*** Esta unidad directa de un dormitorio frente al Golfo se encuentra en el piso 15 del edificio Phoenix 7. La unidad tiene un hermoso balcón frente al Golfo con vistas al agua! Esta unidad se ha actualizado con una cocina remodelada con granito. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama king con un sofá cama queen.

Phoenix VII se encuentra en Orange Beach, en el magnífico Golfo de México, y es muy conveniente para visitar fabulosos restaurantes, tiendas de abarrotes, tiendas, teatros y el parque estatal Alabama Gulf. El parque estatal ahora cuenta con varias actividades divertidas para todo el grupo, desde tirolesas hasta gran pesca en el enorme embarcadero del parque Gulf State. Hay muchos deportes acuáticos para disfrutar en las inmediaciones, como motos de agua, parasailing, pesca en alta mar y buceo, por nombrar algunos.

15th floor balcony condo was just right for us. A little maintenance is needed (shower curtain is hanging too low, bedroom closet doors is off the rail).

Zero comfort

None of the furniture is comfortable beds couch fold out mattress all very cheap and barely able to get any relaxation on. The faucet for the shower was broken. Very dissapointed for the amount of money to stsy just for a few days. Not penthouse quality by any means.The property management team is 5 stars though they were great.

Extended Weekend

The condo was nice. Its at the top floor so the view was great. No issues, really except minor things like having only one trash bag and one roll of paper towels, but thats about it.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures!

First you have to drive 15 minutes from the property to pick up and return the keys. Not convenient. If I could attach pictures and videos I would because it was pretty unbelievable. Where to start…you can see the outside from all around the door which means you will hear the wind whistling through the door all night. The listing makes you believe they have updated the kitchen. Absolutely not true. Trim has bubbled paint just waiting to fall off and/or is missing paint. The kitchen is equipped with the very bare minimum. There’s one pan but not an oven mitt. Dirty dishes were put in the cabinet. There were dead cockroaches in the drawers with the utensils. There’s a chair in the living room that is peeling (fake leather). At check in I was told they would be delivering new deck furniture because the old stuff was rusted. That never happened. The deck table was rusted but the deck chairs were so stained we didn’t want to sit in them. We would have placed towels over them but we didn’t have an extra towel. There’s a new sleeper sofa but not a blanket to put on it, furniture doesn’t match in any room. The kitchen table is so old it’s cracked and peeling. I emailed the rental company and sent pictures the day after we arrived. They never responded. For the amount they are charging for a one bedroom this place wasn’t worth it. They need to lower the cost and update their listing to reflect what it really looks like. Outdated and filthy.

Orange Beach in Spring

Had a great spring break at Orange Beach. We met friends also staying at Phoenix vii for baseball. The property was great. The only downside was having to pick up and drop off keys from a property manager offsite - they were very nice just a bit out of our way. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Good not great furnishings

New sofa/bed and new bedroom mattress were great. Fantastic view from 15th floor. Other LR furniture needs to be replaced. Had to temporarily move cushions from new sofa/bed to comfy chair whose springs & cushions were horrible at best. Fortunately colors were not far off … thus had an eclectic look. Microwave must be on its last legs … can’t remember the last Sharp brand I’ve ever seen. Weatherstripping around front door needs rework .. north wind would howl!! Tub drain needs cleaning. Poor lighting … I’ll bring higher W bulbs with me in the future. All in all, good, not great. I’m not too finicky so I did rebook for 2026.

Disappointed

I have happily stayed at this condo complex many times, but this unit has many issues. From the lack of dishes (5 plates and 3 bowls), to no bathroom mat or blanket for the sofa sleeper, to the oddly angled TV and broken fan chain in the bedroom, this property was a disappointment. Would not recommend.

Disappointed

After looking forward to our stay for months we were highly disappointed by the condition of our room. The room was dirty, stains on the walls near kitchen, stains on all the furniture, furniture was very worn down, shower head was coming out of wall with a gaping hole, floors were dirty upon immediately coming into the space, pull out sleeper was beyond thin and uncomfortable, main bed was uncomfortable and noisy, couldn’t shower our family of 4 without hot water draining quickly… What really is upsetting is talking with our friends, who were in the same complex, and finding out we paid the same amount for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom room as they paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom clean and tidy room. The lady handling the check-in process was less than friendly. Not at all what we expected & looked forward to. We would not recommend this room & property owners and would never rent from them again in the future.

Needs updating

The building was amazing. So pretty and secure. Gated parking. Suite was so clean. However all plumbing needed updating. Shower head was as old as the building! Kitchen and Bathroom sink faucets should be replaced. LR furniture was hard to get in and out of. So low to the ground. Much of wooden furniture was dinged up but with multiple guests throughout the year will do that. Plenty of cooking and eating supplies. Was misled on propane and fee. Original contract said to get pass at leasing agent. Not correct but they sent me corrected one after I checked in. They also didn’t mention parking fee nor did they know how much it was.

Nice area, clean beach

Easy check in process. Had to pick up key from a realtor office. Young lady was very nice. Building was very clean in public areas. Condo was nice. Could use a new couch. You know which end is sat on the most as soon as you sit and sink down. The kitchen sink needed a little extra time spent on cleaning and the coffee pot had dust on it. The unit overall was clean.

The condo was just right for us. The view was awesome! There were not many pans or silverware so if you were cooking every day that would be something one would want to keep in mind. But overall we had a good experience!

Perfect condo for two.

Spacious one bedroom condo with a roomy beachfront balcony. We enjoyed the view while having breakfast. Large newly renovated kitchen, nicely appointed living room and comfy bedroom. Check-in would be more convenient if it were on-site and parking was expensive. Other than that I give this a five star rating. We will book again in the future.

Overall nice place- missing kitchen essentials

We enjoyed our time at this unit but some things need attention. . Nice building, view, and location. Overall, the place was nice but the kitchen was lacking some essentials. There was only 4 forks and 3 spoons which were more like large stirring spoons. Be prepared and bring plastic if you want to eat without washing dishes. There were no baking pans, oven mit, or spatula for grilling out. We eat most meals in the condo so cooking was a challenge. Sheets for the pull out sofa were stained and needed washing. Not a terrible place for the price but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Phoenix 7: Unit 1511

This property was advertised as a Penthouse property. Upon arrival to the unit we were disappointed. There was no comforter on the bed, only a sheet and one thin blanket. Only a shower curtain liner hung in the bathroom and had black mildew stains all over it. There were dead flies and dust on the furniture surfaces. The balcony door curtain rod appear to had been ripped out of the wall and not fixed/ replaced. The mop was left in the middle of the kitchen floor. The overall cleanliness of this unit was very poor.
