Beautiful Private Oasis - On the River's Edge

Close to everything & on the Mousam River's edge is our newly renovated guest suite surrounded by beautiful gardens. The unit has its own entrance in the back of our home with a private seating area that looks out over the river. The suite has LR/kitchen area (Queen sofa bed), one bedroom with King size bed and one bath with shower. Home is located 10 minute walk from downtown Kennebunk. The Kennebunk beach is a 4.5 mile drive. Portland is a 30 minute drive.

Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks and enjoy time on the river. We have a dock for easy access, though water levels can vary depending on the season and rainfall, so launching may not always be ideal directly from the dock.

Beach parking pass is available during the season.

Lovely, quiet property with lots of personal touches, thoughtful details. We enjoyed the view and appreciated the binder packed with details about the area to help us get around like locals. The beach pass was a huge plus. We used it every day for convenient access to Gooch’s Beach. Very enjoyable!

Beautiful retreat!

This property is as advertised. Beautifully decorated and most accommodations you could want/need are provided. Even beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are provided! There’s even a beach parking pass!! We appreciated the cute porch and quiet backyard retreat! Definitely recommend this stay! walsmaller

Maine Getaway

The place was perfect for my husband, teenage son and me. We were able to visit Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunkport and Portland from this centrally located area to hit the beaches, shop, and golf. The one bedroom was nicely decorated, comfortable king size bed and pull out sofa bed with nice bedding. Made breakfast each day. We hoped to kayak but the water levels were a bit low, but lovely setting overall.

Everything was thoughtfully planned and available. Beautifully decorated inside with a peaceful sitting area that backs onto a creek. We would definitely stay here again if in this area.

Peaceful, detailed, and clean!

We so enjoyed our two night stay! The space was very clean, close to everything, and it was fun to see all the little details in the decor. Everything we needed to go on an adventure was included. There were kayaks, beach chairs, a soft cooler, beach towels and even a parking pass. Michelle really thought of everything! The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was dark and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Cozy Apartment

This was our first trip to the Maine coast to attend our niece’s wedding. The accommodations were perfect! Very neat, clean and convenient with all the comforts of home. (The bed was especially comfortable!) It was obvious to us that much heart and attention to detail went into making this property very warm and welcoming. Although someone does live upstairs it was very private and quiet. The owner was very responsive and helped to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Our favorite part about this space is the water view. It's so nice to wake up and sit outside with a cup of coffee and look at the water. It's very peaceful and quiet here but there is also so much to do. Walking distance to downtown Kennebunk and only 10 minutes from the Lower Village and Kennebunkport.
