Hermosa casa de 6000 pies cuadrados con impresionantes vistas en 26 acres aislados. Es el retiro perfecto para reuniones familiares, reuniones y retiros corporativos / de yoga. 7HAB, 4 baños para 20 personas cómodamente. El nivel inferior tiene sala de estar separada, 2 habitaciones y mucho espacio. A poca distancia de la encantadora ciudad de Chatham y cerca de esquí, senderismo, pubs y excelentes restaurantes. Wonderful Experience

Just amazing!

We had a big group of parents and kids (16 total) there is more than enough room for everyone. The seating and fireplace and everything is perfect. Sledding out the front door for the kids. Very comfortable beds! Thank you so much. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful house & property

We had a wonderful weekend here with our family and everyone loved the house, relaxing on the deck and driving into the quaint town of Chatham. From the spacious house to the amazing deck with beautiful views, along with very helpful care takers on the property if we needed anything, we were more than satisfied. We would come back again as a family or with friends. If you are looking for a weekend getaway we highly recommend this house. Thank you Adam.

Celebrated Mom's 90th Birthday In Style

My 3 siblings and I wanted a weekend getaway for our families and mom. We all had plenty of private space and comfortable sized common areas. It's an absolutely beautiful house and property. Our favorite time was just sitting on the deck and taking in all the beautiful views and sunsets! Rich and Adam were very helpful, checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Hope to be back again, perhaps to check out the Fall foliage. Bet it's spectacular!

A perfect fall weekend

I rented the house to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. Adam was great in making sure we had everything in place and comfortable during our stay. It was a wonderful weekend. There is no way our photos could capture the view from the terrace of all the fall colors... perfection! Shopping at the local farms and cooking outside on the grill filled our days & nights. We will be back.

Breathtaking views!

Andy's beautiful and spacious home is amazing! Better yet is the setting. I have done a lot of traveling in my life. The views from the deck are as gorgeous as Tuscany. I can't say enough! Our family enjoyed a marvelous weekend. The town of Chatham is quaint with nice shops and cafes. The cycling is wonderful as is hiking at Ooms Conservation area. Our family enjoyed a marvelous weekend. Thank you Andy!

Great for families!

We stayed for a long weekend in the winter and had a wonderful time at the house. We had five couples all with little kids and there was more than enough space for all of us. Bedrooms are all big enough to accommodate pack-n-plays. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook (food delivery options are limited). Great sledding hill and the kiddos loved to see the horses. Absolutely amazing views. Would highly recommend for groups. Thanks to Rich and Adam for hosting us. We would love to come again.

Great Private Getaway

My friends and I loved staying at this Chalet this summer. It has everything one needs when thinking of a private getaway. The property is well maintained and the views are amazing. The owner was super nice and had a care taker on the grounds near the property to help us with anything we needed. They both were great to deal with and very helpful. They made us at ease during our stay. Although there is plenty to enjoy at the house and on the property, we headed into Chatham for a day throughly enjoyed it. It's a small town with a few restaurants, some shipping and even a brewery that has music in the evenings. I would definitely stay hear again!

A fantastic house, an excellent time

This is a great house, modern, comfortable, and warm. The descriptions of the view really don't do it justice. We were blown away the first night by the sunset on the deck. Owner and caretakers were friendly and very responsive. The location was excellent. One minor quibble: kitchen could use some more serving pieces. We managed to mix margaritas for above mentioned sunset, but would have been nice to have a pitcher. This is the fourth year in a row we have used VRBO, and all agreed this was the best house yet

Excellent Stay!

This house and the property are beautiful. The house is in wonderful shape and is a great size for our group (20 people). Every bedroom is very comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together or to spread out, with plenty of couches on the three different floors. The kitchen is nice and big, and makes it easy for everyone to cook, hang out, and move around. My friends and I have rented this house for the past three years. It came under new ownership this year and the new owners were extremely responsive and kind. We were made to feel at home. We have come during the winter to go to local ski mountains (Butternut, Jiminy Peak), but this house would make a great place for a reunion or group getaway. I definitely recommend it!

Can't Say Enough Wonderful Things

My childhood friends and I rented the house for a ski reunion. We were impressed the minute we walked in: the house is beautiful, spacious, immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with everything one could need--a full kitchen, laundry room, etc. The house is large enough and the bedrooms spaced out so well that every family had plenty of privacy and quiet, but there were plenty of common areas to be together. The property itself is also stunning, with magnificent views. The house is on a hill overlooking the area, so you really get an amazing view. The owner called me several days in advance of our visit to give me some information about our stay (how to get into the house, etc.). She was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel incredibly welcome. She also checked in with me after we arrived to make sure our stay was going well. We had to call her once during the visit and she was receptive and exceptionally helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the location is wonderful. It is near charming towns, near the mountains/skiing and other great activities. A great central location for people coming from different directions, as we did. My husband and I were already talking about going back next year!

Beautiful property, comfortable home

Had a great time as a group of 5 families. House was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless. The bedrooms are large and comfortably sized (3 families had pack n plays and there was ample floor space). Karen was a pleasure to communicate with. Grounds are stunning.

ReUnion with College Friends

A group of 18 from the Union College classes of 1991-93 (including a large contingent of the soccer team from those years) held a reunion weekend at the property and had a blast. Karen and Mitchell could not have been any more accommodating. The house/property is amazing! Plenty of rooms/beds and an abundance for us to do while on-site. The house was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely ask to stay again for future events. We HIGHLY recommend the property!

Great house with amazing view

We stayed for a long weekend in August and had a blast. The property, location, and views were amazing. Many reviews complained about the flies, however, staying on an operating horse farm you can expect some to sneak in. We went to Saratoga for the day (only an hour away) and spent the rest of the weekend on the property. Would recommend for larger groups - everyone had their own space to relax and the main living room and kitchen were large enough to accommodate.

Amazing view - instant relaxation

My family has been renting this house for a winter weekend and summer vacation with friends for a few years now. With winged bedrooms on 3 floors the house allows for privacy in the comfy bedrooms for multiple families. Our crew is 8 adults and 5 children. The lower level with a large multi-bed bedroom and second family room allows the kids to have a place of their own. The house sits up on a hill and the view off the balcony is panoramic of the valley below with horses, ponds, hay bales, and sky, sky, sky. It’s to die for and brings instant relaxation. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils and the whole house is very clean. The kids enjoy visiting the horse farm on the property and even got to see the sheep get sheered this last stay. This home is truly a rare find.

Great views; great for groups

Impressive views. Great for multiple families. Layout allows for privacy. Large eating area seats about 20. Lawn/property are extensive. Only request: outdoor furniture and maybe a fire pit? We hope to return next year.

Ideal home for a ski getaway

This was our second year staying at this lovely home and, just like last year, we could not have asked for more. First, the owner is incredibly friendly and responsive. She returned my texts immediately and always assured me no matter was too small. Second, the home itself is beautiful and comfortable. There is plenty of room for people to move about and relax, to get some privacy if needed, or to all convene in a common space to enjoy each other's company. The large kitchen allows for several people to cook at once and provides a wonderful central place to talk and hang out. The house is kept in excellent shape and you can tell the owners take great pride in it. Third, the house is off the beaten path, but not far from downtown Chatham (a great place to walk around), stores, or, in our case, ski mountains. So happy we stayed here and can't wait to plan next year's trip!

Absolutely idyllic!

I booked this property for my 40th birthday weekend with family and friends. The house was absolutely perfect! It has 7 spacious bedrooms, a beautiful living area and kitchen, and a spacious, bright basement that was perfect for yoga and for our children to hang out and have some separate space from the adults. The house is situated high up enough that you have an expansive view of the beautiful rolling hills and trees that make this area so special and beautiful. We took several walks and barely saw any cars or people; this is a private retreat with your only neighbors being the gorgeous horses that are nearby. Check in and check out were easy and the property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had. It was very hard to leave this beautiful home and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a a place that is private, cozy, and that can accommodate several adults and children.

Absolutely stunning home and perfect for a large group.

We had an abosolutely phenomenal time at this house in Chatham, NY. Cannot say enough good things about it. The setting was perfect, with stunning views of bucolic pastoral upstate NY and many acres of land to roam on horse-paths, and perfect green grass lawns for yard games. The inside of the home was both beautiful and practical. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms and ample living space for our group of 17. There was even a massive 3 season porch where we were able to set up one large table for our huge family dinners, comfortably fitting all of us! We have done this reunion for 9 years now, all at different houses, and this house is probably the best we’ve ever rented. Andrea and Adam were also very accommodating and responsive. A resounding 5 stars.
