Esta espaciosa y cómoda 1140 pies cuadrados nivel superior condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un altillo y pueden dormir 6. La unidad cuenta con una cama king-size en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de la planta baja, y una cama de tamaño completo en el desván. La terraza privada tiene una hermosa vista al mar. Disfrute de preparar delectables isla en la cocina totalmente equipada que incluye utensilios de cocina, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, licuadora, estufa, nevera y lavavajillas. Otras comodidades, como televisión por cable, caja de lavadora / secadora, se incluyen en la caja de seguridad, teléfono con llamadas internacionales y continentales gratuitos y de alta velocidad de conexión inalámbrica a Internet. Perfect location

Had a great stay- location is wonderful. Ocean view, great beaches nearby. If you want to go to Molokini- the Kihei boat dock is across the street- don’t even need to drive.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The beach right across the street is absolutely gorgeous and the sand is so nice. The kids played in the pool every evening while I cooked on the BBQ’s provided by the complex. The AC in the bedrooms was a lifesaver. We slept 6 people just fine. Everything was as listed and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I booked this unit specifically for the views of the sunsets and we were not disappointed! A great spot, and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful property

This is a Beautiful place to stay with a nice short walk to the beach. It was clean with everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was very friendly and prompt. Our family of six all had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again.

Perfect location!

This condo was just steps away from a beautiful beach and a short walk away from many restaurants and shops. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable - exactly as listed. Geoff was great to work with and my family would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Had a great stay. Location is hard to beat. Walked down to the beach every morning and pool in the afternoons. Condo was accommodating but kind of out of date. Still a great place. Lots of beach equipment including two quality boogie boards which was a blast at Fleming beach.

Great Family Retirement Trip

Everything was top notch. We had 5 adults but could have fit 6 perfectly fine. Location and all the amenities they have to offer make it a place we would 100% stay again. Great Pickleball, right across from some really nice beaches. Everything we needed was provided down to beach tows and chairs. Thanks for a great vacation.

Condo was good ... worked well for the six of us. Location was awesome ... short walk to the beach. BBQ stations were cleaned daily, grounds very well kept along with the 2 pools. Overall, was a great family vacation. Thank-you.

Another amazing stay!

This is our 3rd time in this condo and our 5th in this complex and as far as we’re concerned it doesn’t get any better!! The condo itself if very clean and comfortable all the beds are great including the one in the loft where our kids sleep. The location is really what makes this place the best - walking distance to lots of good coffee and restaurants, right across the street from an awesome beach, and close to wailea for their beaches as well. Bonus points there were tons of towels which is always appreciated 😊 already booking our stay for next year!!

Great Place

Stayed for a little over a week in June 2024. Communication with owner, Geoff, was great and check-in instructions were clear. There was a minor plumbing issue that got resolved quickly by the property management team. Unit is as described and is well-stocked with beach supplies and basic necessities. Beautiful view of Kam III beach off the lanai. A/C units worked well. Great place for families, would stay again.

Even better than expected!

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and came with everything we could need. It’s in a good area and the grounds around the condo are kept up very nicely. There is easy access to the beach across the street and the owner supplies all of the essential beach items like towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Communication with the owner is great, he responds quickly and answers any questions you might have. He even let us have a later check out since our flight home was late. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great view!

The condo had everything we needed and was easy to find. There was always plenty of parking near our place. It’s also so nice that there are 2 pools. I have stayed at much larger complexes with only one. They made everything so simple as far as checking in and out. But the best part is the view from the Lanai! It would be really hard to find a better view! Also the area of the condo was great with the beach right across the street and not too far of a walk to shops and restaurants. The nicest part of Kihei in my opinion.

Fun, easy, and quiet week at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year! The condo was stocked with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time on the island including beach chairs, umbrella, and a boogie board. We also took advantage of the pickle ball and tennis court using the rackets provided. Parking was super easy right outside of the unit and some good food options about a 10 minute walk (Coconuts, Cinnamon Roll Place, Maui Bread Company). Although you are in Kihei it is at the southern end so a quick 5 minute drive to Wailea (fun Magic show at Mulligan's on the Blue) and Maluaka Beach is great for snorkeling. Excellent communication with owner and local property manager should you need anything.

Property is perfect. Three adults (2 seniors)+one daughter. Plenty of space. Condo was nicely, and simply appointed with island touches for decor. Very clean, comfortable good quality island furniture. Beds were comfy...we only used one single and the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, but a set of salad tongs or servers. We appreciated the driving map; brought our own guidebook. The beach towels were a nice touch, but we brought our own, in case. I'd stay here again anytime.

Million Dollar View

Our family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamaole. Kam 3 beach right across the street was beautiful in the mornings and once the breeze developed in the afternoon, the kids retreated to one of the 2 pools. The unit had everything we could have wanted, including beach chairs, toys and towels. The view of the ocean and sunset from the lanai could not be better. The only downside is that the high table on the lanai could not accommodate all 6 of us. The loft bedroom and "annex" was perfect for fitting all six of us with beds. I would return in a heartbeat.

Good for a large group

We booked two units on this property. We did not stay in this one, but what time I spent there I can say it was clean and as advertised. It had a very nice view of the ocean. Property owner was easy to work with, no complaints there. Parking on this side of the property was easy and open, but on the other side where my wife and I stayed it was a bit cramped. There were some folks doing renos in their units so there were a lot of work trucks. Minor inconvenience. Definitely just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Kihei amenities.

Great location

We had a wonderful time in the condo. The lockbox made for an easy entry when we arrived. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. A few spices and oil to get started. The main areas keep cool during the day which was really helpful. The bedrooms get hot, but thankfully they have air conditioning and cool off quickly in the evening. Seating in the living room is comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6. It’s an easy walk to the pool and to the beach across the street. It’s right beside the tennis court and pickleball can be noisy if you’re sitting on the lanai. But the amazing view makes up for that..possibly the best view in the whole complex! I would highly recommend this unit if you are staying in Kihei

Good unit

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Hale Kamaole. For others who are looking, here are some pros & cons: Pros: - Great location in Kihei across from Kamaole III beach - Two pools on the property that were not busy even during busy summer season - 2 bedrooms + bed in the loft provides a lot of space - Lots of beach equipment & toys available for use - Kitchen was well-stocked, including a lot of staple items Cons: - While the majority of the unit was clean, we could tell certain things had not been cleaned in months. There were huge layers of dust caked on the fans. - The AC only works in the two bedrooms, and since this is a 2nd story unit without great cross-breeze, the rest of the unit was pretty hot most of the day, including the evening. Our kids had planned to sleep in the loft, but it was too hot, and my son ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

Amazing location with beautiful grounds

It was our first time in Maui and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The condo was right across from Kam 3 beach and a short drive to many other beautiful beaches in the area. All the beach gear was provided - our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys, we also used the beach chairs every day. The pools and the tennis court at the complex were all fantastic and only a few steps away. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the two bathrooms were great so we could all get ready at the same time. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at the lanai with the best view ever. We even spotted some whales from there one morning! We are glad we rented a car, it made everything easier with little kids getting groceries, going out to eat, driving to new beaches or doing day trips. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Excellent stay in Kihei

This was our 3rd time staying at this complex and our first at this condo. It was excellent all around. The ocean view was wonderful , the pool was warm and had a large shallow section that our kids loved. All of the beds were very comfortable. AC worked well and the fans did the job in the loft. No complaints at all, we'll definitely stay there again.

Nothing Short Of Amazing!

To start things off, Geoff was in communication every step of the way. The listing was spot on and the place was as we expected; nothing was short of amazing. The view, the location, the supplies…the list goes on. Hopefully our travels take us back to Maui, and if it does, staying at Geoff’s place again would be a no brainer.
