The condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The location can’t be beat. It was a great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. Updates. Closed in balcony was really nice. Location was great!! Condo floor was dirty on arrival. Sand on floors.The construction within shoreline towers was pretty bad. We are a family of 5... elevators were down frequently. Which meant we took steps. Sheets laying all over the stairwell that we were navigating. Complete hazard. I can provide pictures. Filthy cigarettes and cigarette buds everywhere. Ended up with paint all over our shoes morning and afternoon. Which was then tracked into our vehicle. Even had workers open our door at their leisure to tape off before painting. Very uncomfortable. We have 3 younger children. Felt unsafe. Left a day early. Will definately consider staying at same condo when construction complete. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere until construction complete.

Long overdue getaway

Nice, clean, pretty modern. Little age here and there but hell of a deal. Property management sorted out anything we brought to their attention that mattered to us. Didn’t report couple bulbs out or lights non working. Place was perfect for us. Recommend turning off ice maker at bed time since it is very loud. Little sun room was great. Comfy couch recliners. Mattress memory foam and quite worn but still slept like rocks. There were only two of us and the loads of space and spare bathroom made for a very luxurious, low stress week.

Amazing!

Do yourself a favor and book this condo! Destin was amazing and this condo did not disappoint! There was plenty of space and it was beautifully decorated! The icing on the cake was the gorgeous enclosed patio. We had so much fun!

Spring Break 2021

The property was immaculate. Perfect location. Not on the beach but just across the parking lot. We still had a perfect view of the water and watched dolphins in the morning while we had coffee on the screened in balcony. We loved having access to the beach and a pool. We would stay again!

Great location

Lots of great things about this property. Location was great, less than a minute walk to the beach from the room, while not directly on the beach there is still a beach view from the masterbedroom and living area. Kitchen was stocked with needed supplies for cooking. There is a pool but we did not use it, the fitness room was a pleasant suprise with the amount of equipment in the small space. You are a short drive to the nearest grocery store (Winn Dixie), lots of dining options nearby as well. The only real complaint is the cleanliness of the property, specifically the bathrooms. There were rusted areas, the kitchen had some dishes that had to be cleaned before using. The coffee pot was dirty (very basic coffee maker, should think about upgrading it) the trash can under the sink looked like someone had vomited in it. Need more attention to detail when it comes to the cleaning. There were plenty of towels and had some basic cleaning supplies for dishes and laundry. Overall great stay and would recommend!

The view is beautiful and the short walk from the front door to the sand was perfect. We especially loved the enclosed balcony. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient. Overall our family really enjoyed staying in this unit and will definitely look to book it again when we return to Destin.
