fantastic. The pool was never dirty as the pool people came often. There are several grocery stores close by. Walmart (grocery pickup) is only around 5 minutes away, while Publix and Win-Dixie are probably not much further.Surprisingly, there is a Cefco Gastion nearby which serve excellent Briskcut tacos. I would love to stay here again and I for sure would suggest this place to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Our family vacation

Everything was great! Perfect for our large family (12 of us) Just as advertised and absolutely gorgeous. Our family had a fabulous time visiting Navarre, the incredible Gulf Coast, and my retired Air Force sister ❤️ this home made our vacation one of our best ever. Amazing trip

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The house is spacious enough for all 12 of us and two small dogs. The kids LOVED the pool and volleyball court. Our dogs also had a blast running around and watching the kids swim. We couldn’t get the kids out of the pool. We had a couple issues out of our control as well as the owners. One of which was a small issue with the brand new dryer. We contacted the owner and he responded quickly and had someone there the next morning to fix the issue. There was also a small issue with a water line on a neighboring property, also the owner had no knowledge of and that the crews would be digging and had no water for a very brief period of time. Again, out of everyone’s control but Blake responded very quick and got everything taken care of. Our only complaint, which isn’t super serious, was there are no dressers for clothes in the queen size bedrooms. Another thing that was not mentioned in the previous reviews, there are small boxes outside in the backyard that have tiki torch oil, sand toys, pool toys and other items to make the stay more enjoyable for the little ones. Overall a great place to stay. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We are already talking about our trip next year. Would definitely recommend!

Navarre Beach

Kids enjoyed the pool and playing in the sand in the backyard more than the ocean. Ocean was a short drive. Neighborhood was quiet. Property was private. Clean. Blake was quick to respond to my questions. He gave us local reference for dining and entertainment. We had a nice peaceful stay. Would recommend especially for families with children.

The house is modern, clean and in a decent neighborhood. It is close to everything. The backyard is amazing. The sand and volleyball net were big hits. Had it been summer, the pool would have been a big hit too! The host is dishonest. We knew going in April the temps would be lower. We messaged the host before reserving and asked specifically about the pool and if it was heated and if a grill was present. We were told yes. Upon arriving, we checked the pool and it was not heated and it was not even plumbed for a heater. There was no grill or beach toys either. Upon further inspection of the property, we found screws sticking out of the bed frame. We also found an Alexa connected and enabled. The house is only 4 bedrooms and not 5. The fifth bedroom is an open non non-private space connected to the living room with beds. We messaged the host and made him aware of our concerns. He told us the pool heater was broken. He told us the grill was broken by a past guest and that a Walmart was down the street. After making a bigger stink about all these issues and wanting a refund, we were told they would bring us a portable pool heater, extend our stay by 2 days, fix the screws on the bed and refund $600. We were told someone would come and repair the bed the next day. They never fixed the bed or brought the heater. The host messaged wanting the Alexa plugged back in. Creepy! He said it controlled the doors and thermostat. For the price, it should have been perfect!

Good location, nice house

Very accommodating and responsive host during booking. Check in stressful, had to ask for code and then fix internet (>1hr) which had been down for days. First impression was great, the house is wonderful, well equipped with new appliances We expected a grill and garage full of beach toys (now removed from listing) neither was there. The bunkbed ’room’ is a converted office open to the common area; that did not work at all as planned (young kids w. early bedtimes). It has a TV screen, great for older kids. The futon in there was not clean. Blake sent a cleaning lady over the next morning to address this and a few other areas in an otherwise very clean house. There were issues with mattresses worn out/ uncomfortable, full size in a queen frame leaving a potentially hazardous gap. Blake did replace the king size bed while we were there. He is very responsive addressing issues that are being brought up and promised a refund. The pool, volleyball court and grassy areas were relaxing, the pool is not heated. I sent pictures of the mismatched mattress/ frame; the worn out outdoor furniture, etc. due to his response no one told me. (I’m on vacation, it is not my job!) This helped him improve listing accuracy, for which he thanked me. But when I asked re promised refund f.inaccurate listing he got rude; I have still not received it. We enjoyed our stay but dealing with the issues added a layer of stress. A welcome book would have been helpful, issues with turning fan on A/C off

Family get away

Home and grounds were perfect for our family of eight. We were miss led from the introduction that states heated pool and a hot tub. The solar heat was not working and there was no hot tub. Inside two of four bedrooms had mattress issues. The king was a queen box spring with a king topper and one of the queen rooms had double set in queen frame. We spoke with homeowner and this should be resolved soon.

Location Location Location

I had family staying at a condo directly on the beach and we still found ourselves at this house more! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The adults and kids loved the pool (water a little warm but understandable with the crazy warm weather we have had) and size of the yard. Kids even played whiffle ball! Grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants are within 5 minutes but we never wanted to leave so thank God for Door Dash!! We will definitely be back, my family who rented the condo said if I don’t rent this house they WILL!!
