Sea Colony Beach and Tennis -Fitness Center Bloquear

Tres habitaciones (2 habitaciones más loft) tiene una cama king size, una reina y un loft superior con una cama de estilo litera que tiene una litera inferior de tamaño completo y un sofá cama. Duerme cómodamente 8 personas. El gran techo abovedado espacioso en la sala de estar y el comedor tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio a la pantalla envolvente en el porche, así como la cubierta exterior para banquetes de cangrejo. La unidad estilo casa adosada de dos pisos tiene baños separados para ambos dormitorios y el área del desván superior que tiene las literas también tiene un área de juegos para que los niños jueguen videojuegos. Toda la diversión y juegos para los niños en su propio espacio. Una verdadera vacación para adultos y niños.

La unidad bordea el canal Assawomen donde puedes cangrejar y pretender ser Tom Sawyer. La piscina cubierta y al aire libre, el gimnasio, las canchas de baloncesto, la sala de pesas, el programa aeróbico, la sauna y la bañera de hidromasaje son fácilmente accesibles a pocos metros de nuestra unidad. Vaya, casi lo olvido, el tranvía hacia la playa (un viaje de 10 minutos en un "tranvía Disneylike") está a unos pasos de la puerta.

Wonderful Property

This was our 7th year renting at Sea Colony and it was the best rental we have experienced. The home was spotless clean and fully stocked of necessities. The location was perfect, close to the fitness center and a short walk to The Pines pool, not to mention the tram is right on the block. We enjoyed the screened in porch which was fabulous to do some work. Larry was a fantastic host to communicate with. Check in was super easy as well. We truly enjoyed our vacation with our family and look forward to next summer!

Great Bethany Condo

This was the perfect space for our family vacation. The bonus loft area was a bit hit with my teenage boys. The unit is very close to the gym, big pool, and Pickleball courts which we used. Larry was very responsive to any questions I had and made the entire rental process very easy!

Short but very nice visit.

Everything was great! We walked to the gym and throughout the neighborhood. Everything was clean. The screened in porch was wonderful to sit out and enjoy! We will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed this unit, it fit our family of 5 great. Nice fireplace for cold morning and great outdoor space. Only complaint was entrance is 2nd story which wasn’t in listing.

Excellent Property

My husband and I travel a lot and there's certain criteria we look for in vacation property. This Bethany Condo exceeded in cleanliness, decor, comfort (king bed was very comfortable) and we enjoyed the huge enclosed porch and we had beautiful weather for early October and even relaxed in the sun in the open patio! This section of Sea Colony has very nice walking paths, pools and a recreation center. It was also very quiet! Easy drive to the beach and plenty of parking. The owners were very kind and the renting process was easy. We will be referring this spacious corner condo unit to our family and friends! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Great location. Only negative was the areas of the fitness center like the indoor pool were closed.

Great place!

Place was very clean! Loved the high ceiling with upstairs loft area. It was very airy & open. Suited our needs very well! Convenient location to Restaurants, Stores, short drive to beach. Quiet & nice community location! The tram stopped running day after we were there, since we were there after Sept. 12th. But Indoor pool & few outdoor pools were still open for our stay, that we enjoyed! Larry & Dolores were available to answer any questions. I would recommend this property!

Great Bethany Beach rental

This Sea Colony spot was a great rental for our first vacation in Bethany Beach. Larry is a very attentive owner and answered all/any questions in a timely manner. The unit was very clean when we arrived and has plenty of space. The screened porch is perfect for long , relaxing meals or sitting and reading. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and you can always take the tram. We enjoyed this vacation.

Perfect home away from home

It's been a stressful year with the pandemic and being across the country from family and close friends has made it that much more difficult for me. Add on the stress of a demanding job meant I was in much need of some R&R. My husband, 3 year old son, and I decided to drive to Bethany Beach for a long weekend for Mother's Day (first trip during the pandemic), and we had an amazing time. Larry, the owner, was extremely accessible. He offered great restaurant suggestions as others have mentioned, so being the foodie that I am, I was thrilled. The condo was clean, well-maintained and was exactly as pictured and described. It was a very short drive to the Bethany Beach and other local activities. Most importantly, we felt at home in the condo. Will be returning for sure!

Wonderful time at the beach!

The house was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable! Walking distance from the indoor pool, which was very exciting because our kids love to swim! Close to many good places to eat! We had an amazing time and are hoping in the future to return!

Much needed R&R

This place was beautiful. It’s not even a mile away from the ocean and has all the amenities of home. My family and I stayed for 4 nights and were very pleased with how clean the host keeps it. The kids especially liked sleeping and playing in the loft area. We didn’t use the Sea Colony’s beach, tennis, fitness center or pools that were available. We basically just slept here. We were there during the “off-season”and went right to the boardwalk since you aren’t required to pay for parking during “off-season”. Some shops and restaurants were closed since they are seasonal but with Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City nearby there is plenty to keep busy!

Larry is a retired business entrepreneur. Dolores is a marketing executive. After 17 summers at Sea Colony we did something strange - we just didn't go home to NJ. We stayed here! Our beautiful condo is one of our investment properties at Sea Colony and where our overflow families stay when too many come to visit at the same time.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our family has spent the past 20 summers vacationing at Sea Colony. SC is virtually the only place of its kind on the east coast from Maine to South Carolina. All 4 of us would leave our hustle/bustle norther NJ stress behind and simply 'exhale' when we arrived at Sea Colony. So, buying a home here was a no-brainer. And if you want recommendations for things to do, places to eat or even the best local realtors - just call us.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

we purchased our first home on Canal Court. Being able to drop kids off at the fitness center babysitters while we worked out was great. Dropping them off for date-night was really great. And, the first time it rained and the kids were threatening to bounce off the walls - we sent them to the indoor pool - AWESOME!

Even when we were just vacationing for a week at a time, we would meet the same very very friendly people at the tennis courts (3 blocks away), at the beach (tram ride away) and at the pools/gyms.
