New flooring is due to be installed this summer, the carpet will be removed. UPDATE January 2021 - New wood plank flooring has been installed in the living room.

Thank you for your feedback. The owners will be removing the carpet this summer and putting down new flooring in the front room. It's possible that the minimal amount of chairs at the beach were due to turtle nesting. We do make sure there are plenty of beach chairs in the unit however just in case the complex chairs are full. Our maintenance staff received a phone call from these guests when they arrived on Sunday evening, reporting that the water was not on. Unfortunately, our cleaning staff turned the water off after cleaning the unit earlier in the week. Maintenance walked the husband through how to turn the water on, which took less than 5 minutes. They also complained that the keys did not work. They called us from inside the unit, so clearly, they were able to get in. The next morning our maintenance man went over to check the keys and discovered that they while they both worked, neither one of them operated the lock smoothly. To make it more convenient for the guests, he called a locksmith to service the lock and make new keys. While he was there, the guests also complained about a loose electrical box (the box was not hanging out of the wall, but it was loose). An appointment was set up with an electrician to go over the next day to secure the box; however the wife contacted us the next morning and said that the electrical box was fine with them and asked that we postpone the repair until after their departure. They never commented about the condition of the carpets or lanai. (The carpets were cleaned a couple of weeks before their arrival. The screened lanai may have been dusty, but it was not filthy.) These renters wanted a refund for one day of their stay because the water was not on when they arrived, and they had difficulty with the keys on the first night of their stay. The owner did not agree to a one-day refund because the unit was available to them the entire duration of their reservation. Unfortunately, these renters chose to leave a misleading review of a very nice condo in a great location with many amenities.
