¡Buena ubicación! La unidad da a la zona de césped con vista al lago desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Un montón de ventanas, muebles de cubierta, parrilla de gas nueva (mayo de 2018), acceso a la hermosa piscina, canchas de tenis y playa de arena privada. Chimenea de leña, TV / DVD / VHS y reproductor de CD / cassette. Dormitorio con reina y baño en planta principal; 3 dormitorios en planta alta: maestro con King, TV / DVD / VHS, escritorio y sofá de cuero; segunda habitación con reina; Tercera habitación con literas de madera y una cama completa, además de TV / VHS. Lavandería y baño completo en planta alta. ¡No fumar porfavor!

Location location location

This location can not be beat. The condo is a bit worn and could use a good scrubbing, but for a vacation cabin on the lake it was perfect for my family of five. We will definitely be back!

amazing location

We had a wonderful winter stay at this cozy condo on lake Tahoe. Close to ski areas and the beach and lake view were wonderful. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The property managers were very responsive.

Wonderful Tahoe Getaway

We had a great time staying at the townhouse! Talk about comfy beds! Each family member had their own bathroom and raved about the beds. Wonderful living space to all gather! We all used the private beach, played Bocce, pickle ball, and tennis! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The condo was a little musty smelling but very clean! We will be back for sure!

The living room had a view through the trees down to the lake. The location was an easy drive into Tahoe city for restaurants her groceries. It was about a 15 minute drive to local ski hills, and there’s a cross country facility just across the highway.We had a great weekend and we go back again.

Ski Weekend

We had an amazing time. The house was in a great location and was exactly as advertised. The living room was very cozy and the couches were extremely comfortable. Very easy check in and check out policy. I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay next to the lake.

People in the others homes are very friendly. Boat dock workers are helpful and nice. Some of the items need to be upgraded in the home. Needs a new stove to a long time to cook meals. Better non stick pans. Also upstairs hall bathroom shower didn’t work (no water came on with the knob). Tried using the dvd in family room didn’t work. Used the one from the downstairs bedroom. Everything else was amazing. We will be back again… this time not wait another 8 years!

Decent place - could use a facelift

The property was completely fine for our group of 6 that stayed here for a ski weekend. The living room was a great space for us to get together for board games, but got quite cold due to large windows which was bittersweet. There were some stains on the carpet, quite a few lightbulbs were burnt out, and one of the showers was not working. If these things were fixed, I think this could easily be a 5-star property.

Perfect location on the lake

We absolutely love this community, with its proximity to the lake and access to a private beach, pool and tennis courts. #47 is fine. The whole house really could use a remodel/upgrade, in particular the bathrooms, but it is livable and the location can't be beat for summer visits.
