Esta propiedad es el equilibrio perfecto de un antiguo entorno de Florida mezclado con todas las comodidades de una casa de playa moderna. Situado en la zona tranquila y relajante cerca de la rampa para botes de Indian Pass, el tiempo en esta propiedad parece moverse más lentamente. Con vistas a la isla de San Vicente, puedes sentarte en el porche superior a cualquier hora del día para relajarte, preparar un libro y ver pasar delfines en el agua. Si desea estar un poco más alejado, relájese en el porche más sombreado y más bajo escondido debajo de la casa.

Great house. We’ve stayed all up and down the Indian Pass peninsula many years running. This is a nice house in a great location, just steps from the beach. I will say, the hot water system needs work. We never had enough hot water and when we first arrived, we had none. The hot water heater breaker was off when we arrived. We found it flipped on one other occasion and we haven’t the slightest why. There were 4 adults and 2 kids (teens), but we were careful about who took a shower when and not running the dishwasher or laundry at the same time. Honestly, the hot water was an issue we should have reported, but we were too busy enjoying our vacation! There’s a lot to see and do and time to spend on the beach. We’re all pretty easy going, so we made the best of it. Other than the hot water, the house was great and we’d stay there again.

Awesome location. House adequate, has so much more potential to be beautiful.

The house is in a great location with great beach access (FYI - they allow vehicles to drive down the beach). It only took a quick kayak trip to get to St. Vincent Island. That Island is so worth exploring and so beautiful! The house itself had most everything you needed but just hasn't been kept up. Sadly the deteriorating outside deck overlooked brush and trees that were knocked down and left in a mess. The bottom screened in porch was completely let go and not useable at all. We did have some chefs along so the large kitchen was nice to work in but most dishes & cookware had to be washed prior to using. We had a great vacation and enjoyed time kayaking with the dolphins and beach walking for miles.

Teriffic beach house

Very nice and very comfortable home. Short walk to beach. Elevator was essential and worked just fine. View from deck was partially obstructed by bushes and should be trimmed. Overall terrific stay.

Great location - Natural Gas Issue

We loved the location of the property. The house itself was nice and you can tell that a lot of money went into the initial build of it. However, it has not been maintained. Decking is falling off, the elevator is broken, and our stay was cut short due to what we think was a gas leak. The gas grill in the kitchen cut on and and wouldn’t go out. The gas line was shaking and the entire bar and cabinets were hot to the touch. Someone had removed the carbon monoxide detectors that maintenance said they had just installed. The gas fireplace was in disrepair when we checked in with the glass gone and line exposed. While we had originally planned to rebook the property for future stays, the gas issue is a major deal breaker.

Relaxing retreat

My husband and I escaped for a few days over winter break with our puppy. We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and the location was amazing. Right on the beach - beautiful view. Only suggestions to make this even better would be to trim back the trees in the back a bit for an even more spectacular view of the water and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable, but noisy.

great location great house

this location is so quiet and secluded. most of the week we were the only people on the beach. this house is not brand new, but what a great kitchen. we used the hibachi grill every night and had a fire on the beach with marshmallows a few nights. the house offers plenty of space and beautiful views. water isn't clear like other locations but Vincent's island makes up for that. we still swam everyday and kayaked to Vincent's island. overall for us the house was perfect.

Great kitchen

House was clean, Nice view from the balcony, easy walk to the beach no real complaints other than the furniture could of been more comfortable and kitchen could of been better stocked. But it was a nice time had by all

Lovely Area

This is a beautiful area, and the house is in a perfect location. However, the house is in a moderate state of disrepair. The screen door is broken, the pocket door to one of the bathrooms will not stay closed, windows in two of the bedrooms were misaligned, and various cabinets in the kitchen needed attention. The cleaning crew does a good job. In spite of the overall shabbiness of the place, it was clean. Since we were traveling at the end of a holiday weekend, getting in touch with the property manager was nearly impossible. It is understandable to want to have holiday weekends off. However, if you manage VACATION rentals, you should be readily available on those days. Be forewarned that if you rent this house, you will have to go to the property managers office to pick up the key. You are also required to return it at the end of your stay. We would consider renting this again. The location is wonderful and it’s clean, but the property is poorly managed.

Beautiful home on Indian Pass. Had everything we needed and very convenient to all that we love to do. Will most likely rent again next year.

Great Location/ Poor Property Management

Property has a great location and set up. It is in terrible need of up keep. I wonder when he last time the actual owners were there. I would be disappointed. We had to have the property mgr come out on day one to fix the bathroom door bc they did not close. The screen on the screened in porch was ripped down, never got fixed. Bugs were terrible. Garage was full of trash. Every dish we pulled out had food- literally chunks of food- on them. The restrooms were not cleaned. The fourth bedroom pictures were taken by a magician. It was basically the size of a closet. Listed a day bed with trundle, there was no trundle so we had children having to squeeze in the day bed. Together. The couch covers smell of sweat and body odor. It at one point was a top of the line house, but now with poor maintenance is in rough shape. It is set up amazingly. I love the house and the location. Very poor management of property
