Un par de minutos de Kamaole Beach, una de las grandes playas de la costa sur soleado. Aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio. Condominio cuenta con una cama matrimonial, un sofá cama y una cama adicional en el salón. A Internet de alta velocidad WIFI +!

I loved this resort The amenities of the pool, spa and activities were a nice addition. The 2nd bathroom made this room perfect.

great location and fun amenities.

The place has everything you will need for a short stay. My Family was visiting and it was the perfect location to host them. It was close to many places they wanted to visit, the grounds were really taken care of. When we chose to extend the stay it was very easy to communicate with the people in charge of the property.

The property is great. Wonderful pool, well kept grounds. The unit itself is dirty, not well maintained, and seriously needs an update. There are cakes of dust all over the ceilings, the curtains are covered in stains. The bed was not comfortable at all. There's a plastic sheet cover... the vanity and sink in the bedroom are covered in water damage and the sink is so loud and powerful that we didn't even use it; we used the half bath. We didn't use the full shower either, the tub was dirty and scratched up. Overall it felt like visiting your grandma's old house that hasn't been opened up or cleaned in a decade plus - or camping. The comfort level was consistent with either of those experiences The final kicker was the human feces spread on the wicker dresser in the bedroom. I cleaned that off... but of course wasn't on my vacation bingo card. We won't stay with this management company again. We would stay at Maui Sunset in a heartbeat- with a different unit owner.

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The condo was roomy and comfortable. In my opinion it could use a little tlc as far as the curtains, they need to be cleaned and or vacuumed. All in all things were good.

Exceeded Expectations!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was equipped with everything you need. Even beach towels and snorkel gear. The pool and hot tub were very clean. It’s quiet, slept great. Beds are comfy too. You can’t go wrong!

Kihei stay

We enjoyed our experience and our stay. The place was a little dingy. We ran out of toilet paper and were told we had to supply ourselves. The towels seemed dirty and needed updating. The place was roomy and slept three easily. It was great having a pool and hot tub and the beach was close by. We enjoyed having breakfast outside every morning.

Last minute getaways

I booked online while at the airport at home, by the time i landed in maui i received a call and the room was promptly prepared for arrival. Ive book at maui sunset for past 7 years usually on the property’s web page but this time i used vrbo. I will use this site moving forth as the customer service it included was superior. Either way this is the only place i will stay in maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location on the ground floor. Our stay was 6 weeks and overall experience was very good. Kitchen amenities could be improved but it did not have a negative effect on our vacation as we mostly just used the BBQ’s.

Nice place with great views of the sunset

We enjoyed the pool and the grounds which were maintained very well. The room had adequate space for all of us. Reasonably updated features in the room. We missed having a DVD player. We were thankful The pool was only closed for two days, was supposed to be closed the whole week, but this was not disclosed when we booked a room. Once we were there, we learned the beach is not an ideal place for swimming, so we traveled each day to better beaches.

We try as best as we can to get the Owners to do as much renovations and updating as possible. But it's not that easy for some. And the renovated units always go first. You can't beat being on the ground floor - Just open the sliding glass door on your Lanai and let your day begin! I have spoke with the rental company about upgrades to the unit and am looking forward to seeing them in the near future!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a few units in Maui Sunset and have seen a number of others through friends. This is not one you should rent, I recommend finding a nicer one for the price. The unit is old and not well maintained, is in badly need of a refresh and lacks a lot of the basic things that would make it a place worth the money. The grounds and location are great and kumilani was great to deal with in the booking process.

Screen door in bed room not secure, falls of track. Screen door to lanai has broken outside handle. Chairs on lanai are old and bad. Remote for AC does not work. Bathroom door is delaminating. Dated shag carpet in living area. Tile floor had a small pile of sand in corner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Maui for a company retreat. Several of our employees have never been to Maui before. The location was very perfect and parking was easy. The condo's were exactly what we needed. A little outdated but having kitchens and laundry in the rooms was so helpful. The grounds were beautiful and it was ocean front. Pool was nice and refreshing, always clean. Hot tub was not hot during our stay. they were doing their best to get it fixed though. BBQ's and picnic tables were so helpful so our large group could prepare and enjoy eating together outside on the beautiful lawn. Office staff was friendly and very helpful from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Even gave us a loaner pool key since we had to check out at 11:00am and our flight did not leave until 9:00pm. So we could enjoy the pool until we left. We really appreciated that!
